Very nice hotel. Behind a shopping complex. Near monorail station.

Reasonable hotel. Busy weekends. Besides summit shopping centre. Da men shopping also nearby. Price reasonable. Food ok.

staying in this hotel and after the first night so far this is one of the worse hotel I have ever stayed and claiming yourself 4 star business hotel.
I got woken up by drilling and knocking at before 7am early morning, not hot water initially have to call people to repair at midnight after a long day, the bed I'm sleeping in I can feel the spring and parking ...reception told me can only claim rm2.00? still claiming to be a 4 star hotel? tried to lodge a complain on their website but to no surprise unable to submit it... worse than 1 star

The toilet should have a special tap near the toilet to facilitate the disposal of water and abscess.

Great hotel..medium budget..easy access to shopping plaza within or 15 minute away from Sunway Pyramid shopping plaza.. easy route to airport..easy route to KL city . So.. nice place to stay at and transport of various types available .

The hotel is located in the middle of Subang and also beside to shopping mall, The summit. This hotel also near to lrt station within 5 minutes..but in the morning before 8am amd in the evening after 5pm ther will have heavy traffic jam in front of the hotel.so, plan your journey carefully.

For the month of fasting it is well worth the price of promotion ... The most special menu here is a decent roast deer with a good price for a goat ..

Went for buffet- we booked the place for teacher"s day celebration- they made it very cramp - it was disappointing!

Bad traffic during peak hours. Dated facilities and decorations. However, sufficient parking and has all the basic necessities.

Room need some upgrade, furniture is too old. Not worth it. OYO room is much better. Location is good. Walking distance to shopping mall and public transport.

If I could leave no star I would. Health hazards everywhere in the room - dirty moldy air con vents, ceiling windows and mini fridge. The furnitures (chairs and carpet specifically) look like they survived the second world war - super old and dirty with weird stains on it. While we're on the topic on stains - you'll find all sort of colors and shaped stains on your duvet and sheets. I liked the towel though, probably the newest addition to the room, it dries you out well. I need to highlight the window panel too, it is secured with 2 little screws on each end, providing you the best security you can find from the outside world. The staffs here are nice, however they seem overworked/understaffed so please do not expect everything at your quick service. I highly recommend everyone to NOT stay here even if it's free. There are plenty of nicer/cleaner/modern Airbnb you can find around the area.

Planned to do my online study during my stay here but WiFi is very slow to a point that can't even load a short video clip properly.. and it's always only 2 bars..

Not worth for the stay with that kind of rate. Not even on 3 star hotel standard.

Its the moderate hotel..everything is good..but some element are weak example, housekeeping,front desk..however if you compare price vs room, its a good place to tryout

Comfortable and decent hotel in USJ area. We recommend our customer to stay there, before and after our customer trainings.

Presently the whole Summit is under major refurbishing. The hotel is old and crummy, popular spot for gentleman services. Not really a place to stay at.

This is quite a happening place. Sunway pyramid and theme park is here. Plus, there's a mall. All the conveniences of city life can be found here

A few things to comment.
1) I have fully paid in Agoda and I called to Summit hotel that I did not check in on 18 May and only check in on 19 May morning. When I arrived on 19 May, the receptionist took my IC and phone number to key in my information. I was then told to wait till afternoon only then I can check in because the room was not ready.

But my room was supposedly to be reserved for me since I had fully paid. Only then she checked again and found my booking file at the other tray and allowed me to check in without waiting till afternoon.

I just wonder how the system is running.

2) I forgot my room number and checked with the receptionist. She requested my IC and then phone number again. I told her that I already gave you my info this morning. The other young malay receptionist beside her rudely responded to me on behalf of her ' JUST GIVE IT TO HER'. Then I showed my rolling eyes to him only then he felt my anger to his rude behavior and said the info was not saved this morning.

Conclusion:
1) Dun expect greeting or even smile from the receptionist.
2) Please accept their rudeness with open heart.

Worst hotel stay in my life. Carpet is dirty, basin and bath tub are molded. Even there is a big hole below the window (on top of chair in pic).

ade setgh the room..sok2 je ade smells carpet..bilk we first ddk water heater damaged..air pnas je come out..we changed rooms..the second room is ok..you ade iron board n iron lgi..xde smells aak..tp in a hotel nmpk mcm scary skit..nmpk suram je ... old furniture ... bathtub pn old style .. BUT service is mmg tiptop .. friendly .. good at all.

Nice. Room is tidy and clean. Room is also comfortable enough for its price.

The hotel seems a little run down. The room is ok, quite spacious and the bed is not too bad. The hotel shares the car park with the mall and we had a little struggle to find ways to hotel lobby. They really need to put more signs and arrows to direct people to the hotel lobby entrance. All in all, it is still a good stay for the price i paid.

This place is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It's probably 1star. The bathroom is absolutely horrible, mold around the bathroom corner, tub, floor and soap holder. The shower curtain is also moldy and and the house keeping is just keeping the property clean. The refrigerator is also very dirty. Pictures says it all.

Terrible hygiene, terrible service and horrendous treatment of people quarantining in there. How is this place even allowed to operate when it's so dirty and guests are being mistreated? They'd only updated the facade, looks good on the outside but disgusting inside.
