I am not satisfied with the management and the front desk staff. The service was considerably pathetic. All in all, it's not at all customers friendly service.

I went for a dinner at its grand ballroom and even after a makeover the hotel still feels old

Very old-fashioned hotel, no update, keeping the old style, the air conditioning is not too cold, the toilet bathtub faucet also has problems. . . Should face up to the problem. Other problems are ok, clean is OK.

breakfast not delicious here. Inside hotel room looks old cabinet and sofa..

need to upgrade rooms, need huge time renovation specially bathroom

The aircond is centered . So its hard to control the temperature. Overall okay

No proper food, reception always engaged, poor WiFi, poor service

Parking very takek $10/perentry.
Suitable for rich people only.

Most of my visitors stay at this hotel as it is convenient and easily accessible to many shopping and food facilities.

This hotel is very rundown, curtains and lights in the room are covered with mold and dirt. Internet speed is like dialup in old days, you don't expect to watch YouTube here but maybe barely for you to WhatsApp...

Oldest hotel in USJ. Furniture are a bit old but nice hotel

Hotel with banquet halls and a mall next to it. The intersection coming into the hotel is very busy (traffic)

Affordable room rates. Swimming pool limit until 7pm only. Rooms are quite comfortable.

I went here for my friend's sister weeding.the hall is so nice.big enough for social distancing n etc.very strategic the location of toilet.next to the hall only.for women's toilet,they also provide the diaper change for baby.of course 5star for the cleanliness.plus the parking there is easy to get.even the valet park only charge rm10 per entry.cheap hoiiii

Location is great as it'snear to airport, shopping mall etc

But room cleanliness need to be improved especially carpet and cigarette smoke smells on corridor and lift.
Gymn facilities is old and treadmill is not functioning

Huge n comfy room. Easy access to the shopping mall. The only downside is, there is no bidet hose in the toilet, cant remember which room we booked. Havent had this kind of problem with previous bookings at this hotel. Bad luck for us that day.

For the price we paid, I would say it's a good deal.

Bathroom shower not clean. Got dark spot on shower. Hotel dont have their own parking. So they asked customer to parking in Mall parking. However, I can just claim RM2 ringgit only!! regardless on how many ringgit I pay for the parking. This is gonna be my first and last stayed at this hotel. Receptionist should learn more on customer service and should apologise to customer when they give inconveniences to customer. Moreover , this hotel located in high traffic jammed. Sorry but this is my first and last. Not coming anymore

A bit dated but good value for money. The gym is not up too much. Very close to the MRT and two good malls next door.

Superb service. A very conducive environment for relaxation. I had a great night with my girlfriend. The room is very clean.

The buffet is delicious and 'mouth-wateringly' tasty.

The receptionists are friendly too. Overall, I have a wonderful vacation in Malaysia thanks to Summit Hotel.

Come here every two months to participate in the event. Generally very good.

The location is good as its near LRT USJ7 and there are lots of stores near the hotel.

Good facilities, lift required upgrades as huge number of people attending seminar.

Top of the class suite. Had a great time staying here.

Recently refurbished and feels so much betters. The service is fast and very attentive staff. They served us really quick with fast check in, no rubbish time wasted. Rooms are very comfortable with the price. Nearby all shoppings and restaurants. So it is convenient

Easy to access with a shopping mall just beside it. A hotel built for business purposes. Parking near the hotel lobby is hard to locate - the trick is to park at M-N-O marked area, or the red color pillars.

Parking is RM2 1st 2 hrs then every hour RM2, maximum is RM9.
