Nice looking hotel but very expensive to put on an event there... Will review more after my stay there...

It was quick and simple, the flight arrived, i got my luggage and shuttle was ready

Nice conference room. Enjoyed the day. Food was good as well.

The best thing about a flight cancelation. Super comfortable beds, nice bar downstairs and a friendly staff. The airport shuttle running every thirty minutes, that you can depend on and not have to make a reservation, is another big plus.

Very nice and clean. Heavenly beds! My only complaint is noisy housekeeping.

It was ok just the fact that room service came at 8 am but other than that it was good.

They're get another star if they had a coffee shop that stayed open all day and not just a few hours in the morning each day.

Checked in around midnight after a long day at the NFL Draft with my 7 (and a half) year old son. Young man at the counter was friendly and helpful. The older gentlemen at the desk upon checkout were cheerful and joked around with my son. All 3 seemed genuinely friendly. I give the staff 5 stars and they helped the score up to a generous 3. I stayed in room 340. It was a nice hotel, but they seem to struggle with upkeep. The tub was plugged and dripping, the toilet flushed incredibly loud and seemed to go on forever with very little flow, there were broken receptacle covers, it was an adjoning room and my neighbors could clearly be heard carrying on conversations. I know this last issue isn't maintenance necessarily, and I didn't complain because they weren't being unruly or obnoxious. They are paying customers as well and have an equal right to enjoy themselves. I know maintaining a building can be overwhelming from personal experience, but I stayed because of the name and reputation and wished I had opted for a Holiday Inn instead.

Great hotel with extensive shuttle service. I really like the top floor workout room and the lobby restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Clean, fresh smelling room. Nice rooftop pool in direct path of planes, nice views while waiting for flight out. We were able to keep our cars at the hotel for our trip, for a price but convenient.

Nice clean rooms w free shuttle service to and from airport

I just used this place as parking for dfw airport through a discount parking website. The staff were helpful, welcoming, efficient, etc. The hotel is clearly upscale. I relaxed in the lobby a while. Conference goers were having fun in the pub late into the night. The shuttle runs to the airport regularly. Even if i can't fully evaluate it because i didnt slerp in a room yhere, I get a good impression of this property.

Located right off the freeway, minutes from the airport and a variety of restaurants. Attentive staff, nice, clean rooms. Good bar and food. I enjoy staying at The Westin when traveling to Dallas for work.

The hotel is comfortable and pretty nice, however there is a fair amount of noise from the planes flying overhead.

We visited the Westin Dallas Ft Worth airport hotel for an Irish dance competition. Our hotel room ac was not working and the toilet flusher broke so we called the front desk and they sent an engineer within a few minutes to fix it. Great friendly service! We really enjoyed our stay.

When we got to the room the tv wasn't working right so we tried to call down to front desk and the phone didn't work. My husband had to go back downstairs to get someone to come fix it. They fixed it quickly though! But there seemed to be a problem with our ac... The room never cooled down and we didn't get much sleep cause we were so hot

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Location is really close to the airport and about 20 minutes away from downtown and Galleria mall. Overall it has been a satisfying stay.

Great for conferences, the breakfast and lunch provided were both delicious.

I used this parking just this past weekend and I am not pleased with the service at all! When I arrived to parked my car, the shuttle pulled off to proceed to the airport. I was a couple of minutes late so that was acceptable as I know people need to be on time for their flights. I caught an Uber, no biggie. However, when my flight returned and I called for a shuttle to pick me up I was left waiting for an hour! After the first half hour, I called the Westin back to make sure that the shuttle was on its way. The person I spoke with claimed that the shuttle would arrive shortly. After waiting another 15 minutes (which now I'm cold) I proceeded to call the Westin back and was told by the rep, her exact words, "I understand maam but its going to be another 10 or 15 minutes." My question is, how do you understand? You were not the one waiting in the cold hoping to see the shuttle appear! If the shuttle ran on time and frequently like you claim then what were they doing for an hour? Not to mention that when the shuttle finally arrived, dispatch radioed him and had him make other rounds of picking people up. He even had to pick someone up from the Hyatt. Don't they have their own shuttle? So after waiting outside after a loooonnnngggg flight, I had to accompany the driver in his routes instead of getting back to my car. The only reason that I would give this experience 1 star is because the driver that finally did show up was very courteous and apologized frequently for no one showing up to pick me up. He didn't even want to take my tip. His customer service was exceptional. But other than that, horrible experience. I will not use them again.

I got a great rate and great room on the 13th floor. The gym was nice and if it were warmer, we would of jumped in the rooftop pool. I have no complaints about the hotel and nothing but praise. I will be coming again.

For a Westin this place is trash. Dont 3xpect good service with the people they hire there just there..

We are attending FenCon. The hotel is nice, very close to the airport. The room is big, had a bit of an issue with the shower. All of the service has been fantastic.

Dated popcorn acustic ceiling. Visible carpet stains. Vent, but no fan in bath caused humidity issue. Ice maker in hall was on, but no water was connected. At least the linens we're clean and the wifi was working.

