Provided atmosphere is so peaceful , clean n beautiful

The food isn't that great anymore. Especially Indian cuisine. Dal makhani or sag gosh or baigan ka salan...all lack flavour. Even italian pasta tasted like cooked in tomato boiled water. Only thing good one can try in buffet is dimsums ( veg dimsums Taste roadside of you consider the filling..only plus is the thin layer outside) and veg cheese corn. Soup both veg and non veg are average. The whole sweet bar is such a bad example for a 5 star to display sweet. Many cakes lack the flavour. Indian sweets are hard or just tasteless, for example milk cake was hard and just sweet bar. Ice cream roll have nothing special. Tried black current and vanilla- coffee. Pan kulfi is very good. Must try it.
The above review is for the Saturday night buffet which is defintely not worth the price. Jw Marriott aerocity gives far bigger and better display from cost and Taste point of view.

Westin Gurgaon is a 5 star hotel. The stay was very comfortable and the location is absolutely brilliant. It s at the heart of all commercial activity in Gurgaon. The staff are warm and hospitable. The food is good but can be a little better. The only downside is that the bathrooms were a little outdated in terms of design. It needs a renovation.

The place was really good and the ambience was very pleasing. I loved the food and the service was quick.

One of the finest places to stay in Gurgaon. The hotel holds true to its name and maintains the westinn standards in true spirit. Have plenty of restaurants options to choose from and their Thai restaurants is really worth trying. Quite authentic and good food

Good ambiance. Great dining area. Had very nice promotion at the bar. Not much variety in food items but the quality was good. Had great time and this place is also recommended for those who want to spend quality time talking while dining. Otherwise places are crowded and very noisy which was not the case here. Fire restaurant is also very nice. A must visit place once. And location is also very good.

Location is at hub of Gurugram easy to reach view road and metro both Rooms are super luxury with 5 star feels and with a 5 star feel service it is amazing with food and bar drinks Worth it

It is a place to visit.

Good ambience and location. Attended a wedding there. The starters both vegetarian and nonvegitarian were cold and average taste. The banquet was good and so was the decoration. The dinner served outside was cold. There was a large option in both but as it was cold the taste of dishes were average. The coffee served was also cold. Overall rating of food was very average.

I found this hotel really good. Though I stayed for 1day but my overall experience from check in to check out was very smooth. Food is good too. I would prefer to stay in this hotel in future as well.

It was a great experience, I attended the GDG Devfest'19 at westin and it was a simply great experience. From the food, ambience, lighting, hotel staff, arrangements done by hotel for the event, and the infrastructure of the hotel. Simply awesome.

Leaving upto the reputation of well maintained rooms, good ambience, great restaurants and food. People associated with the hotel are quite friendly. The hotel is also well connected to the airport, situated within walking distance from the metro line station and the bus stand. Food served in both the Asian and the Italian restaurants of the quite awesome..

Best place for team meetings and conferences..lunch brunch is good

This review is specifically for the restaurant EEST, the oriental restaurant. I have been here in multiple occassions earlier and have always enjoyed their food. This time around the experience was not as good. The soup and starters were not upto the mark and even the replaced soup was nowhere it should have tasted. The service was good though.

Nice place to visit. Well mannered staff. Food is really delicious. One can enjoy with family, friends and colleagues. Location is also good. Only 15-20 minutes drive from international Airport delhi. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Stayed last night. Food quality in the buffet is very poor but the staff is nice.

Very good business hotel, with great breakfast and dinner buffett. But still not complete hotel construction is finished yet, like Spa. Thus sometimes a bit noisy. As soon as everything is ready, it'll be wort five stars (so far only four stars).

I have just returned from a 1 night stay at The Westin Hotel in Gurugram and it was one of the most amazing hotel experiences I have ever had. I didn't want to leave! We arrived at the hotel to friendly porters who helped us out of the taxi and into the hotel. The lobby is very glamorous with glitzy chandeliers and polished marble floors. Check in was efficient and staff was friendly.

Food and stay is 5 star. Amazing Asian at Eest and Italian at Prego

Excellent Hotel. The best in Gurgaon.
- Food at this hotel is delicious. I had food one night at Prego and it was very very good.
- Rooms are excellent and very clean. What was brilliant was that from second day my room temperature settings and bed arrangements were retained.

Went to drop my friend who came from London to stay for a week. He was quite satisfied with the hospitality and service. Also, I remember he used to carry almonds with him given by the hotel group. The place looks amazing in the night. Also, its hood to walk around the hotel and its quite safe, properly barricaded by the security.

It's one of the best hotel in Gurgaon. Nicely planned architecture with great decorative theme.
Though there seems a little bit of lack in perfection when it comes to some of the furnitures kept in lobby area and some lack in internal decoration of halls.
But overall very cooperative and warmly welcome staff and nice ambience.

Huge property right in the middle of the city. Areas around the hotel are high traffic areas. Consider travel time accordingly
