Complete disgrace of a company. They are total con people. They automatically renew your subscription even though you press one time purchase. Asked for my order to be cancelled the next day and they said there s nothing they can do (even though the order hadn t yet been shipped!!).

Their products are absolutely awful, texture is disgusting and the flavours are totally off. Everything tastes sort of.... out of date?

The reviews on their site are quite clearly carefully selected. You know your company isn t too good when you have 2 stars on google.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company. Im all for supporting family run business but these people are a disgrace who don t care about their customers at all.

Love their vegan formula! And I am so surprised with the Peri Peri sauce! much better than the original!

I ordered some syrup from Skinny Food Co on the 7th of September, after reading the website I expected a delay of about a week before receiving the product due to Covid-19 etc. On the 9th I received a Royal Mail tracking number and I thought, great! Perfect! This is where the positive part of the review ends.

After waiting a week or so, I'd noticed that the RM tracking had not updated and just stated "This item is on its way to Royal Mail."

I contacted the customer support team and was told that the parcel "had definitely" left the warehouse and should be with RoyalMail and infact Royal Mail probably had a scanning issue with my parcel and that I should wait a further week for it to arrive. Waiting a further week, nothing had changed, tracking the same etc. Contacted them again and was told that I should wait another week and it'll arrive - again assuring that it has "definitely left the warehouse".

Another week goes by, nothing has arrived. I get passed between support reps and am now being told that the delay is due to them being a "Small Family Business" and "Covid 19 has caused delays" however I don't believe either of those statements. After complaining a little further I was told that I would still need to wait, however my account would be credtied with 400 points (which it was not.). Fine.

That brings us to this week. I contacted them on Wednesday the 30th of September 2020. I was told that I will have to wait until Friday before anything can be done and that I would receive 400 points in credit, this time I did receive those points, however they did not credit the other 400.

Love love love skinnyfood!, especially on slimming world they are perfect for healthy choices!
Loving the spices and sauces, but my absolute favorite has to be the hazelnut and white chocolate duo spread

Their products are amazing! I implement their products into my daily meals for a healthier alternative but also to curve sugar cravings! My favourite products from them are the jams, the peanut butter spreads and the sriracha sauce. I highly recommend their products!

The shop itself is great, cute little place! Shipping always takes a while so I decided to drive there since it's 8 minutes away from my house. I wasn't disappointed, I'll be back again for more next time.

I can certainly recommend Skinny Food! I've been delighted with everything I've ordered. Such a wide choice of tasty products at reasonable prices. Delivery service is second to none, and everything arrives carefully packed. So pleased I've found them!

Everything tastes amazing and each new line they bring out is better then the last. The syrups and sauces taste just like the standard stuff but at a fraction of the sugar etc. And the coffee syrups are to die for. I can't have a cup without some flavour from this brand. Service is fantastic too as i never had any trouble with any orders

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY. AUTOMATICALLY SIGNED ME UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT ASKING ME, TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT & SENT ME THE SAME ORDER ANOTHER 2 TIMES DESPITE ME EMAILING THEM. I HAD TO PAY TO SEND THE EXTRA PRODUCTS BACK, TWO BOXES TAPED TOGETHER & THEY HAVE ONLY REFUNDED 1 LOT. WON'T ANSWER ME VIA EMAIL, JUST SEND OUT AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE. SAUCES ARE AWFUL TOO, PLEASE AVOID. I'M NOW MASSIVELY OUT OUT POCKET!

Love the coffee and chocolate spread! These are great for helping me keep on track whilst curbing my sweet tooth. Very reasonably priced products and offers from time to time for money off/free postage etc which are great.

I brought these thinking they were a one off payment however found that they had signed me up to a subscription without my knowledge and more money was taken out of my account

I brought two sauces they don t really taste of what they should and also very watery. Just went in the bin.

Skinny Food Co is a great company, lots of healthy products to buy. Fantastic range of flavours in forms of Syrups, Sauces and Jams, all low in sugar. They've recently opened up a shop at their premises, if you're local it's nice to pop in and view the products in person.

So easy to order, looking forward to trying my samples and the dispatch time is quick too!

I buy regularly from the Skinny food company. I am working my way through their syrups. My top 5 so far are Salted Caramel,Maple,Butterscotch, Gingerbread and Golden syrup. However I have had to edit this review as while the products are good, The company continually over offer and under perform. This is disappointing particularly as they have not responded to my last 3 emails about offers and reviews. If they get back to me satisfactorily then I will reverse this downgrade, and let you all know.

