Bad staff not normal at this property. Just a bad one for once. Hope it gets better next month!

Our 9/15 stayed due to the delay of the Dallas flight. At that time, we received a receipt from the counter to apply for insurance claims. The counter staff indicated that they would send us an email, but the hotel did not send it.
I requested it from the hotel by mail, but the hotel said that we could not find our reservation record!
Afterwards, I sent emails to the hotel to help again, but the hotel did not reply at all!
Written here is hope that there will be no next victim...

The hotel is nice and the rooms are in great shape. The toilet was a bit loud and slow, which is strange because it is an old style flush toilet. The staff was always nice and the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is right in the flight path of one of the airport runways, so you will hear plane noise for sure. Not bad late at night though. The A/c in the room cooled very slow, so set it low early if you like it cold when you sleep. No blanket on the bed or in the closet, so you only get the sheet and comforter, which is terrible for temperature regulation. The bathrooms are pretty nice, but small. You won't get two people in there comfortably. Overall, I'd stay here again if I need to.

Went here for a convention. The facilities are very nice and the rooms are top notch!

Always a great experience at the Westin DFW. Great hotel and accommodations and the very best staff, especially the bellman Tony!! If you've got a question or a problem, if Tony can't take care of you himself, he'll get you someone who can. Simply the best!!

Great experience at my conference. Catering was excellent and the chairs were comfortable for once.

Nice room, although no fridge or microwave. Shower was grrreat!!

It's a nice hotel not far from the airport. They offer a free shuttle service. The room I stayed in had plenty of room, they are pet friendly and the concierge guys we're very pleasant.

Great location to the airport. Great staff that uses "my pleasure" with every conversation. I will stay again.

Here to attend FenCon. Hotel side as an overnight guest is fine. Rooms are medium sized and clean.

Attended a professional event. Very nice food and friendly, helpful staff. Stage had a solid A/V setup and the room was a nice size for the ~200 attendees we had for this event. Would work with them again for the next conference.

Decent rooms but problems finding reservations made online. The man that checked me in me acted like I was lying about having a reservation and was very exacerbated when I said I made it online. Even refusing to take my reservation number. Instead of talking to me or asking more questions he would just sigh and walk into the back. When he finally found the reservation he did not apologize for the misunderstanding.

We were there to attend a wedding function.... It was a wonderful experience.... It was at Trinity ballroom.... Lovely ambience n prompt service... It was excellent....

Very nice lobby and staff. Didn't spend the night in a room, but accommodations for the convention were splendid.

Corporate meeting all day. Came in at 10:30 at night and my room keys were deactivated by Hotel reservation error. They were pleasant about it. However they did not know if my suitcases were going to be in the room. I would have personally followed my guest to the room and found out if the suitcases were still in it. They told me just to come back down to let them know?

They could work on a little customer service.

Loved it. Beds are so comfy. Rooftop pool is amazing . Nice place to kick back and relax.

After a long day of traveling, the shuttle driver was rude. He seemed to be in a rush. I tried ordering food fob the menu labeled 24/7 and I was told they re not serving the menu. It was very nosy so I didn t get enough sleep.

Hotel is worn and not enough staff to handle it. Needs updated fast. Would not recommend to anyone.

Generally we'll run and responsive. They were willing to make changes to meeting spaces on the fly. Rooms could use a facelift but we're comfortable. Service staff was friendly and accommodating.

I was only in and out of the lobby and ballroom areas which were all gorgeous and sparkling. The hotel is located right under landing planes so that can be pretty loud.

The hotel staff is great and the banquets group is awesome.

Great stay and a shuttle to the airport is available.

Omg where to start We love staying here!!! It s literally home away from home!!! The manger is amazing!!! She is always so welcoming and Genuinely sweet and loving!!! The staff is amazing and helpful!!! We love the Westin!!! I just wish I could give 10 stars or more!!!!

Awful. Sheets were not clean and I found dirty paper in bed that was left from a previous guest.

Not enough space for sufficient chairs for everybody in the room.

The service system was very efficient & smooth. Felt very safe.

About a 10 minute shuttle from airport. Breakfast omelette was delicious. Check in was a breeze and rooms are updated and clean!

