Great place for food but service standard has slackened. Food quality, preparations and ingredients have becum run-of-the-mill. Nothing exclusive anymore.

Hotel The Westin team is quite humble to receive their guests. You will find a warm welcome, delicious food, spacious rooms, security arrangements and all the things that you require.

Went to attend a wedding recently. Excellent ambience, nice staff. You can tell the class just by the perfect maintenance. And that is what the 3 stars or rather the 2.5 stars which I actually wanted to give are for. The food is pretty bad. In a wide buffet offered with wide choices, nothing excited my taste buds. I wish they up their food taste asap as it is vital and eventually its the taste of food which makes any hotel's experience worthwhile.

They have nice buffet with Indian food, American Chinese food, pastries, bread, and yogurt. There is a gym, where you can get Gatorade, and spa where you can get massage. And a nice bar upstairs on the second floor.

Great Indian food. We ordered the Indian buffet with kebabs and main course. Everything tasted amazing especially the Paneer Changezi.

This hotel is amazing. Starting from the food, the gym, the ambiance; this hotel signifies elegance and comfort. The view, unfortunately, is a bit rocky which isn't unique to this hotel either. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious. Friendly staff and services provided. We booked a car for a day to get us around and it was so helpful to have this option. Would recommend this to anyone needing to stay in the area. Quite far from Delhi during commute hours.

The pictures says it all.. the room service can be better.. the complimentary breakfast served has varities and is awesome.. the amenties are top notch.. the wifi speed is good enough..

Great location and service. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options. The rooms were clean and spacious. Some rooms are a bit noisy, due to outside traffic.

It is a beautiful property. Has great ambience. Decent food.

A beautiful hotel on the Delhi Jaipur highway in Gurgoan

Located in the heart of Gurgaon. The service staff right from the moment you enter in the hotel pamper you a lot. I am a bike enthusiast and I appreciate places that have 2 wheeler parking for their customers but unfortunately that's not available here. C'mmon it's not like riches and can own a car they can be crazy for bikes and they can always drive one to the hotel, so you should arrange some convenient 2 wheeler parking for the guests.

I love this property though but this time etiquette were less observed among personnel as they told the way like a stranger on streets

Great business hotel with exceptional staff. On my last visit I got out of airport cab, leaving my passport and wallet in the cab, which drove away. Realized it immediately and staff (at 2:30 AM) took receipt, got the cab back in 20m and even checked my traveling companion in (who was exhausted) as we waited. Stressful moment managed very efficiently.

It was Wonderful experience here. Near to IFFCO Chowk n MG Road metro station.A perfect place for great dinner with a variety of dishes being exotic. Food quality and hygene can easily be trusted. Plenty of parking place and secured environment makes this place a must visit.

As a frequent traveler, Westin has been my home away from home for the last few months. I love their customer focus and service. One thing stood out for me was the fact that along with their name tags, all staff members also indicate their passion on the name tags. This to me conveys the message that the leadership of Westin respect the passions of their staff.

Perfect place to spend your time while you are in gurgaon, delicious food , lively place.

Very good hotel for stay and as well as for office parties/events. Food is also good, however didn't liked the valet parking. The guy who took my car drank water from the bottle placed inside the car which is not at all good. I wonder how could someone drink other's water without evening knowing if it is water or medicine or any other thing.
Highly dissappointed by this action.

Coool is the word for the story club, Westin. Ambience - Awesome for night out party, Food - fantastic, drinks - a lot of varieties, dance floor - not very big but can accommodate 30-40 person, staff members - Polite and very humble. Overall it was a good experience...!!

The restaurant and the food quality is very nice. The ambience is also very elegant and the staff is courteous.

Had dinner at EEST restaurant in Westin. Beautiful ambience, good food, the food takes some time to reach the table but that s ok considered we were 6 people. Worth a short when looking for authentic ASIAN food.

Staff was not very soft spoken as you expect in a 5 star hotel. Food was also OK given the 5 star property. So I didn't find value for money. Thanks
