The Westin Gurgaon Review

The food was awesome with alot of variety for all kinda foodies. The staff and service was decent and quick. The ambience of the place is a pleasure to sight.

Decent food, great ambience but service could be better. Also, a bit overpriced for the worth.

It is excellent hotel and is centralised located. Ambience is good. Nearest metro station is Iffco station. Main malls are at a walking distance. Excellent facilities. Calm and quiet

This hotel is a bit of everything and the value is great. Comparing to other hotels near by, you really get the best bang for the buck.

Lots of amenities to mention but I will say their Gym is great and attentive staff members who help you stretch and make you get a good workout in.

Breakfast is amazing, so good that I stopped going after two days due to the amazing food - way too much for breakfast and the chefs there are very nice.

Enjoyed the room also, comfortable and clean with lots of nice fragrance throughout the hotel - bed is legit.

During my stay here I had an issue with getting my luggage and the hotel staff got me a shirt pant and shoes to measure for my meetings, very awesome.

Hotel is very Exotic inside. Had a glading exprence over night stay. Staff is very friendly and attend you in everyway.

This hotel was wonderful. Everyone was so courteous and welcoming. Me and my colleague stayed with them for 13 nights while working. The food was good, abundant, and filled with variety.
Special mentions to Seasonal tastes staff, Ramesh, Raj, and Vikash. Varon from concierge was wonderful to work with.

We had an annual party at this venue from office for the last two years. it is a great venue from the perspective of getting foreign deligates to visit (close to airport and right on the highway) plus in terms of space. The bar here served beer and mocktails to us (they had a coupon system). Also the venue does not necessarily require external catering. Their food is pretty good. There is car parking facility available and could handle a lot of rush well.

It is a wonderful property at a very convenient location. Seems more bigger than other Westin in India. Good food and coffee shop is also very big. Handicap friendly entrance. Toilets is clean and handicap friendly too. they serve both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. They serve alcohol and have bar inside the property. All together it is a good place to be.

Went to Story for a professional event. Great experience. Good variety at bar. Food was good as well.

I visited this place for DevFest by Google 2019. The place was great! Great arrangement by staff and volunteers! The food and ambiance was great! I would reccomend this for organizing events for organizations!

This is a very good place for professional and private gathering the rooms are quite affordable and spacious as well as the food and hospitality is also up to mark..
The conference room here is also very well maintained

The staff at this place are amazing, really can't say enough good things about them. The food has also been very good. (The breakfast buffet is fantastic in particular!) The spa here is also truly heavenly - Get a pedicure with Saresh...best pedicure I've ever had. Onerise also, her manicure skills were excellent. I also had a facial but I didn't catch the name of this girl - she was also very good. Gym is decent enough, it would be great if they had yoga classes more frequently. The rooms were not as clean or up to the usual standard as you would expect at a Westin. Marks on the toilet seat, old serviettes by the mini bar, dirty walls, no bottle opener, despite there being bottles in the mini bar that require an opener. And this is a weird one but...there was no 'hotel /resort book' in the room, you know the kind of thing that let's you figure out what facilities, restaurants and services are available on site! I missed that! SPG lounge on the 7th floor is well stocked and has a very entertaining view of the busy main road out front. It might sound weird to describe that as entertaining but anyone who has witnessed the traffic in India will know what I mean! Also the pool is a good size and shape swimming lengths.

Chaotic traffic outside, inside with world class. The best thing abt the place is easy accessibility like nearby metro, national highway not too far, various flyovers, nearby malls, etc. And KOD, Appu ghar, pubs all around makes it a happening place too. Cheers!

Luxury 5-start property in the heart of millennium city Gurgaon. Had a pleasant experience being there.

Three types of restaurants themes around each of their individual cuisines: Chinese, Italian as well as a multi cuisine restaurant. Each are great in their own right (thought i prefer the chinese one the most in overall food taste), ambience is great as well. Rooms are spacious, staff is well trained. However the entrance is located not at the main road but in fact to the back road parallel to it.

Located near IIFCO Chowk, it's one of the main spots in Gurgaon. The hotel is nicely crafted, the staff is good and everything over here is very comfortable.

I've only been to this hotel for press events so can't comment on what it's like to stay here. My impression is that it's a utilitarian sort of hotel not seeming very elegant or anything. Staff seemed a little clueless and managed to give me that worst Darjeeling tea I ever tasted.

One of the most premium location of Gurgaon. It is located at IFFCO chowk. It is very neat to mg road metro station and also near to igi airport Be it food, service and hospitality it's top notch. The lobby area is beautiful to have meetings or to just relax. Swimming pool location is very nice.

I have stayed here countless times over the last 6 years. Service is amazing and the property is well maintained. Great place for business meetings too and EeST has Good Asian cuisine.

The walls must not have great sound proofing. I could hear the street noise and my neighbors pretty well. Sound proofing was below expectations for such a high end hotel.
The staff was easy to work with and pleasant.

This is a very nice hotel. It's clean and quiet, and the staff is very nice and helpful. Whenever I had a special request, they were able to fulfill it. It also has 3 restaurant with very good food. The disadvantage is that it's in the middle of nowhere and whole surrounding area is under construction and there's a light in the room during the night, coming from outside through the bathroom (the bathroom has transparent door).

This is such a terrible hotel I ever stayed, zero hospitality. Its night -1 am and I can hear the music in my room, complaint 4 times but no action taken. Besides food is taste-less. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I dont want to give this hotel even 1 star. So much disappointed reception staff was keep lying with me that noise will reduce but no action taken. Liars.

Good location, interiors are well spaced. The entrance has a nice quite fountain and water body. There is another water body inside which is unique and placed at the centre gives an overall feel of calmness n serenity. Interiors are done in nice taste and flows quite well. A bit of let down is food which doesn't lives upto the standards...

The Westin Gurgaon is a 5 star deluxe hotel with all the amenities. Staff is very helpful. Prices suits the quality of service and rooms.
