I don't think they deserve even one star. Bad materials. Trust me to don't buy from this store.

Great company to deal with. Always up front with prices. They fix mistakes quickly and are always willing to help. Stone-Mart is great about giving us a heads up on when they are low on stock and when the next shipment is expected to arrive. I highly recommend this company.

Great service from Kristi and their suggestions for installers was spot on perfect. We tiled our entire condo and went to the beach for a week. Came back to tiled place, clean and complete. Don t waste your time at the big box stores.

I've been ordering from Stone-Mart since they opened! I have dealt with a lot of stone importers in the past all throughout Miami to North Florida and by far I can honestly say that they have fulfilled all my jobs. I send my customers all the time to view the material in person and they can also agree. Only one time did I have an issue but the manager in charge dealt with it and handled it very professionally. I am very satisfied with product and service offered!

I only buy at Stone Mart for 3 basic reasons :
1-High End Quality Material
2-Price ,, the best in town, competitors cant beat them
and most of the times they buy from stone mart to re-sale , so I don t waste my time looking around
3-Great and honest people.

I just wanted to give a shout out to James Webb and Stone-Mart. Even though my order was small, James treated us like we were his only customers. Even when we ran into a bit of a snag, James saw the issue through and made our buying experience a very good one. Not only was he helpful in our product selection his customer service was amongst the best I have experienced and I with over 30 years of it. I would recommend Stone-Mart for anyone in the market for your products, and seek out James for assistance, he will not let you down.

I wanted to take the time to write a review on one of your employees. Fortunately, work has continued to come in at a great clip for me, so it s not like I have time on my hands to sit down and write a review but I really wanted to express how lucky I believe you are to have Deon. I ve owned a design firm/home building company for over twenty years with my parents. We work with suppliers from all over the world. Deon has been great with all of our needs on a current pool/hardscape project on a large home we are doing. Without getting into too much detail that would bore you...water runoff requirements from City Hall and the amount of permeable hard surfaces we can use caused our quantity and needs to change a few times. I have needed to go back and forth with Deon several times. She has been extremely knowledgeable about the product she sells, shipping requirements, and has been quick to respond to my inquiries and changes. She is also clearly patient and kind. At a time like this, with heightened fears of dire illness and concerns for our livelihoods, it seems that a person s true colors can shine through. Deon has been a delight to work with and a ray of sunshine in terms of her attitude. It s the first time I ve ordered stone from Stone-Mart but because of my fluid experience, thanks to Deon, it will now be our go to source. Stone-Mart has extremely high-quality products and never let me nor my clients down. They have an abundance of options for my clients to choose from to create their dream pools. They keep their products up to date with new trends so my clients can find what style they are looking for. Specifically their travertine is very nice quality and the price is good. Not only is the quality great but our main sales rep Karla Stone is always very helpful in explaining our options and finding the best products making the sales run very smoothly which makes my business as a whole run smoother. It is a pleasure doing business with this company.

Iris is amazing here. My mom and I came here to try and match the tile in the house she just bought. My mom thought she found it and had me go grab the sample of the tile. I handed it to Iris and she was like this is the wrong match what you have is Cappuccino. Of course I am thinking there is no way she knows just by glancing at our small sample. She was spot on with the match. I was quite impressed. She matched it EXACTLY. We are remodeling the house to use as rental property so cutting costs was a must. She nailed it. My mom will ONLY deal with her. She is so nice and her customer service is impeccable. She always gives us a best deal and she knows her stuff. Her customer service alone keeps us coming here. She has great ideas and has help us out the multiple times we have come to purchase pavers, marble tile and travertine. We will be back for granite tops. If you go then see Iris. She is amazing to deal with.

Store and selection were well organized and presented, both inside and outside. We went to look at travertine to be used for a pool deck Jualeydi helped us and we found her to be pleasant, friendly and professional. She explained the differences between various types of travertine and showed us displays of them. When we requested samples to take home and explained that we lived far away, she was kind enough to find some small samples for us to take without having to return them. We really appreciated her helpfulness.

I have been working with Karla at the Tampa location and besides Stone-Marts incredible selection of travertine her great knowledge and attention to detail as well as instant responses is what sets their world class experience company apart from the very few businesses that really care. We are a swimming pool contractor and have been buying travertine from them for while now. Every order I have placed with Stone-Mart has been a great experience. Orders are shipped and delivered very quickly, great quality, and the best customer service around! I highly recommend Stone-Mart for your travertine needs!

