Long waiting times, and a busy hospital. Appointments with a specialist can take up to three months, only to get rescheduled for another month. Receptionist are very friendly, helpful, and fast, also the nurses are generally nice. ER on the other hand, is the worst. Unless someone recommended you a doctor, don t go fishing as this place has its fair share of obnoxious and oblivious practitioners. Personally, I opted out and resorted to Al Manea.

Ever since the the hospital became JHAH, the hospital has been going through very poor healthcare services. I would like to share what happened just five minutes ago a guy wasn t admitted to the emergency because they decided his condition doesn t require an emergency but a walk-in care as per the nurse the average time of receiving the required healthcare through walk-in is two to three hours. The guy literally collapsed on the floor from how much he been setting there. They are rude and their services are very poor. They want you outta there ASAP. It was better when it was just Saudi Aramco Hospital bring that back.

The biggest problem in which appointments wait up to 3 months, and even if your turn comes and the doctor asked you to review after 10 days, he would wait 3 months again, I mean, it is difficult for you to treat yourself with them as long as follow-up is far away!

I hate this hospital. I went to them with a 39.5 fever and had very concerning low blood pressure i could barely walk, they put me in a wheelchair, when I enter the nurses room she checks my pressure and panics does not check my fever or anything else, the doctor came in, he didnt even do a check up or anything just literally looked at me and told me that i should just take painkillers and left! I was sick for days! I went to another hospital and they diagnosed me and gave me an IV and antibiotics and now i am much better, no thanks to JHAH.

The nurse gave me drip while I was at the Emergency observation bed. When I checked the medicine from the drip is not going into my body but on the floor . Update: 1 year later.
It is clear that ever since four hospital became privatized from SAMSO to John Hopkins it has become worse, although the new pharmacy centre was a great addition. But I am disappointed by the sharp and sudden rise in patients after John Hopkins came. That makes it very hard to schedule appointments and there are long waiting times. It has become rather cluttered and disorganized. It used to be just people from the Dhahran Aramco Campus. But after the privatization a lot more people started coming to the hospital. Thats not a problem, but John Hopkins should improve their services my expanding parking, reducing waiting times, organizing their hospital, improving appointments, getting better phone operators and AGAIN IMPROVE YOUR PARKING. SAMSO was still more organized, efficiently, and better overall. Even today I woke up early at 7am and couldn't get an appointment with my doctor on the same day. Why can't I schedule an appointment ahead of time? Everyday it's hard to get an appointment with my GP. Very dissatisfied.

Same drama today, even at 7am can't get appointment with my doctor. Saad Hospital seems like a great alternative. SAMSO was much better than JHAH who think they are a "world class" healthcare provider, even though you have to get appointments on the same day and it takes forever to get an appointment. Very poor planning and no care for all the patients complaining.

I came here for some injuries, it took me 5 hours of waiting before i was attended to. They dressed up my wounds and covered it, yet i was not given nor prescribed of any antibiotics.... LOL...

I tried birth and exceeded my expectations! Very comfortable, quiet and professional, and post-natal rooms with the service Top Top what they allow facilities male, but normal at the time of birth .. and sat with my sister without procedures or complications .. Eating was choosy .. Nurses are very helpful collaborators but I aren them respond to me and ask what I want before what Tjini .. Here are some tips for those who want to choose Jha as a hospital for him and his family