Thinking about purchasing the mayo? Please don't, as based the on reviews on the website thought it was be a great alternative. However, I was completely wrong, it tasted and smelt artificial and quite liquidly not thick at all. Should've had read the ingredients, since mayo should at least have eggs but I guess not, as this one is promoting no calories.

I don't recommend this to anyone who think this can be alternative to actual mayo, but if you like the artificial taste then this is for you.

Excellent customer service and love the products. Really good variety

Sadly, I've not had a good experience with this company. My order arrived and one of the products was wrong. They had sent chocolate orange spread instead of the white chocolate spread I ordered. This wasn't a problem, I messaged the company and awaited their response. Meanwhile, I tasted the rest of the products which I had received, not bad to be fair. Nothing amazing but they were OK. Don't think I would bother buying any of them again though. Anyway, I am nearly 4 weeks on since my incorrect order, the response via email is anywhere between 3 and 6 days for a reply. I am still no closer to getting a refund or the correct order sending out. Very bad customer service.

Great variety of healthy products, I've found delivery to be within a week. I've ordered spreads and syrups which have been delicious. Will be buying again soon.

I was sent an offer by email so got to the try 10 sachets for basically the cost of postage! Fantastic deal and they arrived 3 days later which was FAR faster than estimated delivery! Costumer service has been fantastic and personal; looking forward to try trying them all!

**UPDATE - Skinny Food Co Replied to say speak to customer services - which I already have been doing and they have been no help except to basically tell me to deal with it! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Also they have tried to have my review taken down on Trustpilot by saying it was not a review based on a genuine order - thankfully I have my order confirmation email to prove that it was.

Now they are trying to pass the buck onto Royal Mail - saying the delay is their fault - but my order still has not been dispatched - so I can't see how that could possibly be the case! BEWARE - these guys are absolutely the lowest of the low and try and get all negative reviews removed!

Love this company so much i have been getting things from them for about a year now and everything that i have bought has come up 5* and its so low in calories and fat, sugar , but tastes so delicious...... especially for me it has to be the strawberry jam i love it my husband loves it and my grandchildren when they come always ask for that special nannies jam.

Syrups aren't bad. Sauces are disgusting. And they delete any negative comment off their Facebook page and block you from commenting on future posts. Avoid at all costs. Dishonest and shameful.

Absolutely shocking company, customer service is terrible, order was made 3 weeks ago and after emailing the team I have had the same automated response twice in two weeks with no resolution.

I love this company! I follow a low calorie diet and the sauces and syrups I use have made everything easier and yummier than ever. Regular syrups and sauces are empty calories and now I can focus on eating more food lol highly recommend them.

Love this product tried a few flavours and items which include the cakes bungle, breakfast set and I absolutely love there maple syrup, banoffee and maple and cinnamon,
Takes a bit to get use to as no added sugar and is great if dieting as you can still have a sweet tooth but no guilt

Do not use this sneaky company! They signed me up for a weekly subscription that I did not want. It is a shame because their sauce is pretty good.

Would give zero stars if possible! Truly awful first experience with this company. Placed an order the same day as receiving an email advertising a free item. Complained that the item was not appearing in my order, and received very poor customer service telling me I could not have the free item as the order had now been dispatched.. Despite this clearly being their error? Was offered me a voucher on my next purchase.. I don't think there will be one do you??? Asked for a manager to call me. Still waiting... Won't be using again and will be spreading the word....

Delivery took ages. Then arrived with jam covering the whole order. Customer services never responded.

From the items I salvaged from the jam I can honestly say weren't worth the price and weren't all that nice. Shame as I was really hoping to make some healthier changes. I wouldn't recommend this company.

In response to the reply I got from skinny food - as per my first paragraph customer services never responded. The email address you provided is the one I used. In all honesty I also don't think you can blame the pandemic entirely for orders. Friends of mine ordered last year and waited the same length of time.

Really good products! I had to wait some time for deliveries (due to Royal Mail delays), but I'm happy with my purchases. The chocolate spread is much better than Nutella. Chocolate and fruit syrups are amazing. I would only say that the syrups could be more thick/less runny and the salad dressing less sweet. Other than that, I highly recommend The Skinny Food products :) #notguilty

I placed an order on 11 August with this company and they still haven't dispatched it (today is 4 September). I have contacted customer services by email multiple times and they just told me they will only look into it if the order is over a month late. They cannot provide me with a delivery date and refused to give me a refund. Disgraceful service.

