The Summit Hotel, Subang USJ Review

I love this place, nice room, all the staff are great, the facility, near to shopping mall

Served my quarantine here. Room was bad, no electricity and cleanliness need to be improved, blanket have stain, water supply yellowish. Food always same, the taste and quality worse than hawker, will not visit if have to pay myself.

Attach to the shipping mall and cinema, spacious room, value for money and having a wide array of dishes during breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Always reliable for a stay here. Food n bevearage are never far away.

Breakfast is at rm20 but only no variety on food. Room is a bit old

The toilets in the room have no rubber water pipes. The gym is not working, all the equipment is broken

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The hotel is conveniently placed in between two shopping malls, it's so convenience. Many choices of restaurants and shopping options, the rooms is cheap based on 4 stars hotel. Just few minutes drive from Sunway.

Only 1 lift was working to cater to the big wedding crowd going to the Grand Ballroom on the 5th floor. I won't recommend this venue to any of my friends.

It is cold, nice and the mall is just at the correct place

Unfortunately this mall has nothing much now a days as more then 70% shops are vacant for rent. Only ground and lower ground floor for very basic shoppers infotainment

Nice but quite old. Got to pay for parking half of d price.

It has spacious rooms and also providing bathtub in every rooms. Since it is an old hotel, the aisle is bit smelly and dirty in the floor rug. The staffs were friendly and efficient. Didn't try the breakfast menus since I booked room without breakfast. The reason was because the hotel connected to Summit USJ. In this place you can find many restaurants and cafes.

The room is spacious and have a great view.
However, the first day we check in and discovered cigarette ash on the floor. We put the Clean the Room sign on the door the 2nd morning; the beds are made, towels are changed, but the ash is still remain and not vacuumed. Besides, most of the power sockets are broken and there is no place for us to charge our handphone.

The hotel is really nice. Got helpful stuff. Parking at B1 at first a bit confused me but then you just need to bring your parking ticket to the reception and you can exit for free. If you are boring you just can go to the mall beside the hotel by just walking. Its so convenient I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Went there for movie and it was easily accessible. However getting out of the cinema after the movie is a tad disorganised. The path not very clear. Anyhow, just follow the crowd and you will exit at ground floor (walk stairs or take lift).

Dirty toilet. Receptionist cop parking card tp still here pay dearly. Uncomfortable bed & mattress.

The direction to this hotel is accurate with no issue at all. It was noted in that renovation to the facet of the building is now underway. Entrance to the hotel lobby is not affected

This not how you treat people that spend RM2000 for quarantine in your hotel. Worst hospitality ever!

Poor hotel why they claim themselves as a 4 star hotel? Since the Wifi is poor as the staff told me that nothing can be done is just like that. what if a business traveller that really needed internet access you can t just do that to your consumers/ guests right ?! and also

Not recommended hotel

There is McD, Taiwan shih Lin, and Mr teppayakki, quite some franchise food options in the mall. However, other than that many empty retail areas, basic supermarket, not much of signature stores.

All okay except no wifi free for guests in this hotel. Easy to shop as there is a shopping mall option near the hotel

Very Good hotel, respectable working staff, helpful.
My experience was during quarantine time but i would book to this hotel again in my next vacation to Malysia.

Nice place to have meeting with friends. My good friend from Singapore often stay in this hotel whenever he comes to Malaysia

Traditional old hotel with newly contemporary mall. Completely for living.

Bad experience during my breakfast this morning.
I wanted to purchase breakfast during my checked in and I was told that I just can walk in and they will charge to my room bill. OK. Fine.
This morning when I wanted to enter the cafe a lady staff asked for my voucher. So I told her what was told to me during my check-in. She (with her sour face) then made a call to don't know who, to confirm. Then she asked me to go to cashiers to pay. Again I asked her can it be charged back to my room (I don't bring any cash or card). She said yes.
At the cashier, this guy punched a keyboard and give a receipt. RM40 please. I said to charge to my room.
With his long face told me 'u should tell me earlier. I already punched as cash'. Wat the Fish?????
I don't think u should tell me that with that sound!
I asked him to void it and he said CANNOT. What???? I have to go back to my 14th floor to take my cash money.
This is the worst experience I ever have. Even pasaraya Ah chong can void the card or cancel the payment la bro...!
This experience made everything in the hotel worst. Spoilt my entire stay. We checked out early at 9 a.m. Very disspaointed.

5 stars Hotel, Good value of money and comfortable.

Don't stay here alone. At night you can feel odd things some like someone chatting, running and shouting.

Ample parking, the buffet was nice. However it could use a little bit of makeover.

Went to its shopping complex to eat kung fu ramen noodles, thai food, mcD sundaes, sushi, teppayaki, Indonesia food, chinese muslim foods...

Less shops, but all tamil movies are available at GSC

Perfect for traveller, cozy but a little bit expensive

Attended a wedding reception. Quite a large hall ,considering it is a small hotel.

Lousy place. Bad food. Not at all up to par with 4-star quality.

Old plumbing with mold bits in the toilet. Not for those with low immunity to infection.

Quite big hotel,....finally I found Musholla but its so small. Food are good, and many choices

Ok. Swimming pool unsafe. My daughter cut her finger from a nail from the pool's wall and another boy cut his foot quite deep when he was climbing out of the pool.
