Sister Zeinab is following diabetics and stress in comprehensive care, a summit of ethics and sophistication in dealing with my elderly mother and she deserves all appreciation and respect
This place has some of the best consultants in the area. Down side, it s a mission impossible to get pass the family doctor and get an appointment with a specialist. Long waiting times, and a busy hospital. Appointments with a specialist can take up to three months, only to get rescheduled for another month. Receptionist are very friendly, helpful, and fast, also the nurses are generally nice. ER on the other hand, is the worst. Unless someone recommended you a doctor, don t go fishing as this place has its fair share of obnoxious and oblivious practitioners. Personally, I opted out and resorted to Al Manea.
Unfortunately, the hospital after converting it to Johns Hopkins Cai Si
the appointment takes too long until i doesn t need it
Top Quality, would definitely recommend. The staff are professional as they provide quality service and pay major attention to detail. By far the best hospital in the region!
A private hospital for Saudi Aramco employees. It is considered the largest and best integrated hospital in the Eastern Region. It consists of several adjacent buildings ... The only drawback is the constant congestion and length of waiting periods
One of the worst medical facilities. Doctors just want you to get out from the room as fast as they can. They would not listen to the whole medical history nor they would accommodate for urgent and special cases
Is there an anticoagulation clinic in jhah currently?
The service is good but sometimes you need to wait even if you have a scheduled appointment, most of the staffs are friendly.
The dirtiest hospital in Saudi Arabia in terms of the treatment of doctors and nursing in the emergency department, we ask the Ministry of Health to quickly close it.
One of the best consultants in the eastern province. Nowadays really easy getting appointments and special diagnostic tests within 10-15 days. Friendly staff.
Great hospital over all, however for long term patients residing in the hospital, the level of care drops very noticeably, need more care from the doctors and the nurses.
No appointments extranet booking system for dependent.
The worst hospital, no doctors, Zain, even the medicine, they say, take it from Bara Vachlinen
The place does not need to comment
Because excellent services and the latest and drink a great effecting devices have
Good luck
A very bad hospital, especially after he was transferred to Johns Hopkins. If you had medical complications because of them, they would delay and waste your time so they would not treat you, and treat them as rubbish.
This hospital has gotten worse especially after the adminstration moved over to Johns Hopkins. Low quality doctors with unethical and ignorant behavior towards employees. And in case u got complications becuase of them they will try to get rid of u.
The hospital in the recent period began to lose a number of competent doctors who left the hospital ... the existing competencies are lower than the level the hospital was in the past ... some of the nursing staff need training courses in good dealing with patients, especially the elderly .... the reception staff The appointments and patient services deserve five stars with a wall .... waiting for the medical level to be raised (for doctors who recently joined the hospital)
Worst service their appointments are a long time and they don't give exact answers for the check up results I'm truly unfortunate to say this
Cleanliness and this thing is well known .. Emergency is very bad and possible wait 5 or 6 hours
The building in the emergency department is old and small, and the doctor was hours late for the examination
Hospital is very bad and very ruined after Talat of Aramco and received by John Hapkins
Private healthcare... good service but busy at time
The frankness is the subject of the parking lot at the hospital and the area around it until the self-stop service, again and again
I mean, helpless people, instead of stupid parking lots, build how many floors and positions there are, and the remaining parking spaces are used as service facilities
This hospital is a disaster. I don t know from to start. I gave them 1 star because I cannot give them less than that and their appointment system is better than other local hospitals.
Hospital got all the looks .everyone well dressed up like they going to the mall. But when it comes for medical treatment and finding beds good luck at that. The best thing they do is calling your badge number correct and they make surd it has a western accent so u think they are so professional
Hospital Illnesses At all, Aramco Hospital was much better
They are not doctors but dealers
They killed my grandfather with their deliberate negligence and countless medical mistakes
Suffice God and yes, the agent for them !!!!!!
A very CN of appointments and non-Kufi doctors and a very prim and complex patient who needs more attention and not useless militancy
Very crawded and slow service. Transfer to specialist takesminimum of three months !!!
From my experience, it's one of the best hospitals in Saudi Arabia, you don't have to worry about the quality of treatment. Yes there are pros and cons, but the pros out stands the cons. Best hospitals in the eastern province are:
-SAAD (Now permanently closed)
-JHAH
OVERALL: Not a bad hospital
Over crowded and appointments are always full for the next 3 months to come.
It is considered one of the best hospitals, its problem in the analysis and diagnosis of diseases and health problems and they take the patient's complaints seriously.
The worst hospital I saw in my life The maternity department is bad and the doctors treat badly. If you want to make an appointment with a specialist, they refer you to a general doctor, and after that you can refer you to a specialist after 3 months. In a second hospital, there is no advice that no one can turn against, and God does not deserve or star from me
Primary care is good
Appointments are followed by specialized clinics, and I will find and sometimes be booked so that you can see the result and meet an appointment only after a month or month and a minimum text.
As for emergencies, it is very bad. I would never recommend it
I went at 1 o'clock at night and the doctor came to check me except 3 dawn and without breath
Too bad this is my experience with the Department of pregnancy and childbirth doctors are not able and medical devices Dtherh and Risabashin Tjen on the appointment and tell you the owner of the appointment and when pressed by my husband said Oh sorry I Ghaltanh and entered me when his doctor is? !!
Ever since the the hospital became JHAH, the hospital has been going through very poor healthcare services. I would like to share what happened just five minutes ago a guy wasn t admitted to the emergency because they decided his condition doesn t require an emergency but a walk-in care as per the nurse the average time of receiving the required healthcare through walk-in is two to three hours. The guy literally collapsed on the floor from how much he been setting there. They are rude and their services are very poor. They want you outta there ASAP. It was better when it was just Saudi Aramco Hospital bring that back.
