A few things to comment.

A few things to comment.
1) I have fully paid in Agoda and I called to Summit hotel that I did not check in on 18 May and only check in on 19 May morning. When I arrived on 19 May, the receptionist took my IC and phone number to key in my information. I was then told to wait till afternoon only then I can check in because the room was not ready.

But my room was supposedly to be reserved for me since I had fully paid. Only then she checked again and found my booking file at the other tray and allowed me to check in without waiting till afternoon.

I just wonder how the system is running.

2) I forgot my room number and checked with the receptionist. She requested my IC and then phone number again. I told her that I already gave you my info this morning. The other young malay receptionist beside her rudely responded to me on behalf of her ' JUST GIVE IT TO HER'. Then I showed my rolling eyes to him only then he felt my anger to his rude behavior and said the info was not saved this morning.

Conclusion:
1) Dun expect greeting or even smile from the receptionist.
2) Please accept their rudeness with open heart.