I purchased high end travertine from stone mart via my pool remodeling company. HORRIBLE product.

They originally send stone that was terribly chipped and broken and the usable stuff was full of pock marks. It looked like swiss cheese. After much back and forth from the pool company and stone mart, they would take SOME of it back and redeliver when they got a new shipment from Turkey. Oh and it just so happened that after the original complaint the stone price went up so our pool company paid the difference.

What a shyster.

We finally received the new stones and at this point I would NEVER order from them again. The stone is still chipped on over 50% and still pretty pock marked. We had no choice but to take what they gave us because we had already paid to receive the top of tier travertine and doubt we were getting our money back so we went with it. :( its an example of poor quality product with no regard to make the customer happy. I am sick looking at our travertine, but I'm stuck with it now. Wish I was a millionaire so I could get new from somewhere else. I'd probably go to Miami next.

I have no idea how much they ripped off our pool company for in the end $$. All I know is the company will no long use StoneMart as a source. So you know it's wasn't good in the end.

Thanks for ruining my expectations on how nice travertine would be, frankly after this I'd say don't waste your money. Horrible product.

I have been a Stone Mart client for 10 years they are very easy to deal with. Their sales staff are very friendly.. Ali is our sales guy he is very responsive and he makes sure the orders are delivered quickly. !!

I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and support provided by Jualeydi for my non-profit's order of limestone pavers.
From the beginning, she has been responsive, pleasant and has dealt with every change I had with a professional ability to meet our organization's needs. When I asked for the tiles to be cut, she said -- no problem -- and made it happen; when I had to change the order from pick-up to delivery in Ohio -- again, she said no problem and made it happen quickly. I had used Stone-Mart Tampa for our home pool tiles in Palm Harbor and went back to them for our Ohio non-profit's needs and have been extremely pleased both times. While we have not received the tiles yet (coming in days), I have no doubt that should any problems arise, they will be dealt with professionally. I highly recommend Stone-Mart Tampa for your stone needs, and Jualedyi in particular -- such a pleasant experience!

Nahida was amazing to work with. We had a very large and complex order of stone and marble. She was on top of getting our deliveries done in a very timely manner and offered other helpful resources. Be careful when purchasing premium travertine at Stone Mart. The name is deceiving. 40% of the tiles were junk on my last job. The condescending manager Bob Glass will tell you that it's your own fault for not checking the stone before it left the yard. They refuse to take any returns. I got to throw 40% of my purchase in the dumpster beside their warehouse and then buy new travertine to complete the job. After years of using Stone-Mart his is a perfect example of a company that has gotten to big. Customer service is no longer important. Commissions and driving sales is all that matters. John Lum

I walked into Stone Mart a few days ago and was greeted by Nahida. She was fantastic to work with! She took us around the showroom, educated us on the various options and presented us with samples to take home based off our interests. If you are thinking about re-doing a pool deck or the flooring on the inside of you home, think about coming here first The customer service is excellent and the products are to die for!

From start to finish I wasn't kept informed. Never called back until I made some noise. I purchased a lot of travertine tile which was the only good part of our experience. They said we will pick up the pallets . Called informed they could come and get them 2 weeks later no call so I spent half a day breaking them up. The selection of tile is the only good thing. Got no respect as I guess I was installing the tile on my own and I wasn't a contractor. Very unhappy

We are doing a kitchen remodel and found the perfect marble tile at StoneMart. From start to finish they were helpful, professional and service-oriented. We had an issue with some of the tiles being broken. Jay Hearn and his team were great in how they handled the matter and got things right back on track without delay. Our company buys travertine tiles and pavers from Stone-Mart on a regular basis for over 20 years. I would say that Stone-Mart offers the highest quality travertine at the most competitive prices on the US market. After Stone-Mart added huge selection of porcelain tiles and pavers to its product line a few years ago, it became our # 1 place for one stop shopping. I strongly recommend Stone-Mart's products to any wholesale or retail clients. The quality of their products and their customer service is second to none.

My rating is solely based on my experience shopping for tile at this location. Poor communication and service. They have a decent selection of tiles, the store is clean and inviting.

I was working with a project manager to install new tile in my office. Had a rep from the showroom put a tile set on hold, provided all the required information to have the rep contact my PM as soon as possible to get started.

72 hours without hearing back, I call Stone Mart, get an apology and a do over. I even had the sales rep put an order on a different set just in case the other tile was not available. A few days go by, no call back.

At this point, I just about had it with them, even though I really liked the tile. I shared my story with a rep from a different store I visited, she said they had a relationship with Stone Mart and would reach out on my behalf to have them call me.

