Nice hotel, many business/travel amenities. Hotel restaurant has full bar & reasonable prices.

Breakfast buffet nice but a little pricey for what it is.

FYI without a car there is *nothing* in walking distance but a Denny's and a gas station.

Awesome place...very nice ambience.. although onsite restuarant is close now due to covid....very close to airport...very freindly and co-operative staff...and next to 24hrs Dennys...

Amazing hotel! Shuttle was prompt and quick. Most rooms have refrigerators when requested. Nice comfortable beds with choice of soft or firm pillows. Several aminities in the bathroom including needle and thread, nail file, mouth wash, q tips, etc. Coffee makers in room with Starbucks coffee. On night stand plenty of charging port and a nice little lavender roller ball bottle for a nice relaxing sleep. Overall very pleased with mg stay!

Stayed here for one night less than a week before Christmas. A king size bed room was (I think) $104. We were also very grateful that we were able to park our car in their lot, under a police tower, and then call their car service when we got back from out trip. Dropped us off at DFW and came back and got us. My car battery was dead, so kinda irritating but the shuttle driver offered to use his personal car and booster cable to help out. We had a jump anyway, but over the top performance from staff. Bar and restaurant in the lobby. Pool and workout room upstairs. Not hot tub.

The room was nice... But the check in was not the best experience one could have

This is a professional hotel that mainly caters to business people. American airlines uses this hotel a lot as well, so a lot of pilots and flight crews. Amenities are pretty standard at this hotel with mouthwash toothpaste shaving cream shampoo soap and other basic necessities available. There is also a dining location called the blue fire grill that is pretty good for a hotel. They made me a smoothie that was off the menu. I like the breakfast here as there is a hot omelet bar as well as fresh fruit yogurt cereal Bagels and all your other standard Continental stuff. The staff is courteous and the beds are nice. The showers are hit or miss depending on which room you're in. Let the hotel know if something is wrong and they'll fix it. The gym and pool are nice. They are on the top floor so you can watch airplanes fly over to the airport. Heads up the pool water is pretty salty. Overall great hotel to stay for business.

Room was very clean. It looked to be new/newly remodeled. Very close to airport. I didn't have a chance to check out many of the amenities, but they did have a nice shuttle service to/from the airport.

Great Ambience. The hotel looked amazing from the inside and was a great venue for a party. The rooms were also quite spacious for the price.

I didn t realize the hotel was under construction/renovation until I arrived. Nice hotel with modern rooms, but the lobby is closed off and you have to enter through the conference side. I was not recognized by my Marriott elite status (I couldn t care less, but other elites do and will press for compensation as per the terms and conditions). Furthermore, I was upgraded to their executive level, and they honored my pre requested airport/runway view. The staff was very friendly.

Was at this hotel for Fencon Convention. Everything was nice, but a bit expensive. The only thing that I had a problem with was the WIFI it was more like dialup than broadband as the website touts.

Normal Westin quality. Great rooms and staff. Location of hotel requires constant Uber or rental nothing really in walking distance.

Recently updated. Rooms are tight. It's nice enough but didn't justify the price as being an airport hotel. $360/ night?
DO NOT CALL FOR SHUTTLE SERVICE. Took 38 minutes from call to arrival. Take a cab or Uber.
Beds are comfortable though. Did enjoy that, 24x7 coffee in the club and hotness of the water in the shower. On balance, nice but should be like $200 a night.

It's fairly cheap airport parking compared to surrounding areas.

The Westin is a short shuttle ride away from the airport, but all you have to do is call and I'll come pick you up. The room is very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel has the usual modern-style lobby, and a full restaurant.

The rooms seemed dated and the restaurant wasn't nice

It was a nice stay at Westin DFW. The views are great as there are not many high rise buildings in the vicinity. You from one side of the hotel, you can actually see the airport and planes taxiing. The breakfast was standard. Nothing basic missing and nothing exquisite. Bed was comfortable. Basic amenities in the room. Staff was polite and courteous. They even gave us 4 extra water bottles when asked. All in all a comfortable stay. But there were few things which I didn't find up to the mark as compared to the other Westin Hotels. Bedroom was smaller than expected. I got an upgrade with a separate living area the free space was less and it felt a little congested with all the furniture. 3 out of 8 lamps were not working. In the windows in bedroom, the curtain opened to only half of the window width. There was no in room bar or snacks for purchase.

In short, A good enough hotel for a couple of nights.

We waited 4 hours for our food. Saw other people who were seated after us get their food before us. The steak wasn't even good, don't get it. Super disapointed.

Good place to park you're car for pick up to airport

Clean but too noisy and the mattress was too old. My husbands back is yet to recover; he had to start taking muscle relaxers to be able to move!

Comfortable bed and nice room. As a Platinum level guest I had access to the member lounge in the first floor. While evening hors d'oeuvres in the lounge were average, the breakfast there was exquisite with cooked-to-order omelets as well as a wide variety of other offerings such as smoked salmon with onions and capers. I would stay here again for the breakfast alone!

What it is It's cheap, the lobby stinks of wet dog and the room is damp

Nice place. Great staff under the circumstances with heavy storms in Dallas and massive amounts of offloaded passengers they kept the chaos to a minimum.

I recommend it very clean everything and excellent staff.

A great place to stay for a fair price. They also offer free early check in when rooms arent fully booked which is most of the time.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent staff just off 114. The rooms are clean, though not modernized and may need some renovations in a few years. The restaurant is good, but not very busy. On the rooftop there is a pool which you can watch the planes go by. I am always pleasantly surprised that you cannot hear the planes from the room.

Shower was so light of pressure and would not regulate temperature but the bed is super soft the room was clean my stay is not over yet b ui t so far pretty nice

Used it as a parking spot. Less expensive than the airport. Transportation is prompt and friendly and really care about you. I'd Park here every time I fly out of DFW.

Room was clean and well appointed, staff was friendly, and the hotel was well equipped. Unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance, but the rooftop fitness center was nice.

Not the quality I normally expect from Westin. It felt like a hotel that was bought out by Westin, and given a poor makeover. There was a disgusting stain on the chair that should be deep cleaned out or toss the chair out. The shower/tub was an economy style with a poorly fitted rain fall shower as an after thought. I expected some noise isolation with the rooms due to proximity of the airport, there was none. But there didn't seem to be airplane noise between 11 pm and 6am. Last complaint is that the A/C made a loud bang whenever it shut off.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The moment we stepped out the elevator we could smell a rotting corpse. I bet some drunken head pucked all over the carpet in the hall which was not taken care of properly. The room was ok. They have several large party hall so the entrance is always like a market place and guests go unattended. I think thats enough said. Specially when you are paying what they charge you deserve better

Quick check-in process. The shuttle from airport to hotel was slow to arrive.

Rooms felt slightly dated and service was spotty at the restaurant.

I had to make a last minute reservation and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was modern, clean and had a fantastic view. The restaurant has a fresh menu and cheerful employees. Overall a great experience.

The Westin was very nice. We got the last room available after 50+ flights got canceled at DFW.

Loud ... lots of construction noise starting early morning.
