ok nice uplifted shopping complex...sadly not many people coming by...

Good staff..good facilities..good food..near shopping mall

The pillow needs to be replaced. upkeep of toilet is bad

Hi,A lot of delicious food there,Fun & shopping place, Just beside LRT Station,6 min walking distance fm there, expected be operation in June 2016.

Very old outdated hotel. The management couldn't even upgrade the furniture. The bathroom is super scary. The aircond is not cold.

Dirty room. Everything was dusty, and every surface in the room has some sort of smudge on it. Staff service was okay though, and the bed was comfortable. But the cleanliness really bothers me a lot.

Hotel needs maintaining. Looks a bit out of date. Staff were friendly and room service food were good.

A rather quiet hotel, under RM200 (USD70) a night. Food a little below bar

The hotel is really sucks. I have changed three room. FIRST ROOM, the bed and table are full of dust. SECOND ROOM, the toilet shower place's water is not working. THIRD ROOM, the door couldn't sense with the card, and i go up and down to the receptionist to help and check. The phone inside the room is not working also. Morever, the toilet bowl wad stuck. I called the receptionist for a repairman to repair. It takes after one day to come. I will not suggested this hotel. Really sucks and dirty.

For checking in process more than half an hrs .. wasting time receiption very rude.

Love the free punch during check-in. Staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful.

I called reception to ask for extra towel, he grunted rudely and said the room already have 2 towels. I told him i need another one since one of the towel dropped on the floor. Finally he said will send someone but no one came until morning. We paid for the service, it's not free.

I called housekeeping only then my request entertained. Cafe food was nice. Cafe staff service excellent. Love the roti canai and curry during breakfast.

Spacious room, breakfast so so, super convenient to go shopping

TV no channel for kids, toilet got no bidet and quite dirty. Bed not nice, wifi need to pay.

Strategic location, nice food, walking distance to the nearby mall. The room is ok, but the central air-con is not good, request for Iron and ironing board. There is no such service instead the ironing room located at 9th floor (not good)

The places here is nice & the staf here is cool. The food here is superb but the prices is abit expensive but who cares coz staying here is worthy

This hotel is a complete DUMP. Needs a major physical & service makeover. Everything looks dated. The rooms & carpets smell of old smoke, bed sheets felt dirty, mattresses are sunken, toilets don t flush properly. Breakfast buffet items & condiments were not replenished, the porridge was completely cold despite being in the cauldron .

Old hotel with poor maintenance. The swimming pool very small, only suitable for kids. Need to pay the parking fee first then claim back from the reception, funny procedure.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. Food looks nice but the taste was not so satisfying as you keep the food so long in the cold. Not fresh. The arrangement should be better with the labelling so that guests will know what they eat. Expecting pecal but was not there as written in the menu list.
