The staff at this place are amazing, really can't say enough good things about them. The food has also been very good. (The breakfast buffet is fantastic in particular!) The spa here is also truly heavenly - Get a pedicure with Saresh...best pedicure I've ever had. Onerise also, her manicure skills were excellent. I also had a facial but I didn't catch the name of this girl - she was also very good. Gym is decent enough, it would be great if they had yoga classes more frequently. The rooms were not as clean or up to the usual standard as you would expect at a Westin. Marks on the toilet seat, old serviettes by the mini bar, dirty walls, no bottle opener, despite there being bottles in the mini bar that require an opener. And this is a weird one but...there was no 'hotel /resort book' in the room, you know the kind of thing that let's you figure out what facilities, restaurants and services are available on site! I missed that! SPG lounge on the 7th floor is well stocked and has a very entertaining view of the busy main road out front. It might sound weird to describe that as entertaining but anyone who has witnessed the traffic in India will know what I mean! Also the pool is a good size and shape swimming lengths.
