This hotel has the worst customer service! We had the worst experience dealing with the "supervisor" in charge (Mark). We left our vehicle in their parking lot after staying at their hotel overnight in order to catch our international flight. On the website it says that this hotel has FREE parking, however that is a lie. When we talked with the customer service representative the night we checked in we were never informed that a parking pass would be needed in order to leave our vehicle, even though the person at the desk knew we would be leaving it there. When we returned from our honeymoon (7 days later), our truck was no longer in the parking lot. We were informed it had been towed because we did not have an "alleged" parking pass. When we explained our situation to the supervisor he insisted that it was OUR FAULT that we should have known to ASK the desk for a pass. The supervisor never apologized nor offered us any kind of retribution for having our truck towed. We were very upset to come home from our honeymoon with a $430 impound fee due to the fact that we were under the impression that the Westin would be taking care of our vehicle while we were away. We were at least expecting a friendly conversation in which the supervisor treated us with respect and tried to help us out. Instead we were told to get a cab or have the tow truck bring our truck back. After a heated discussion the only offer we were given for all this was a ride to the impound lot. The supervisor said the Westin could not help us because it was OUR FAULT for not asking the front desk for a pass. We will never be staying at this hotel again and we do not recommend it to anyone else.
