Went in Friday for a reservation that had been through Priceline. Got greeted when we walked in the door and directed where to go. Everything looked nice and like an high end place. We got to the counter and were greeted politely and served immediately. Unfortunately Priceline screwed up the dates for our reservation, which priceline admitted to, and they didn't have room for us, but Westin offered to find us a room and get us set up, which we turned down to go speak with priceline. Based on the customer service aspect I would stay here in the future if finances allow it.
