Be careful when purchasing premium travertine at Stone Mart. The name is deceiving. 40% of the tiles were junk on my last job. The condescending manager Bob Glass will tell you that it's your own fault for not checking the stone before it left the yard. They refuse to take any returns. I got to throw 40% of my purchase in the dumpster beside their warehouse and then buy new travertine to complete the job. After years of using Stone-Mart his is a perfect example of a company that has gotten to big. Customer service is no longer important. Commissions and driving sales is all that matters. John Lum
