Management and staff were rude. My company hosted an event there and I needed to stay an extra night. They insisted they had no additional rooms but when I check the Marriott app and another travel site both were available. I pointed that out only to be told they were definitely sold out . I don t think they wanted to extend the room rate to me for another night even though my company paid a lot of money between rooms and meeting space/food. My room didn t have working AC and that s no fun in Dallas in July. I wouldn t pay to stay there if I had a choice. Plenty of other hotels in the area will take you money and treat you better
