Nice place, good rooms and ambience. Located at one of the best places of gurgaon, sector 29. All malls and shopping area are near by. Staff is courteous. Totally liked the place. Valet parking available. Food is nice and has lots of options. Highly recommended for a good stay and family time. Had a good time.

Don't use anything from mini freezer. That is a trap. You will be heavily charged.

A very nice looking place with very good service but was disappointed with the food post our meeting. The fried fish was very oily. The banquet team checked and was quick to call the chef but he seemed to be a little clueless. I am sure this is an abberation. Please do check and correct.

Good hotel to stay if you want to stay near MG Road and IFFCO chowk.

Big rooms, nice pool and good sized gym. Thanks for the suite upgrade! Breakfast is great with lots of sweet and savoury selection. Please shut the gym door so the smog doesn't come in.

Such good hotel of star wood group, but now it's comes in under jw Marriott group...It's very near to effcco chowk, very convenient to reach from igi airport. Rooms are available always for walk-in guest , staff r very well trained professional and humble.

Every time I have stayed at the Westin I have had a wonderful experience. The rooms are great, the food is the best in town, and the atmosphere is top notch. It is centrally located in Gurgaon and surprisingly peaceful!

Whenever a colleague/friend visits from out of town I recommend this hotel for its location and the services offered.

The ambience was good, it has a nice mix of party hall and lounge upstairs for people who prefer to their whole meal without loud music hitting the ears. Bar was with the dance floor, helping the people to get into mood while grooving on nice tunes.
It has a separate area for smokers, that is shielded with glass panes, that way smoke doesnot enter the main dance floor and club, helping others who run when the catch a whiff. (Pun intended).

All in all , a nice place to held a corporate party or a fun get together.

Booked 634, a club room, with club access from 18:00 to 21:00hrs but they closed club abruptly at 19:00hrs, without any explanation

Nice rooms, courteous staff, great place for public functions

Great range of cakes. Recommended : Mud Cake, Pineapple Cake. (Starting at 800, small size... Going upto 3000, large size). Must try if you get a chance.

Overall it was pleasant. My room often seemed to be a bit humid though.

The food at the restaurant was delicious and had lot of variety for both veg/ non-veg lovers. The starters and mocktails we awesome.

Although being a 5 star hotel still doesn't give you same feeling. We had planned a party for about 500 people but the room allocated was not big enough. Food was ok and DJ was pathetic.

I love this hotel and frequent it. The restaurants are fabulous and the buffet is huge - caters to every palate. Decor is as you can expect from a five star, very courteous staff. The bar is super. Consider Club Marriot membership.

We had a Company event at Westin and this was a second time in a row. Very good rates, good service and spacious ballroom. We tried the lawn too for the luncheon which was spacious and all arrangements were nice. It has lobby space near ballroom which can be utilised for standees, registration, high tea etc. I recommend visit in westin after talking to their management team before your event to understand cost effective setup as per space available.

Superb hotel in Gurugram
I have just returned from a 1 night stay at The Westin Hotel in Gurugram and it was one of the most amazing hotel experiences I have ever had. I didn't want to leave! We arrived at the hotel to friendly porters who helped us out of the taxi and into the hotel. The lobby is very glamorous with glitzy chandeliers and polished marble floors. Check in was efficient and staff was friendly.

Had my office party here. Storey, good place for a gathering of 100 odd people. Staff is well trained and helpful. Smoke zone inside. Music is not what i wanted the day i visited. Food is great, amazing lighting and kind of sound proof. Another party was on while we were there however crowd was great. Beware as they will not let minors enter. Fyi, anyone below 25yrs is considered as minor for party.

This place is awesome.. Today I went there to attend official party..it was a long event there..we spent three almost 8 hours..we had breakfast, Lunch and evening snacks there.. food was good..we enjoyed their alot..they also have ATM inside it... swimming pool,games, casual bars and lots of facilities which anyone can imagine...so I was a great day..I would like to recommend this place.. thanks.

Great hotel in Gurgaon! Stayed for 2 nights for a business trip. Felt well treated from start to finish, very high attention from the staff, they even remembered (or noted down) my name, they seemed genuinely concerned about my stay... The breakfast buffet is out of this world, with both Western (croissants, bread, cheese) and Asian (dimsum, Indian food) options.
Price is high but justified, continuous private car service which is really handy on a business trip in countries like India. Will return.

Was waiting for a long time to review this. One of my best stays in a hotel in a long long time!!! From housekeeping to front desk to the friends I made in their lounge, our experience as a couple was simply amazing. Would like to put up some names here: Thanks to Utkarsh in the lounge for having such candid conversations. Thanks to Rahul and Suraj as the chef, please ask for them once you are there in lounge or the breakfast area they can get you a wide array of customised dishes to suit you palate. There were a couple more people I forgot the name, but I remember Mohit as well during evening in lounge with his subtle humor!!! In the housekeeping staff Vikalp was really helpful and professional!!!

All in all a great stay and yes, was there for a month got to know the fitness centre staff up close and well. They are well trained professionals with no agenda of their own, unlike gyms outside.

I have been in the hotel so many times especially for official purpose. Also a nice place for hangout with friends , sit with a glass of wine and cherish the moment.

Excellent service, very clean and comfortable. Great location. I always stay here & suggest you do too.
