I cannot gush enough about the service at this hotel. Never have I stayed somewhere that things have been more perfect. From ensuring my coffee was ready on the way to the office to car service at the drop of a dime. The food onsite is fantastic and service again - second to none. I ate at Prego several times during my stay and the staff brought me a special dessert my last night along with their best wishes for safe travel. Will stay here every time I m in town from now on.

Superb Georges arranged nice centrally located in gurgaon food is superb and breakfast is also best n lots of varieties refer again

Have been there twice so far and experience was always good. Variety of food is served be it breakfast buffet or lunch & dinner. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are good and tastefully designed, with proper maintenance of bathrooms.

Love the buffets! Though the service was not up to par, the food was delicious and the bartender got creative with the cocktails.

It is near to IFFCO CHOWK metro station. Best for wedding functions and other parties. Inspire Hall is suitable for medium size wedding. Here all facilities available like free WiFi, also suitable for kids, babysitting facility also available, bar, pool, fitness centre etc. There is separate room for smoking. Staff is good and friendly. It is also in proximity of Indira Gandhi international airport , which make it more suitable for party. If you are looking for a hotel then try it once , you will definitely enjoy this place.

It's always good to visit the Westin. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. It's my usual go to place for breakfast and brunch with the spread they have to offer at such a reasonable rate too.

I have been going to this hotel for many years just because my in-laws stay near by. I hardly find anything new. It's getting mundane and sort of boring.

Hotel is good and also good for conference, very calm and peaceful environment.

Had gone for Sunday buffet & thoroughly enjoyed it.They have a huge spread & lot of choices from Thai,Punjabi,Chaat,Salads,Italian. Loved the fish & mutton curry.Lot of choice to satisfy your sugar carvings.The Ambience is beautiful.

That's the hotel where you can stay enjoy you trip. Nice and cooperative staff. Everything is beyond expectation.

Lovely ambience with amazing staff!

We went there for family breakfast. The spread was great with exotic fruits, variety of breads, South Indian, continental food! Staff was courteous as well as caring. Special mention to Sarthak who took very good care of us, specially my 5 yr old son who was very upset and initially refused to eat anything. Sarthak made sure that my son ate and finished his breakfast.

Such as swimming, gym , and anymore. You will so amzad in this hotel by serving and the food of this hotel is very delicious. Here are some places where you can go and just chill and relax over there . It's a very comfortable hotel in Gurugram now days. You can go anytime. The address is straight forward. You can go easily in the hotel. First you have to a iffco chowk metro station cut then you take a Utrune and then take the first left and then take a right. And the hotel is there in front of you. Now you can check in right now

A good five star property in Sector 29 Gurgaon. It is near the main highway. Awesome place for meetings and corporate gatherings.. Luxurious property I must say. Has all the amenities within like bar coffee shop swimming pool and restaurants

The Westin hotel gurgaon is located near to iffco Chowk metro station nearly 750 m away , leisure vallery road leads towards the Westin hotel.Hotel is quite big in size with luxurious five star facilities.The music inside the hotel is really admiring. There is good management of workers inside the hotel. The food of the hotel is quite awesome and the desert section is also fantastic.

The porch area is well decorated with fancy lights and a small water show.
There is ample parking space.
The washrooms only have toilet papers and not the spray jet.
There is a fine party space where the lighting and sound is worth an appraisal.

Westin Gurgaon is one of my favourite places. Prego - The Italian Restaurant - It's great for family dinner.
Story - Their club/lounge is great for friday/Sat night parties! Westin for me scores 5/5 for its hospitality and service!

Went to the Bara Darhi Restaurant at the Westin. Do visit Bara Darhi to taste authentic flavours of Old Delhi Mughlai food @ Gurugram.

Good service, though In Room Dining prices seemed exorbitant, and Lounge policy seemed way too restrictive where even Marriottt Titanium guest is being charged Rs. 3K+ Tax for an accompanying guest. All elite members use Lounge to hold informal meetings, if that is restricted, no fun in Lounge.

Nice buffet but I personally don't like the taste of the food that much but ambience and service is good

Its a very nice place for professional meetings and if you just want to spend time in a good place.

It's a nice place alright. Classy and elegant. Yet it seems small for big occasions like a traditional indian marriage. Small and medium functions can be well organized. Cleanliness, parking, food quality are excellent.

Probably the best 5 star hotel in the town. Right in the centre and very close the business hub of cyber city. All shopping amenities are also very close by

We went to prego for dinner and i must say its one of the best places to have Italian food in Gurgaon, the overall ambience of the property is amazing, the restaurant is also built very well and overall service quality was also outstanding.

The staff was extremely courteous and all the services were prompt and fulfilling. The buffet spread was amazing and couldn't be better. The variety of food and prompt service by the staff truly made for a beautiful dining experience.

Nice Sunday brunch... Exhaustive multi cuisine buffet. Veg fare was quite tasty, number of unique dishes, enjoyed it. Lot of desserts... tried continental... All excellent!!

The valets don't know how to drive automatic cars and they refuse to accept that. My car was improperly handled while depositing as well as collecting. The transmission would be damaged because of that.

Heavenlyspa is the best ever Spa .staff are so professional and friendly its makes us feel 'home away Home ' so well managed and hygiene are high priority during Covid .Devika from staff is so nice she treat us like a friend...highly recommend must try

The menu at this place has substantially improved , a good spread for all ethnicities, the spread was nice , enjoyed the salad bar. But for. 5 star hotel of their repute saying that the icecreams cannot be served due to a faulty refrigerator was unfathomable. Above all it was even worse when noneeven bothered to ask if they could help with icecream from another restaurant with in the hotel or even provide and alternative. I think this needs a serious look at the way they are treating guests and others who pay a steep premium for good quality food expecting full service .

This is one of the best hotel. It is Near the city center. Near public transit & the airport, Easy accessible by car. parking si also available. Excellent breakfast buffet, open for all people and a vast variety of foods. Cost is Rs, 1200.00 INR. Really liked the spa, gym and the overall setting. All in all a great experience. I recommend this hotel to all. An amazing place to bring your family for meals. Highly recommend.
