Great customer service. Two employees went the "extra mile" to find my signed and numbered print that I misplaced. I always enjoy my stats at Westin Hotels.
We went just to go swimming with friends. The rooftop pool is really nice! Plus it has salt water which i love.

This hotel has the worst customer service! We had the worst experience dealing with the "supervisor" in charge (Mark). We left our vehicle in their parking lot after staying at their hotel overnight in order to catch our international flight. On the website it says that this hotel has FREE parking, however that is a lie. When we talked with the customer service representative the night we checked in we were never informed that a parking pass would be needed in order to leave our vehicle, even though the person at the desk knew we would be leaving it there. When we returned from our honeymoon (7 days later), our truck was no longer in the parking lot. We were informed it had been towed because we did not have an "alleged" parking pass. When we explained our situation to the supervisor he insisted that it was OUR FAULT that we should have known to ASK the desk for a pass. The supervisor never apologized nor offered us any kind of retribution for having our truck towed. We were very upset to come home from our honeymoon with a $430 impound fee due to the fact that we were under the impression that the Westin would be taking care of our vehicle while we were away. We were at least expecting a friendly conversation in which the supervisor treated us with respect and tried to help us out. Instead we were told to get a cab or have the tow truck bring our truck back. After a heated discussion the only offer we were given for all this was a ride to the impound lot. The supervisor said the Westin could not help us because it was OUR FAULT for not asking the front desk for a pass. We will never be staying at this hotel again and we do not recommend it to anyone else.
Everything was perfect. I will always pick the Westin as one of my choices of hotels to stay at

Super. There was a beautiful and incredible view of the city. When the sun was going down. I was on the 13th floor and I was amazed. The bed is extremely comfortable and Netflix is on the TV although I did not utilize that. There is Starbucks coffee in the room and even a little essential oil nighttime rub. Definitely detailed and makes for a memorable and special time. I would absolutely stay here again. I can't imagine what the Suites are like. Fancy. At least it was to me.
Staff is rude and has no motivation to solve problems for customers. I have been trying to see if someone found a jacket in the room I stayed and no one can check for me.
The hotel is nice, however is a tad dated. It does need a remodel if trying to keep up with other hotels like Hilton. But the service has been nice, and I haven't had a problem.
Had a very brief stay at the Westin DFW related to a flight delay and was put up overnight. Excellent, patient service on a very busy night. Clean, well appointed room. Tasty, affordable meal at the in-house restaurant. Would stay again.

This hotel is a very nice hotel. The rooms themselves were only a little above average. However, the incredible staff makes this a 5 star hotel. There was a minor issue with our room, and the staff went above and beyond to fix the problem! I was very impressed with how they handled things and how friendly and helpful they were. Loved the hotel, it had all the nice amenities you could ask for. Very comfortable hotel. Really enjoyed staying here.
It was really professional and elegant, the staff is really nice.
No bath mats. I fell and hurt my foot. Couldn't enjoy swimming or gym or location or anything because I was laid up trying to heal my foot, which got infected from dirty faucet.

Had issues with the TV guide freezing, phone wouldn't simply call front desk so I had to walk down. They did send someone up quickly though, he said yes this model TV and remotes do this all the time.
We were given a very comfortable room. Staff are pleasant and friendly. There was a very long wait in the hotel restaurant but we brought the crowd with us, so . . . An overall enjoyable experience.
Was really disappointed with this hotel. The room noise was unbelievable. I'm not a complainer and had to go ask for a new room. I will say the lobby, food and service were really nice. Plus my new room on the other side of the hall was good.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent food. The Bathrooms are a bit small and the walls are a bit thin, but other then that, excellent hotel.
We stayed here for a conference and overall it was good. The room was comfortable, the conference meeting rooms were clean and easy to find, the customer service was excellent, and the restaurants in the hotel had a good selection at a reasonable rate. The only complaints would be that the airport shuttle pickup was slow and the housekeeping staff did not get our rooms cleaned and restocked until late afternoon.
Fantastic Facility - Heated rooftop pool. Only 4 miles from Dallas Fort Worth Airport ! Friendly and courteous staff - a little convenience store on premises and a fantastic restaurant ! 5 Stars.
It is convenient near the airport . Unfortunately the day we wear there planes where going right over the hotel super close 30 to 50 feet. My room was near the top floor and you can here the airplanes flying over. If you play t.v it will block out. Comfortable bed and 70% clean as you can see the dust all on furniture and fixtures.
This Westin is located conveniently near the airport and is a quite nice hotel. The rooftop pool is an added bonus. The only thing is they didn't have a members lounge for spg members. Overall had a good stay.
Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The front desk people were attentive and provided information on restaurants in the area. Their shuttle service is a great perk too.
I checked in a little while ago but so far so good. I love the upper floors so I'm happy I'm on the 10th floor.
The only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom is too low, you can't see how to apply makeup
We usually stay at the nylo in Las colinas so the atmosphere is a bit different. Nevertheless the Westin is experience was pleasurable. Staff is friendly, the room and restroom is clean. We booked it on the hotel app and got a very competitive rate hence our booking it instead of the nylo

