I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and support provided by Jualeydi for my non-profit's order of limestone pavers.
From the beginning, she has been responsive, pleasant and has dealt with every change I had with a professional ability to meet our organization's needs. When I asked for the tiles to be cut, she said -- no problem -- and made it happen; when I had to change the order from pick-up to delivery in Ohio -- again, she said no problem and made it happen quickly. I had used Stone-Mart Tampa for our home pool tiles in Palm Harbor and went back to them for our Ohio non-profit's needs and have been extremely pleased both times. While we have not received the tiles yet (coming in days), I have no doubt that should any problems arise, they will be dealt with professionally. I highly recommend Stone-Mart Tampa for your stone needs, and Jualedyi in particular -- such a pleasant experience!
