The team at Capacity Health is incredible, through out my pregnancy Paul helped my body to navigate the changes your body goes through during pregnancy, he helped me avoid the aches and pains for as long as possible.

My newborn son now has regular adjustments, it has helped with his latch and feeding development, sleeping and all round happiness. I couldn't recommend the team strongly enough no matter the stage of life you are in.
