Very bad hotel! Don t mind if the hotel is old but at least basic things to make a comfortable stay must be there.
But this hotel failed badly!
Cleanliness - No.
Comfortable - No.

Step inside the room and saw the carpet with some cotton buds from previous guest. Worst part is the bed which will sink down until we can feel the spring. This one totally unacceptable.
Worst ever hotel stay.

Only good part is the hotel near to shopping malls - Summit mall & Da Men mall.

There are seminars and halls for use as venues for events, competitions, exhibitions and so on. The room is very comfortable too. There is also a swimming pool at the same level as the hall. The employees here are also very helpful and friendly when welcoming customers.

Nice place ... But the wifi service is not provided in the accommodation package ... You have to pay foreign for a wifi subscription

We stayed there for a wedding. The rooms are dirty. I don't think it has been cleaned properly. Dust everywhere. The parking arrangement is weird. You have to pay first and claim back to the hotel and the hotel also take 2 ringgit per tickets. I won't recommend it, avoid at all cost

Dont expect anything special here.The building is old & dull ambience. The shop is also so so...

It a good place to stay, but I guess the management has to look in customers needs and satisfaction, example I didn know I have to get up early morning to go few rooms away just to iron my cloths where a iron and a iron board by right as to be in the room..this is a bit frustration it's like a good standard hotel end up like budget hotel, and 2ndly i did order a friend chicken wing last night..oh gosh..my 1st experiance RM20.00 the worse fried chicken wings..oh no pls stop promoting this food when the food is worse then a mamak shop.. do improved the standards pls

Aging, old, there's a men spa on level 3, men business, and affordable room rate in Sunway/USJ area.

Refurbished outlook but internally it still looks old especially the carpet.

An oldish hotel on top of a struggling mall. The room is quite large and comfy, although showing its age. Price too match so it was quite worth it. Wifi was a bit patchy.

Entrance was quite confusing as the main lobby was kind of hidden behind the construction and the other entrance you have to go through the parking basement.

I wish the have bidet, and many others i put in their feedback form

Good hotel in metro USJ. 5 min walk from the train station, 2 malls nearby & very affordable. They were kind enough to upgrade us due to miscommunication from their end. Top floor and great views of USJ

The hotel is well located unfortunately everything is very old inside if we start with the room the equipment, everything is thrown away it's not at all clean, same thing to the staff they are all tired they can not even say hello he only works the breakfast it's a disaster, I was really shocked when I found a hand washing machine just next to the incredible buffet on 2019 so you have to ask yourself how they awarded 4 star for this hotel

I'm a frequent visitor. The place is comfortable and convenient. Service is good and friendly.

The ballroom is nice and spacious, food served was good, but getting to the hall from the basement parking took awhile as the lift is rather slow.

It situated in a super jam area. The hotel is quite old. Renovation needed to improve especially the outlook.

The internal finishes was not maintain.
I have 4 times changed my room due to air cond problem.
Toilet not maintain and got a lot of dirty stain on the wall tile gaps.
The bathtub at Room 1013 was damage and just just some type like rubber to fix the damage.

Bad food, tasteless and total waste of money. The rooms are so old and musty.

Our stay was ok. Clean but had issue with the toilet. We had to shift to another room.

The whole hotel was recently refurbished according to the staffs and management, can be seen when compared to previous photos, definitely recommended to stay in!!

The price for a person is really reasonable for dinner event (even for student or college event)
The food is really tasty, variety with own choices of cuisine
The staff is friendly and helpful to make the event going smooth
The half hall is large(the one with stage), beautiful and prepared with basic PA system
Easy to deal with this hotel management as they will help to give the best and affordable price to us

Strategy location but it not popular, the Giant summit is closed down. Renovation seems doesn't help to compete another mall which near by

Enjoy breaking fast here. A wide range of menu options. The downstairs desk can glide up and vice versa, because there is something below the bottom below, there is something below the trick. Good service. Nora for 5 stars.

Hotels with luxury facilities. Are available perblanjaan center. The price of a cheap cellphone can be a little charm

A very old hotel, with no free Wi-Fi. Rooms are one of those old design with stuffy carpet. Water in the sink, shower and toilet was yellow with a unpleasant smell. Definitely NOT a 3-4 stars hotel. Good thing is that the bed was clean and quite comfortable.

Convenient. Connected Summit USJ shopping mall and there's LRT station nearby within walking distance. Nearby to Da Men mall as well.
The room was ok. Old hotel, so expect the old style. Clean. Toilet with bathtub.
And yeah, the old carpet smell might be an issue for someone, but no me

Can be priced at RM215 without bfast weekend. But child polls are too small. Big adult poll is 4ft depth

Terrible lost & found. Very difficult to collect my things. Ask me to collect during office hours, Mon to Friday. Where got time?!

Cozy rooms, butthe toilets are not very Malaysian-friendly. No bidets in the hotel rooms.

It s a reasonably good hotel for a reasonable price. The facilities are adequate. The food is ok, especially if you like buffets.

It's just alright. There's nothing that strikes it to be out of the ordinary.