This company does everything lawfully possible to scam you into a subscription service. Beware, I would not use this company if I knew better before. Will never use again. I even stopped at checkout to ensure no subscription service was included as the 'add to basket' was nothing but confusing, automatically opting for subscription every refresh. No subscription items were shown on checkout, only items I had in the basket, so this was most certainly not made clear. Have contacted customer service but reading through their Instagram comments, I doubt I will hear back, and when I might, from what I have read the company is less than accommodating (of course as this is a carefully designed, although legal but ethically very wrong system to scam people). Appalling.

Awful!!! Ordered on 22nd Jan am still yet to receive it. Emails take ages to be replied to and when they do it's still not much help. Nothing offered in terms of goodwill for waiting so long. I can order things from Japan quicker than this company ships. I want my goods and then I never wish to shop with you again.

Order placed and received in a week, not a problem under current circumstances. The order has arrived but only 1 out of the 4 items ordered are correct. Awaiting a response from customer services.
Response now received, either I can have a refund of 25% or I can send the items back and they will send the correct items as soon as they can (once they the wrong items back or proof of postage) however some of the items on my original order are out of stock so I am not wanting to wait any longer than I already have to resolve. 25% refund against an order that was 75% incorrect is pretty poor, but that is their company policy won t be ordering again! I have already spoken with your team by email and had the response this is company policy

Outrage. Subversive tactics to get people unwittingly subscribed to a bottle of syrup a week! My wife has been victim of this, and in the current climate as a hard-working Emergency Ambulance crew member she has been charged for another bottle of syrup she's only just tried and does not like.
It's no good putting in small print about not being able to cancel an order if it is not made perfectly clear at the time that your are being subscribed.
I've subscribed myself for products on other more reputable sites and it is a right tow getting through the agreements before any money changes hands. But these underhanded charlatans take money from hardworking people and make it nearly impossible to get a fair return. My wife will be making a formal complaint about this and rightly so.

Just place my second order with skinny food. I lost weight before using the products, they are amazing. And now I have more weight to lose. So my order of syrups arrived a few weeks ago, which I use on my overnight oats, I love the Rhubarb and Custard syrup and blueberry syrup one, which help with my sweet tooth. Now waiting for my chocolate spreads. Which I use in my cake for the kids and me .
Want I like about these products, they got the taste with out you feeling guilty

Thieving swine. I ordered a couple of bottles of syrup, they signed me up to some subscription without telling me. When I complained they were rude and antagonising and made out I may still have done it deliberately. Have seen complaints from like ads of people saying the sale happened. In order to return the stuff they've mis-sold you you have to pay postage. SCAM.

We bought some of the sauces and the pancake mixture... We've wasted so much money! Plastic tasting, really poor texture wise and honestly not worth the money. We tried to salvage the pancake mix (how can you screw up pancake mix?!) and the only way to save it was to basically make a normal batter with eggs and flour then ruin it by adding in the skinny food co package -.- The chocolate spread was delicious but be careful if you have a sensitive stomach as it can cause stomach upsets. Bottom line: don't waste your time or money on these. All of the products we bought (ketchup, BBQ sauce, maple syrup, golden syrup, fruit sauce etc) were gross. The only ones which were okay we're the salted caramel and the chocolate spread.

Omg what a terrible company. I ordered a sauce bundle but apparently I had signed up for a subscription.

Several emails which they totally ignore the fact I have asked them for refunds and so frustrating.
My advice do not order if you have a subscription by mistake, cancel your debit card and recall payment back through your bank . I'm so dissatisfied with the service and no concern or leeway just your fault.
Now watch for the automated reply saying contact our customer service we are sorry. If you where sorry you would do more to help !!

Sadly, not for me. The sauces I bought e.g. mayo, south west and cheese sauce were way to sweet and I couldn t taste the other ingredients, the add sweeten was to overpowering. The toffee pudding syrup was bland and like the sauces too watery. Shame I was hoping they d be a good alternative.

I should have really read the reviews on here before ordering as they are truly shocking.
I ordered a few bits from their website as everything looked great on their Instagram page. I ordered the BBQ sauce ...... it was horrendous. I put some sauce in my burger bun and I spent the rest day trying to get the taste out of my mouth. It tasted of plastic and very artificial and made me feel sick. Same for the syrup I ordered too.

I got a very computer says no response back. Amy seemed like she didn t care and started asking me what food I was using the sauce on.. like that would have made a difference. To be honest, I have the chocolate spread which I liked so I would have ordered again but after my first experience with them this will unfortunately be my last. Customer service is key.