The call never came. So there you have it. Time wasted.. Smh.

Recently purchased 2300sf of travertine tile from Stone-Mart. It's a team of pros that provided outstanding service from my first request for samples through order-to-delivery in my driveway in a couple days. Jeremy provided superb advice on the brushed & chiseled French pattern I now have laid across my entire residence. Quality of the tile was better than promised with less than 1% waste and zero broken tiles upon delivery. That's quality and attention to detail in packing both of my orders. I'd go back to Stone-Mart if I could, but I've run out of floor. Thanx.

Bad experience!!!

Went to Stone Mart to compare prices with Floor and Decor for tile. Stone mart had a nearly identical item for lower price. Salesman Sal said they ALWAYS have it in stock so no issue if we needed more tile because they charge a restocking fee if you don't want some. Total lie!! Needed a bit more tile...they no longer had it. They then said there were no returns and no price matching. In addition they do not do anything if the pallet contains broken tile. You have to inspect each tile before it leaves the store...even though you can't see it. Terrible customer service after you buy!!!!!

Dealing with Sal at Stone Mart is always a pleasure! He is very knowledgeable of the products that they have to offer and always provides us with the best customer service. He is quick to return phone calls and answer e-mails which is basically unheard of in this industry nowadays. We have ordered travertine flooring, shower tiles, pavers, etc. for several of our homes now and continue to recommend it to our incoming customers. Keep up the good work!

If you are looking for great customer service, accompanied by great prices, then Stone-Mart should be your one and only destination. Quality stone by a company that goes out of their way to make sure each one of their clients is a 100% satisfied. Please ask for Dan and he'll make sure you get taken care of the proper way.

Staff is great. Ordering tile takes so long and if your sales guy isn't there it takes longer, even waiting to get tile takes awhile.

I had no problems working with Patrick, but one visit I had to work with Loretta Ducas and it was awful. Loretta was rude, initially ignored me, and refused to help me figure out how many tiles I needed. She was supposed to be helping me, but then helped another customer and took 2 phone calls. She said to me, How am I supposed to know how many tiles you need? Don t you have a contractor? After I said that Stone Mart should be able to help me figure this out, she said I m not going to take the responsibility of that if I do the math wrong. So I had to figure it out myself. I also called to see what grout color matched the travertine I bought and Loretta told me And how am I supposed to know that answer? with a rude, snotty tone. She was useless and rude.

The hard part was finding a competent, skilled, and affordable installer. Stone Mart suggested a poor quality installer, Seven Golden Floors. It s great for Stone Mart business when they suggest a crap installer and then you have to buy additional tile when your project needs to be redone. My advice to future tile customers is to get porcelain tile and forget about stone. It's not worth it. It takes great skill and experience to install stone correctly (especially in a shower) and with quality. Stone is also high maintenance and chips and cracks SO easily. I'm always seeing new chips and wondering, "How the? What the?" I'm so delicate with it and yet still it chips. You have to seal it every 5 years and it s difficult to keep clean. I was lied to when I was told it's easy to clean. After living with it for half a year now, I would never do stone again. Porcelain tile is stronger than ceramic and more durable than stone. That is the way I will go in the future. Stone looks good, but it is not functional or durable when you live with it.

For the First time when I visited the store I was so fascinated with assortment and Quality of the products. As soon as you walk in they greet you and have a big smile on their faces. They more then willing to help you with the choice of stone and happy to Explain ever details. My dad is friends with Mr. Omar( owner) and he said That as a person he s a kind, generous and genuine man. Very honest also, Which is very rare in businesses. Hundred percent customer satisfaction guarantee, personal experience. My dad was at the Stone-Mart, buying stone and as soon as he mentioned Mr. Omar s name, salesperson called him and Mr. Omar told him to give my dad a discount. Mr. Omar and his family has been coming to my dad s restaurant (Mirage) for many years. Great people. This is my honest review and I always encourage people to support local businesses.

Mina Megaly was pleasant, helpful and patient during our visit to the Tampa location. Our purchase was made through our contractor. Prices seem fair, delivery driver was timely, very pleasant and careful to follow instructions on where to place the 7 pallets of stone. The stone was packaged well and seemed to have minimal breakage. This particular stone (Leonardo) was a bit difficult to cut, most likely due to the extensive veins and crevices, however, that is also what adds to the beauty of the stone. The finished product is elegant, interesting and the talk of the neighborhood. (French pattern Leonardo with Ivory 12"x12" coping)

Mina from stone mart Tampa was fantastic. I decided to do more travertine than expected , and i needed it fast. Mina took my order over the phone and the travertine was picked up by the installer. Great service and prices.

