Our 9/15 stayed due to the delay of the Dallas fli...

Our 9/15 stayed due to the delay of the Dallas flight. At that time, we received a receipt from the counter to apply for insurance claims. The counter staff indicated that they would send us an email, but the hotel did not send it.
I requested it from the hotel by mail, but the hotel said that we could not find our reservation record!
Afterwards, I sent emails to the hotel to help again, but the hotel did not reply at all!
Written here is hope that there will be no next victim...
