From 5 o'clock in the morning, you can hear prayers at loud volume.

Bit old but still manage to keep it trendy. Restroom was excellent. Banquet hall was well maintain. Well done to all the staff.

Nestled in a shopping complex, it serves you with a good scenery, nice spacious rooms, warm hosts and good food

A lot of sale around here but very little publicity. A bit busy during public holidays

The hotel is one of my worth experience. I book 5 days and cancel after 1 night :)

The room is large but the WIFI is poor. Btw the price is quite cheaper.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay as great entertainment experience catered around the hotel. The hotel is connected to Shopping Mall, and LRT Station which makes it 100x even better, it's makes travelling and shopping so convenient and hassle free.

Worn down hotel . Need refurbishing and have a water outlet for washing after business done in the toilet

I was pregnant and almost fell. The hotel only changed a new chair.

I didn't put any high expectations when booking this hotel since i've been read the comments from other guest before..i just book there because the place was near to my event..but when i first walk in to the lobby i was impressed!! It was beautiful..and the process of check in went smoothly.. remember that i say i didn't put ant high expectations? But when i walk to the room i was wondering why did people give so much bad review here..the room was large with large bed..it was clean too..the toilet already have bidet.. previous comment that i read said that the toilet only provided cebok instead of bidet..but now i think they had improve their toilet by installing bidet..and most importantly, they got a bathtub and i've book it with price below rm100!!..parking sharing with mall parking but i've not seeing that as a problem..i've arrived there about 7pm and leaving at 12pm..parking just cost me rm4..if there is a chance i will definitely try to book there again..thumb up summit hotel..thanks for a great weekend..

Very good hotel. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very helpful. There shopping malls like mydin closeby.

Still have minor smoke smell in the walkway (to hotel room) but generally the stay was quite satisfying

Hotel is nice and comfortable ... but its a drawback that it has a bar inside the hotell next to the risbesheen

Nice place. Furniture and fittings are slightly old. Cleanliness could be better and staff are a little disengaged. But decent location.

Never stay in the hitel,but i been here since 2007,not much to say,got cinema,karaoke,bowling,mcd and sometimes entertainment in G floor...cuci2 mata ok lah...

Having dinner in the grand ballroom- good service & good portion of food served.

Great rooms, great staff. We enjoyed our stay at the Summit hotel. Reasonable prices and the rooms are large and comfortable. Room was clean. Not much of a view out the windows though. But overall great hotel.