Disappointing Westin property. 25-30 minute shuttle pick up wait from the airport. In the morning, desk did not answer my call inquiring about timing for the shuttle. I went down and asked at 5:28. Front desk person told me one left at 5:30, didn't know if it was there, but made no effort to help. Driver didn't look out his window before pulling away at 5:29. Not exactly airport hotel convenience - I ended up with Uber both ways. Rooms themselves are out of date and a little tied as well.

Great location. Less than 10 minute shuttle to DFW. Nice place to have a large gathering of up to 200 people. TV screens are 42". Some traffic noise from the freeway if your room faces the airport. Rooftop pool and fitness center a little less than I expected.

Had a king bed reserved but got to my room and noticed it was just a full sized bed. Also, curtains were broken and could not raise them. If we would have stayed longer then a few hours while waiting for our flight I would have requested a new room or my money back.

Rooms are ok, the toilet runs alot apparently this is a hotel wide issue.

They where helpful for what they needed to do, which was not much.

I was there for Relay For Life training. The meals were excellent. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is built with professionalism from staff to service, everything has high standards which I always look for a hotel to stay in every time I travel

Basic necessities are all available in the room as I don't need to worry about.

There's a dining location called the blue fire grill that is pretty good for a hotel.

I like the breakfast here as there is a hot omelet bar as well as fresh fruit yogurt cereal Bagels and all your other standard Continental stuff.

The beds are nice, very comfortable and soft, I did have a good sleep

I love the gym and the pool as it's on the top floor so you can watch airplanes fly over to the airport.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful

I definitely enjoyed my stay in here and if I will visit Forth Worth again

It was a nice hotel. No problems. Planes were not as loud as I thought they would be. I also enjoyed the late check out time.

We felt that it was inconvenient because we did not know how to drain in the bathtub. In addition, there is no brushing and it is inconvenient.

This hotel is amazing! Very comfortable, cozy and quiet. The room was very neat and clean, the staff was amazing! We will stay here again!

I had a great experience staying at the Westin Hotel near the Dallas Airport. There was a bit of a hiccup with scheduling the rooms. When booking through Expedia, I reserved the rooms for Friday and Saturday night for four people. I was travelling form out of town to meet family and stay together in a room for a wedding we were attending. The reason I booked the room on Friday was so that we could check in early on Saturday. However, when my family arrived Saturday morning at 10am, (before I reached the hotel myself) after a long drive, they were told they could not access the rooms because they were being cleaned and no other double bed rooms were available. I was rather upset they had to wait a total of three and a half hours to have access to the room after I had called twice to make sure they were allowed to check in early. Once we got in, everything was in order and we had a great time. So much so, that we decided to extend our stay through to Sunday. I brought up the issue to the manager Jay and requested that I not be charged for the booking on Friday. He was gracious enough to comp our stay on Sunday night and only charge us for a one night stay! They have an amazing breakfast and bar with a coffee shop! Always friendly service, clean and lovely welcoming environment and a great rooftop pool my family and I enjoyed very much! Highly recommend staying at the Westin in any city you are visiting.

Great experience. Beds were so comfortable and heating and air worked well. Elevators were fast and check in and out was seamless.

Decent 4 star hotel. Has a beautiful pool on thr roof where you can see airplanes flying right over your head. However, at night, those same airplanes make much noise which can interrupt your sleep.

We were turned away upon check in (after driving from florida) because we were told pets were not excepted despite advertising it on their website as well as Google and other booking sites. They did give us a full refund but having to frantically find another hotel in the middle of the night after a 1000+ mile drive is enough to swear off Westin for good.

The hotel is very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the view from our 2nd floor bedroom.

Wasn't the worst hotel but for the quality I thought a Westin was, it was lacking. Bed was stiff and sitting on the edge it felt like it was going to collapse.
I understand reduced services wirlth covid but traveling around the world and many others at least offered reduced food, not just fully close the restaurant, breakfast and bar. Not to mention first outdoor pool I've seen closed.
The most irritating was being ignored by front desk and other employee when I needed another shampoo. Over 13 minutes receptionist was explaining check in procedures on the phone without even acknowledging I was standing there and the other employee walking around ignoring me like he didnt see me standing there for over 10 minutes.

As this place was near Dallas-Fort Worth, it was a convenient and moderately prices place to stay. The breakfast service was the only one I purchased and albeit a bit pricy at 17 dollars the food was well worth it. Overall a very nice and hospitable place to stay

My stay has been horrible!!!! I ve been here since 5am from Seattle Washington... I was told that I could check in early a week ago s d as early as yesterday when I called. I went back up to the front at 8:45am she said oh, you need to be on a wait list because now there s 4 people ahead of you.... so I ve been here for 31/2 hours and the 1st lady never told me there was a wait list.. the lady Vicki.. laughed and said oh!! You would of been 1st I m so upset !! I will NEVER EVER COME BACK!!!

The Westin is located near the DFW airport and right off the highway. Interior is nice and the rooms can be rented out for professional events. These rooms have plenty of space for large amounts of people.
