From start to finish I wasn't kept informed. Never called back until I made some noise. I purchased a lot of travertine tile which was the only good part of our experience. They said we will pick up the pallets . Called informed they could come and get them 2 weeks later no call so I spent half a day breaking them up. The selection of tile is the only good thing. Got no respect as I guess I was installing the tile on my own and I wasn't a contractor. Very unhappy
