I wanted to take the time to write a review on one of your employees. Fortunately, work has continued to come in at a great clip for me, so it s not like I have time on my hands to sit down and write a review but I really wanted to express how lucky I believe you are to have Deon. I ve owned a design firm/home building company for over twenty years with my parents. We work with suppliers from all over the world. Deon has been great with all of our needs on a current pool/hardscape project on a large home we are doing. Without getting into too much detail that would bore you...water runoff requirements from City Hall and the amount of permeable hard surfaces we can use caused our quantity and needs to change a few times. I have needed to go back and forth with Deon several times. She has been extremely knowledgeable about the product she sells, shipping requirements, and has been quick to respond to my inquiries and changes. She is also clearly patient and kind. At a time like this, with heightened fears of dire illness and concerns for our livelihoods, it seems that a person s true colors can shine through. Deon has been a delight to work with and a ray of sunshine in terms of her attitude. It s the first time I ve ordered stone from Stone-Mart but because of my fluid experience, thanks to Deon, it will now be our go to source. Thank you and please thank Deon for all of her hard work and positivity!
