Old Hotel but well maintained and the furniture is good and decoration just nice. The bathtub also quite huge and clean. But one thing problem, the shower filter to hot not accurate, so hot. But i'm happy staying here as our rooms is high floor level 14, and perfect city view.

Parking arrangemnt is very troublesome. Need to pay cash, then claim back frm hotel. Difficult especially when check out as staying a few days, parking is not just a few dollars. You will need to drive back to hotel lobby to pull over and claim back your receipt. Not all mall carpark payment machine is working and hotel doesnt accept manual receipt issued by carpark management office. You'll hv to decide between wasting time to find a working machine, or pay at carpark management office and not able to claim back your parking charges.

Good place to check in for short trip or business or working . Even can bring family room is big with LED TV and free wifi.. Friendly helpful reception. Nice view from 15 floor onwards. There are non smoking floor available. Welcome drink provided. Shopping mall same block with hotel buy close at 10 pm. Free parking available and plenty. Entertainment outlet within the block. Phillipino band at G floor open till late.
Nearby behind the hotel is Decathlon and Mydin and 2Eco for your shopping variety and taste
Only down side i keep getting is that my bathroom water is always dirty and when i ask the people down stairs they say they are cleaning the water filter or something.This isn't the first time I've experienced this.

Okay I can eccept again but what I can't eccept is 2.10.2019 at 1.33Then I wanted to go out for food & I went to Lobby Reception for Car Park & The lady Reception asked me to make Payments near auto pay car park in Basement due to time it's morning and i'm a girl I ask the lady reception to be alright if i ask my friend's Security to get to Car park & Auto pay station Car park & the lady tell me that In Basement there is Security's she doesn't help me at all when i see her Security Free to sit there yess I understand Security is not required to do what they just need to Keep safe but for security reasons i ask the lady Reception tu bg sy permission to ask Security friend but she does not share she keep talking under Park no Security when i car park there is no security at all & no one i find it very dangerous, More for girls, How if this thing happen to your F amily? & u will understand my feeling that early in the morning, The lady licked that dress in black, I was very disappointed that she did not understand what I was saying, & she told me to print the car park & I was tired of looking not too difficult & not helpful at all, he had to understand that both Customers came from Usj Area so he didn't really know where Auto pay was from Ofice wanted to print it all, Don't wait for something to happen to the new hotel Customers to act on security ,

Worst hotel ever. DO NOT STAY HERE. IM SERIOUS! ROOM KEY CANT WORK. WAITED FOR HOURS FOR THEM TO OPEN THE DOOR. WHEN ASK TO COME UO THEY ASK US TO GO DOWN. THEY ASKED TO CHANGE ROOM AT 12AM! CAR PARK FAIL! MUST WAIT FEW MINUTES FOR THEM TO OPEN GATE. MANAGEMENT FAIL TO INFORM US ABOUT BREAKFAST POLICY. TOILET NOT CLEAN.

The room condition is quite big and clean. However, when you need to liaise about financial with this hotel, please keep yourself ready to wait for a long period to get back your refund or others. Advise to get cash from them if available.

1 or 2 lightings in the room not functioning but clean and tidy. Food is average... Overally OK and just nice for the price.
The hotel is nice but the swimming pool is only for kids and the gym need to register before going in
Room is spacious, bathroom and shower good , air con very warm in the day . It only get cold after midnight. The furniture are old and run down. They really need to improve to get more good review. Such a waste . it use to be one of the good hotel last time. So sad. i hope they improve if not bye bye sayonara . Hasta la vista Baby !
