Got to stay here for a very good and reasonable price. Thanks to trivago. Room was good condition but bathroom was abit old fashioned. Probably cos the hotel is old. But i would certainly stay in this hotel again

If you have to spend your quarantine in this hotel you will suffer. The rooms are old and dusty, toilet is leaking and has mold growing, food is horrible and wifi never works. The management of this hotel does not care about you.

In summary, it's an old hotel. Very dated, some areas are rather rundown.

The hotel is next to the mall which is also quite empty. The hotel shares the same basement carpark as the mall, and there are plenty of lots since there are 3 basements level of carparks.

This is the first time I was informed by the hotel staff that I have to pay the parking first, bring the receipt back to them to claim the amount. Seriously? What happen to validation?? Well, the counter lady said the validating machine is broken.

Ok, .. it's not the only thing that is broken in this hotel .. the bathtub has cracks and wall tiles are chipped. Carpet in room is mushy. Water pressure is good and hot. Toilet is noise and AC is noisy but cold enough.

From the furnishing and layout, I guess it used to be a very grand hotel, wood grained furniture, desk in the room, mini bar, mini fridge, lights in the closet, full length mirror, real wooden bed frame orange lamps everywhere, central control for lights at the bed side table! Bust most of these are quite worn and not working.

Good price. Decent stay. Just old.

The entire long stay in this hotel is terrible beyond description. i hardly have such strong dislike for any hotel stay because most times the different areas of the area compensate for its inadequacy in other areas (ie facilities are old, then staff are friendly) but this is by far the worst and largely triggered by the checkout experience. If there was any negative star, it would have been -10.

First the cleanliness of the rooms is atrocious. They hardly clean the room, leaving hair from previous guest on the floor and in the bathroom. The corridor and room is filled with an air of stale musky smell that tickles the nose as you breathe in.

Next, the condition of its room is not even properly maintained. Shower curtain stained and mouldy, water is always red with rust when you turn on the tap everyday.

Thirdly, I m check-in the internet login details provided by reception is wrong. Had to call operator a few times just to get one that I can login. After I ve finally logged in, the connection is terribly unstable and slow.

Fourthly, the food and service at the cafe at breakfast is bad. Food outside the hotel is anytime easily better than the crappy breakfast they serve. Scrambled egg is over cooked, vegetables turned yellow from over cooking as well. Service staff walks through the cafe with no regard for guests and squeeze past guests as though the guests are a trouble to them rather than people who are their paymasters.

Last but not least, at check out the reception claimed that credit card payment can not be charged in my home currency. Then, she went to check and a Duty Manager Hannah pushed open the door that led to back office from behind the reception brashly. Then with a frown on her face stormed up to the reception where I was and exclaimed in a tone that is challenging and demanding, How can I help you! . I explained What I wanted. She then explained it can t be done and she threw the credit card machine on the reception counter and retorted, you show me la! .

I have never ever written against any service experience because I acknowledge that working in the service line is tough. But this time, I had to. If anyone feels that their guests are a trouble and giving them problems to make their days awful, then DON T working in the service line. Go somewhere else that you don t have to face anyone.

Be careful with the LIMO service offered. It is about 200-300% more expensive than ordinary taxi. Just take a taxi opposite the main entrance. The hotel boy will be paid if you are using the LIMO taxi service, therefore it is much more expensive.

I left my charger after I checked out. I called the lost and found department, but nowhere I can recover it.

The traffic at the cross junction near the hotel is too heavy. Also to travel to the nearest KTM station wasted much valuable time. The time took go back to the hotel from KL city at any time took about 1-2 hours.

The breakfast is not nice and very very limited choices with the quite expensive hotel rates.

I would suggest CitiTel with an extra about RM 80 per night.

Spend the weekend shopping in kl. The location of the hotel is good and there is kelana Jaya line (USJ7 station) within walking distance. Beside the hotel there is also 2 big mall all within walking distance.

The check-in is smooth however the hotel deco and interior is quite old-school . There is air conditioning in the room however u can't control the temperature, u only can control the speed of the fan. During our stay the room is quite warm.

The hotel also have a swimming pool on the 5th floor.

This hotel is old and run down. Also there was an incident in my room 1205 where smoke coming out from the aircon (according to maintenance staff is due to burnt motor) and luckily i was working on my laptop when it happen else I could have died due to smoke inhalation in my sleep. The counter staff then proceed to change my room to 1307.

The complimentary WiFi is also very poor, even when guest trying to purchase additional WiFi passes, it says their network unable to coup with the additional connections and suggest the guest to purchase data enabled SIM card from nearby phone shop.

There's a lot of parking spaces at B1 and B2, while B3 is poorly lit. Hotel will give RM2 discount for your parking but first you will need to pay at B1 auto pay machine then only proceed to hotel receptionist counter to claim the RM2 rebate.
