The room was okay... It was tad bit too cold for me even with aircond switched off... The sink was a bit problematic and the water was yellow ....

Nice ambience for staying in KL.

Quiet good, the room is spacious, but the view from my room is not fascinating and the there is not so variety of meals.

I am just here for hi tea for 4 pax. The food is rated. 1 star..food finishes but no replenishment. The 4 types of fried veg floats in oil! Nobody is taking it..overcooked.
The roasted chicken is raw inside! Dessert corner no kueh mueh... The cook is dishing out the prawns to clients straight from his plastic square box!! Amazing! This a hotel standard or hi tea standard???

They have the worst customer service and the Hotel itself is just not well maintained. There s mould on the walls and in the bathroom. The phone was broken and they couldn t fix it. I stayed here for two freakin weeks and it was hell for me. The Internet is so slow that you can t even load pictures, and the food is not worth eating at all. I tried to figure things out with the hotel but like i said, they have the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. The receptionists were rude and none of my problems were fixed nor addressed well. The business has potential but the management has no intention to grab the opportunity. Oh an I forgot to mention that the water is dirty.

Old hotel with dated room design, attached to Summit Mall which is no longer an attractive Mall.

Used to be my favourite mall because of shops that sell cheap food and clothes and a cinema inside.
It must be under new management coz it's been upgraded and many tenants are gone, with one saying rent went up.
Cinema now is a hassle to leave after mall closed coz only one (two) lift catering to all the patrons leaving at the same time. Those days can walk down to lower floors and look for other lifts.
Not clever.

Room was old and smelly. Was instructed to go to level 9 to do ironing! You could hear when the next room flushes the toilet or runs the tap.

The toilet bowl has rust stain. The water is rusted water. I had to let the water run for 30 mins to get clear water.

Lack of good breakfast, no manners, and car parking

Attended a training session in here. Food was average. The room was good. Nice and pleasant environment.

Great affordable price paid for the rooms and facilities. Worth the short getaway trip stay in the Subang or Sunway!

Walking distance to LRT USJ7 station. Convenient but the hotel slightly aging. Booking via Agoda might give you a lower room rate without breakfast. Top up RM20/adult or RM10/kid for buffet breakfast by walk-in directly.

Cheap. There are no slippers and no washing machine, so be careful. There are places and shopping malls where you can eat cheaply, which is convenient. The station is also close. From the bus stop with the station (running on a dedicated road), you can go to Sunway, Malaysia's largest mall, in about 5 minutes. The parking lot is too large and crowded here, so it's convenient to go by bus. Hotel parking lot shared with mall. Every time I go out, I have to go to the front desk but it's free.

Spacious room but old furniture and Poor maintenance, their snacks menu is from 2 ringgit shop [Eco-Shop], no idea how this hotel was selected as Covid-19 Quarntine stations

I'm sorry but standing out to be a 4star hotel in a mid urban city has to be reviewed again, pretty much Summit was never prepared to have normal guests or quarantined ones, toilet's dirty and downgraded, growth of mold(the ones you see on old breads) on your walls, the lady staying infront of me complains of getting too hot water that temperature cant be adjusted. Food is just, a messed up. Time to reshuffle Summit, its 2020, catch up.

Summit Hotel USJ is not bad the scenery is OK and nothing there is popular except for the family mart there.

It was ok for the money. Rooms were clean and tidy, staff were helpful and prompt with requests. basic mall with food court options next door

Old hotel but recently refurbished. Next to a mall. Great location.

Such an old shopping mall but the parking charge was too expensive. You will be charge Rm4 even for 15 minutes!

Conveniently located nx to Summit Mall which offers a variety of food choices. Clean room. If only it was a FULLY Non Smoking hotel!

The room is so comfortable and the toilet is user friendly. As for the breakfast if you just walk in and pay its only rm20 which is quite cheap for me because all the foods are so delicious . The staffs are friendly and nice.

The food is really good. However gym is poorly maintained (treadmill and elliptical not functioning) the wifi is not free. Rm10/day, connection for 2 devices only.
