Husband and I spent our 1 year wedding anniversary at this wonderful hotel!!! Everyone was so welcoming and wonderful!!! Will definitely be going back!!!

Very nice hotel. Incredible staff. Great bar and bartender. Rooms exceptionally clean. Great atmosphere for any occasion.

The room was okay, needs some updating. There was no outlet to plug a computer or coffeemaker in to, aside from the ones at the bedside. TV remote didn't work, which wasn't a big issue given that I arrived late and was tired. Given the hour, I was surprised to find a very loud party going on in a room a few doors down, which prevented me from being able to get to sleep. However, one call to the front desk and security was on it. After that, I was able to fall asleep easily in the Heavenly bed, which was wonderful! I love the Westin for the beds and pillows, linens, etc. The DFW airport location just needs a bit of TLC.

Nice hotel really wish they had my room ready on time. I had to wait 30 mins after check in time to get in my room.

We had a church service in one of the conference rooms and it was excellent. All the staff were very helpful.

Lovely hotel & staff! Due to missing my connecting flight, I had to find a hotel to stay in. I didn't have any of my luggage with me at all & they were super kind. The staff provided me with the things I needed for the night. I appreciate the kindness that was shown to me from the front desk to housekeeping. Also the room was very comfy & warm. Nice decor & clean.

Enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms, good water pressure in the shower. There isn t much around besides a Denny s and a 7-11, but you never have to wait more the 5 minutes for an Uber and you can get to many places within 10 minutes and it s convenient to the airport as well.

We only had a 23 hour layover so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The shuttle service was great & the driver was very helpful with local information. The room was very comfy, my husband was asleep as soon as we got in. I absolutely love the body lotion best smelling stuff. We had to be back at the airport before they started breakfast but the in room Starbucks coffee was a lifesaver.

Used the hotel for 5 nights' airport parking, it was easy to get to, convenient to the airport and reasonable. Service was top notch even at 2 am

Gah had a months long battle for a refund with them for their airport parking service. Not going again.

Excellent staff, incredibly attentive and handled our late check in and got us hot food despite arriving at midnight.

Great hotel in a great location in dfw. The hotel is perfect for gatherings, reunions, or just an overnight stay in the dfw area. Great rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient location. One of the best hotels I've stayed at.

the checkin process was very smooth. we came from DFW via the hotel shuttle which was smooth and prompt. rooms are nice comfy and clean. very great experience overall.

The front desk was fast and courteous. My room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay there and got some much needed rest.

The accommodations were excellent. Lots of seating, spacious suite, refrigerator, the works. Great for the weary traveler.

Really nice hotel, super clean. Awesome view of D/FTW. The planes are loud and really cool to look at and the pool is located on the roof. Overall good experience.

Was just there, they have amazing service and the rooms are so beautifully decorated, they smell nice and the food is out of this world. I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE WAS MY FIRST TIME IN USA.

The Westin is a great place near the airport to stay. The king size room is spacious. I feel safe

The shuttle driver to the airport was amazing and funny

NOT SAFE AIRPORT PARKING! We stayed here the night before our flight out of town and paid to leave our car here during vacation. We parked RIGHT UNDER the Irving Police Department guard tower and came home to a smashed in window. Of course, no one saw anything. All we were told by the hotel was to call the police department. No refund was offered...

The Westin DFW Airport was a great place for the social and professional event I attended. It was clean, well managed, comfortable and very welcoming. I definitely recommend it to others!

After multiple events at this hotel, I can come tinue to say that the staff is wonderful, the accommodations are nice, and the location is good.

Visited a friend there and found the place to be remarkably clean and the staff friendly.

Nice rooms, nice staff. Beds are comfortable. Valet is a little lacking. Wait a long time to get your car. Beware that the planes are loud as they pass by. It isn't too bad at night but don't plan on sleeping in without earplugs.

The room was comfortable. They have shuttles to the airport every half hour. Room was nice and clean and smelled good.

Somewhere out there is someone reading these reviews seriously trying to find a nice hotel. I was just you! But I'm here to be honest I really enjoyed my stay very much! Clean, comfortable, & the breakfast was so good! If you're looking look no more this is it! The only thing about it is the breakfast isn't free. But if the breakfast was free. This would be Gold!

Did not stay, just had dinner there. Quite a regular airport hotel. No character.

Good hotel, we all loved Mason who was the front desk person. For him alone we would stay here again. I wish the pool was open till Midnight but other than that no complains. Please have right amount of towels/toilitries for people that are going to be in the rooms. We had double rooms but one towel, and one hygiene set. GREAT LOCATION WITH FAST SHUTTLE!

They have thieves working at this hotel !! My very expensive flat iron came up missing !!! The day I checked out , I used them, they were to hot so I left them on the counter, by the time time I got home I realized I forgot them .... Called up there , I got the run around, called again , they was suppose to call me back, never did, finally I got in touch with someone ! Claiming there was no flat iron found in the room I was in !! Like really !!! What ever happin to lost and found !!! Maybe they thought I flew in from out of town but no, I stay in the area ! I called because I had no time to go up there working 2 jobs !! I know for a fact I forgot my flat iron on the desk in the room I was in !!! And I know someone stole them .. I threw everything out on the floor that I had in my bag when I got home ! An double checked my car but yet they still claim there were know flat irons found .. Smh .. Never will go back to this hotel !!! I wouldn't complain if they were 50, 60 dollars !! I spent almost 200 on those flat irons !!!! ALSO THEY TOLD ME MY BILL WAS 127!! That was using my AA discount . But they actually took off 149.00!!! Smh . Y'all this company is full of CRAP. NEVER AGAIN

Very nice room, stayed in a business suite. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and comfortable.

The Stay was great very friendly front Desk Agents Beautiful Hotel.<br/>Came To the Westin on Business Airport lost my Luggage, I Had Nothing but the Clothing i was wearing. I spoke a Young Lady at The Front Desk She found me a pair of shorts and a Tshirt Dione Thanks i Really APPRECIATE You going outta Your way to Help make My Stay Comfortable for next few Days. Attended a wedding. Good place for any social events. Nice decor. Good service.

The hotel is a little dated but the staff was very pleasant. They have no stairs inside the building and the elevators take forever. Overall I wouldn't stay here again but it wasn't a terrible place.

Beautiful lobby, very friendly staff, made it in time for breakfast was extremely good.

No room service for two days! Called front desk and was told they forgot to tell me room service is only upon request!! Terrible wind noise in room, don't know if window wasn't properly sealed or what the problem was but it was very annoying. Can't say much about the staff since it seems no one is ever at the front desk. Faucet handles broken and towels had stains on them before they were used.