My wife was on a business trip to Tennessee/Arkansas and had a stop in DFW on her scheduled flight back to California. Unfortunately due to weather, her flight to DFW was delayed by over 4 hours requiring an unscheduled overnight stay in DFW. As a Starwood member, I confirmed a room for her for the night at the Westin because of its location near the airport. BIG MISTAKE. When she finally boarded her flight for DFW, I contacted the hotel 90 minutes before her arrival to confirm her reservation and for help in making arrangements for ground transportation to the hotel because I knew she would be tired. The woman I spoke with at the Westin confirmed the reservation and said that they had a 24-hour shuttle service and that my wife would only have to wait 15 minutes for a ride. Upon arriving at DFW after midnight and following directions from the hotel staff, my wife waited alone for over an hour in an unsafe airport parking garage for the shuttle. During that time she called the hotel a number of times and was told the driver was "5 minutes out". After a shuttle driver from another hotel stopped to ask my wife if she was okay, she finally gave up and took a cab to the Westin. When she arrived at the hotel, the clerk acknowledged the prepaid reservation but said that they had overbooked the hotel for the night. They then offered to take her to another hotel but she would have to wait for a ride on their shuttle (yes the SAME one that never showed up at the airport). No apologies, no concern and no attempt at even the slightest amount of kindness by anyone at the Westin. Once the shuttle arrived to take my wife to another hotel, the driver acknowledged that he had been driving people all night to other hotels because the Westin was overbooked and that the person my wife and I had spoken to repeatedly earlier should have told us about this situation. By the time my wife reached the other hotel, it was 3:00 am (she arrived in DFW at 12:20 am). Unbelievable. Incredibly poor management on every level. Please know that all accounts of this nightmare have been documented and can be proven to be factual. HHM Hospitality (the owner of this Westin) should be ashamed... Please do not stay here...
Spend some time in the roof top pool and watch planes fly over your head.
Problems at DFW forced us to stay the night. After 9 hours on an airplane The Westin was just what we needed! Primo beds and sheets, super clean rooms at a great price. The jewel of the stay was Jessica Ferrer at the check in desk and shuttle driver Mariano Palacios. Their customer service and attention to our needs for 4 very weary travelers was extraordinary. From now on I ll always use Bonvoy by Marriott.

Yeiks. Expensive and not pretty. But close to airport DFW. I don't recommend their restaurant. The service was bizarre.
I'm at a business event. Big ball rooms for our meeting. Smaller meeting rooms available. Good food. Out of towners love their room.
Went for a work function. It had everything that was needed and the serv i ce was good.

I know it's pretty close to the airport but I just couldn't sleep hearing all the planes land and take off. I've stayed at other airport hotels but never experienced one where the airplane noise felt like it was coming from my room lol! Just a small detail to keep in mind when booking this hotel; otherwise everything else was good.
Awesome location right by the airport. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms seem a little outdated, but they're serviceable and all you need if staying for business. Great bar and restaurant downstairs with a lively crowd every night of the week. I'd definitely stay here again.
Great room, close to the airport and a good rate ($70 on price line deal of the day". It's a quick ride to the airport and across from a gas station which is great for car renters. Only complaint would be that for some reason in our room (2nd floor) we heard the water pipes very loudly.