Stone Mart supplied the stone for my pool deck. As soon as tiles were installed they started chipping. Manufacturers rep visited my house and said that Stone Mart did not show installers how to prep the stone resulting in at least 20 tiles chipping and cracking. Manager Bob promised 3 months ago to work w/ installer to replace bad tiles and repair the deck Now 3 months later he doesn't return calls and my $70K pool is a mess. Don't trust this company, their word is no good.

Michael Anderson was a life saver. He is extremely professional and moved mountains for us. He was able to get my product to me quickly and communicated with me every step of the way. The product I received is of very high quality. I would recommend Stone Mart 100%. You will not be disappointed. Michael is your guy!

I love my lenardo travertine floors from Stone-Mart! I drove over from Orlando and trucked it back myself. 2000 square feet of the most beautiful stone. I had a few few chipped corners in the batch, but put those to the side and used as my cutting tile. Forrest Bailey is my favorite salesman. I ordered addition stone for my shower over the phone as I trusted Forrest to provide guidance, write it up correctly, and provide me great quality stone. I wish they had a store in Orlando. Saving up for my driveway pavers next and will be giving Forrest a call!

Just completed my second order with Stone Mart. Of course I asked for Jualeydi as I highly recommend everyone to do. As I expected, it was once again efficient, painless and just a completely satisfying experience. Stone Mart is absolutely amazing, they have sold me travertine and marble for three of my houses. Their high end travertine and marble is an amazing value, it usually the same price as a low/mid-grade tile at Home Depot but adds 10x the value to the home. Their selection is amazing and every time I sell a house with their travertine and marble it dramatically increases the resell value and the houses don t last long on the market.

One piece of advice when going to Stone Mart, ask for James. If he s busy with another customer, wait. James is a true expert in travertine and marble. He will get you exactly what you are looking for at a price you can t believe. The best part is he is 100% honest and never tries to upsell.

We've been renovating the interior and exterior of a house that we recently purchased. Stone-Mart is our go-to store for the marble and travertine that we installed inside of the house, travertine ledger panel for the exterior trim, and travertine pavers for the lanai, driveway and porch. The stone looks absolutely gorgeous! Nahida Sia is our Stone-Mart inside salesperson. She is extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and gives us exceptional service. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with Nahida!

Rude staff, crazy prices, I had to wait 9 weeks for delicrde...a total nightmare.

We created an outdoor oasis and Jay Hearn was very helpful! He was able to get me great pricing without sacrificing quality. I had several change orders and he was very attentive. Had what I needed but it took a ridiculous amount of time for them to get my order of 22 pencils ready. They are also a little pricey. I thought I was paying for better customer service but I was wrong. I would not shop here again.

Took a sample in from a travertine floor we have in our master bathroom. A gentleman greeted us as we walked in and immediately knew what kind of tile it was from the sample. He told me everything about it! Even told me it was discontinued. He checked all his database and they did not have the product. But pointed me in the correct direction on how to find it on the internet. He went above and beyond trying to help us. If I ever need stone or porcelain work to be done. I now have a place!

We have been dealing with Stone Mart for a few years now. Unlike others suppliers we have worked with in the past, Stone Mart travertine material is always well stocked. Their pricing allows our customers easily upgrade to a travertine product. They also have a first class showroom inside and outside at their Tampa location. The sales rep we work with is Tom Gibson. Tom gets back to me quickly and has handled all of our orders in a professional fashion.

We have used Stone Mart on many projects over the years. Dan Meyers has always taken great care of us with follow up, shipping etc. and we have been very happy with the product. Dan is the best, deal with him!!

I wanted to share my experience with my recent bathroom remodel planning and materials purchase from Stone Mart. She spent a lot of time with me to match what I wanted with some pretty cool tile combinations,the bathroom is going to look awesome when I complete it. additionally, Humberto gave me so much great advice and important details regardinging tile installation...right down to using a square shower drain rather than the round one i currently have...he made it easier for me as i undertake my project ( I'm installing myself)...A1 service with no pressure and easy to understand ideas and details. He was very quick to respond via email and telephone to answer questions, provide quotes, and update quotes on short notice. He took time to describe differences between families of travertine and helped with the selection process by sending photos since we don't live in Tampa. Shipping and delivery was easy each time.