Decent place, people were nice. Not enough power plugs for phone charging. Sushi would be nice in the airport.

It's the Westin service is exceptional and very nice rooms. It's conveniently located in the middle of all destinations I wanted to visit fir a weekend get a way.

The personnel were very nice and helpful, but the room didn t meet expectations of a 4-star hotel, the bathroom curtain was stained, the mirrors aren t clean, and their pillows stink

No longer has a starbucks,they replaced it with a resturant.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Service was quick and reliable. Rooms were clean and room service was excellent. I have nothing bad to say.

Very disappointed with this stay. We arrived on Friday evening and checked in. Everything was nice. Saturday morning we got up and saw the elevators were not working. At that time my Wife, 4 year old, and 19 month old walk down 11 flights of stairs. Upon reaching the bottom, we come out to a laundry room. To the left is an emergency exit, to the right is the laundry room. I asked for help from the gentleman. He only spoke Spanish. After about 3 minutes, a lady came and took us through the laundry facility, through the kitchen area, through storage space, and out by the ballroom undergoing construction. When we asked the front desk why the elevators were not working, I noticed the fire alarm flashing. The two ladies told us "we are not really sure what's going on and maybe it's a drill.". I walk outside and there is a fire truck. Now I am wondering why I just went through all that and no fire alarms were going off on the 11th floor but we're everywhere else. There was no manager at the time so we went out to continue our day. We arrived back home and our room had not been serviced. We called down and asked for more towels and why the room wasn't serviced. The lady told me they would send more towels immediately. She didn't know why the room wasn't serviced. (We did not put the card out stating not to service the room). The next day the same thing happened. We arrived back to the hotel after 5pm. We then put the towels on the floor in the hallway and the trash in the hallway because we saw the housekeeper ladies cart down the hall. The house keeper lady then a few minutes later knocked and walked in our room without saying anything and returning trash cans. I was not dressed at this moment as I was changing. On a bright note, they did heat up my child's snack. Needless to say, the overall experience was not a good one.

Conference halls were large and the hotel was very accommodating.

Really needs a deep cleaning and a little refurbishment. I noticed the wear and cleanliness as I was standing at the front desk which was visibly worn. The rugs at the front desk were sorely in need of a vacuum. When I got to my room, the carpet in front of the bed was ripped. SERVICE however was outstanding.

Excellent location, convenient shuttle, very nice room. Totally worth it to be closer to the airport!

We had a suite. It was huge with a living room and mini kitchen. Restaurant and bar was very professional. I would definitely return.

Due to the misfortune of a cancelled, late night flight to John Wayne Airport, I had the pleasure of staying at DFW Airport's Westin Dallas Fort Worth hotel. While my stay was covered by the air carrier's voucher, I would still have been pleased if I'd paid the very reasonable Friday night rate for the comfortable and stylish room. Always love the plush bath robe that hides behind the bathroom door, too!

I was only in a conference room. The room was conducive to the event however it tended to be very cold.

I really liked the layout of the property and the amenities provided. There is a coffee bar and restaurant in the hotel, as well as various conference rooms. There was an event going on during my stay but even during this time, the property was not overly crowded or too congested. The rooftop pool was also really nice. The staff was professional and friendly and they really added to my experience there. The housekeeping staff made sure we had service when needed and if no service was requested, they made sure we at least had clean towels. The front desk staff was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant.

Just took a class in the conference room but looked like a beautiful facility.

4 stars. Really a 3 or 4 star hotel
Pros. I got a groupon or some great discount. Like $80 for this $200 room.
next door to airport. Free shuttle to and fro. Free to leave your car a week. Clean Breakfast.

Cons. Non really. I'll stay again if I can get that discount again.
Free shuttles are always worth what you pay.

Good property located just north of the airport. Convenient and very clean. Staff were great and accommodating. I will be back.

I slept great...and that always is my biggest concern when I stay at a hotel.

Very nice facility under going renovation. Hopefully they are updating rooms. Large convention group was in town made for a noisy stay.

We have always been treated so good at this hotel. It is our favorite place in Dallas.