Walk in care working hours during Ramadan.
Emergency clinics without appointment during the holy month of Ramadan.
Excellent arrangement, appointments and performance
The biggest problem in which appointments wait up to 3 months, and even if your turn comes and the doctor asked you to review after 10 days, he would wait 3 months again, I mean, it is difficult for you to treat yourself with them as long as follow-up is far away!
And the second parking problem is what happens easily despite the expansion! I expect that with time they will fix the problems because the hospital I see is interested in many matters and is interested in reputation and excellence
I hate this hospital. I went to them with a 39.5 fever and had very concerning low blood pressure i could barely walk, they put me in a wheelchair, when I enter the nurses room she checks my pressure and panics does not check my fever or anything else, the doctor came in, he didnt even do a check up or anything just literally looked at me and told me that i should just take painkillers and left! I was sick for days! I went to another hospital and they diagnosed me and gave me an IV and antibiotics and now i am much better, no thanks to JHAH.
Bad nursing staff is the only thing respected in it. As for the management staff and bad medical staff, especially the regular administrative staff, a patient received a virus side of his surgery without coordination or interest in the interest of the patient and management is very unsuccessful, the worst hospital in history
Classic American Continental Mature Settings and Vespathe A more Human approach less Interference with normal parameters for a common goal.
The nurse gave me drip while I was at the Emergency observation bed. When I checked the medicine from the drip is not going into my body but on the floor . On the 3 rd ring from my bed , a new nurse came in and fixed it . It is unacceptable. Very careless, irresponsible not a professional job. Shame on the hospital.
Hospital busy on the other. Expect to wait three hours. Specialized clinic appointments take weeks and even months.
Moreover, the building is as old as the company. Just renovates every period.
Very bad, no treatment. If I treat you with medical errors, I currently know 3 people, and one is blind because they are suoling process in the eye. And the other needle Absent entered in a coma 6 months and the third telescope led to the hole in the twelve.
And if belittle complain of Islam is simpler and better hospital in the rehabilitation and procrastination. In my opinion, the days of what Aramco was much better than its current status.
The hospital and staff are for the most stuff nice, but a lot of staff can't speak english well. Also the hospital is getting a bit TOO crowded, and it takes many hours of wait to get a simple check up.

Update: 1 year later.
It is clear that ever since four hospital became privatized from SAMSO to John Hopkins it has become worse, although the new pharmacy centre was a great addition. But I am disappointed by the sharp and sudden rise in patients after John Hopkins came. That makes it very hard to schedule appointments and there are long waiting times. It has become rather cluttered and disorganized. It used to be just people from the Dhahran Aramco Campus. But after the privatization a lot more people started coming to the hospital. Thats not a problem, but John Hopkins should improve their services my expanding parking, reducing waiting times, organizing their hospital, improving appointments, getting better phone operators and AGAIN IMPROVE YOUR PARKING. SAMSO was still more organized, efficiently, and better overall. Even today I woke up early at 7am and couldn't get an appointment with my doctor on the same day. Why can't I schedule an appointment ahead of time? Everyday it's hard to get an appointment with my GP. Very dissatisfied.

3 weeks later...
Same drama today, even at 7am can't get appointment with my doctor. Saad Hospital seems like a great alternative. SAMSO was much better than JHAH who think they are a "world class" healthcare provider, even though you have to get appointments on the same day and it takes forever to get an appointment. Very poor planning and no care for all the patients complaining.
I came here for some injuries, it took me 5 hours of waiting before i was attended to. They dressed up my wounds and covered it, yet i was not given nor prescribed of any antibiotics.... LOL...
I tried birth and exceeded my expectations! Very comfortable, quiet and professional, and post-natal rooms with the service Top Top what they allow facilities male, but normal at the time of birth .. and sat with my sister without procedures or complications .. Eating was choosy .. Nurses are very helpful collaborators but I aren them respond to me and ask what I want before what Tjini .. Important their service wonderful such as the best private hospitals and the best
Excellent health care services for all medical needs.
The receptionist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is a very upscale, cooperative, and very very pleasant taste ...
Also dr. Khaled Al-Zahrani, a humanist before being my mother s doctor
Inflate with the Saudis
Today I entered the emergency. The service was quick and the doctor came without delay
I was given intravenous solution and laboratory tests and the result was reassuring. An appointment was made with the specialist in outpatient clinics.
Cleanliness, attention and helpful staff
Parking is an crisis mode. Really i had to go around for over an hour.
Thanks aramco for leaving the hospital business. I wont even give one star before. All its problems will go away if the hospital leaves the camp all together; they are not allowed to build parking in an industrial area .
Here are some tips for those who want to choose Jha as a hospital for him and his family
1- There are very few situations and you need to come 40 minutes before your appointment until you find a position
2- The appointments are very bad and do not happen until after 3 weeks, as the earliest date. Unfortunately, the other special hospitals are superior to Jha in this point. Knowing the text of the doctors is overwhelming and they are walking by default.
3- The doctors have written the text, and the text is good. Unfortunately, they do not make you book with the same doctor. What do you guarantee? Are you going to a doctor, and I don t understand, and I myself went to another doctor?
4- The hospital does not understand that his doctors must put gynecology into the care of his first children instead of the woman going to his doctors, and then he tells you, and my God, I don t know my soul about his doctor, can you understand me
5 - Do not keen on the hospital and hit the paths if your residence is far away you see it at the same level as other hospitals and I can lose after that
It's a good hospital just make sure you have made an appointment
- No parking availability
- late appointments
- long waiting in emergency
The only positive thing is that they have friendly staff...