I discovered The Skinny Food Co in February, when I was looking for a cooking spray. I just fell in love instantly with the shop and I just wanted to try more products. So far I tried Flavoured Instant Coffee (2 flavours, both yummy), Coffee Creamer, cooking spray (all three), Flavour Gourmet Drops (4 flavours), Mayonnaise, Apricot and Black Cherry Jam, Cookies, Pancakes, Chocolate Flavoured Spread (all of them), Syrups, Pizza Base, Seasonings, and a lot of products from "other brands" (cookies, protein bars, crisps, Marshmallow Whip, Meringue Bars, Wafer Bar). I loved any single product and what I love about The Skinny Food Co is that they are coming all the time with new products that I really want to try. 4 orders so far with them, more to come...

terrible company ordered over a week ago still not recieved no customer service . avoid

Absolutely love the skinny food co products. Such a huge selection and with loosing weight they are a fab help to cut out any extra calories.

Was sent the wrong product, took ages to get back to me by email (over a week) by then I had got rid of the product. Only offered me a 25% refund?! (99p)

I've purchased heaps of sauces and 6 coffee syrups, I love them all. It's freeing up lots of calories that I can elsewhere in my day. They're literally taking the effort out of dieting!

I tried a few of these products for the first time recently. Syrups to have that i could have with my slimmingworld plan. I got a free Mayo sauce with it which i have now finished as it was lovely! I love the syrups....fave one is salted caramel. I like to squeeze it into my lattes aswell. Im not keen on the creamers but the syrups are fab in my cappacinos or lattes. I have just made another bulk order to try some of the other syrups and chocolate spread.. due to arrive today! Cant wait. Will definitely continue to order from here. I will really need to get a new mayo which i have with my salads.

Refusing to refund money as I supposedly have a PayPal dispute against them: I didn t pay by PayPal!No have offered my PayPal details and they don t want them. So I have paid for postage x 3 and not been refunded. Items should not have been posted at all as unsolicited. The WORST customer service ever as you have to go back to the beginning each time.

Zero star rating. Guilty traders!Website and customer service frustrating and misleading. They wouldn t cancel the order despite no order acknowledgement being received - realised when email arrived re subscription goods being despatched! Note: subscription option is hidden when ordering on mobile device - you scroll down to see ingredients (chemicals and water mainly) and are unaware you are subscribing, no account but then have to create one to cancel! Crazy!

Funds taken from bank x 2, I had to return the goods (paid again) and now despite confirming receipt I don t have the refund. They are blaming my bank! So out of pocket and wish I had not been in contact with them. Fb posts deleted, barred from the page and no response to emails. Very suspicious of the positive reviews (spot amazing, zero, guilt free and repetitive phrases with people sending multiple reviews on TP).

Never experienced worst customer service from any organisation in my life. Most sauces taste nasty and go in the bin. They only post 5 star reviews on their website (ergo not being truthful) and delete negative comments from social media. If you want truthful reviews look on amazon or somewhere they don't have access.

Very happy with my purchase. Arrived promptly. The tomato, bbq and garlic mayo sauces are a little different from shop bought sauces but very happy with the taste and found they have a better consistency when kept in the fridge, have ordered more. Peanut butter was delicious and have ordered more. The custard sauce was delicious. The price for the products is fair and the fact that we can reduce sugar and calorie intake and still have the sauces is brilliant, even my husband and son who are fussy really like them. We have even used the tomato sauce to make pizza wraps! I have ordered some other products to try this time as well as repeating my previous order and the little extras that you get free depending on how much you spend and really useful ways to try other products within the range. Can't wait to receive my next order.

Dreadful company who's customer service is absolutely " NON EXISTENT " Delivery did NOT arrive , got in touch and was told that it was Royal Mail's fault , supposed to be 48hr delivery BUT 18 days later I am still being told that their company rules are that they have to wait 20days before they can get in touch with Royal Mail and then either resend the order or give a refund .

I actually paid on 29 July 2020 , The Customer Services Manager Chloe Gibb has been less than useless , typical " jobsworth " . I am disgusted with the way I've been treated and would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from this company to " AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE ". They don't deserve one star but that's the least you can give

Great website, marketing etc. But the products and customer service are awful!

I m really trying to cut down sugar, but definitely struggle so thought that investing in some syrups, spreads and sauces would help.

I firstly ordered the white and regular chocolate off Amazon, which arrived quickly as it was prime. The consistency of the syrups should have been an indicator - they re runny and slimy. But I thought, if it tastes good, I won t care! Tried them both and they re incredibly synthetic, with no real taste. Later in the evening, I ended up with a really painful stomach that resulted in sickness and having to run the toilet.

Previous to trying the syrups, I foolishly ordered some more (Red Velvet, Birthday Cake, Toasted Marshmallow, Chip Shop Curry, Garlic and Herb, Pancakes and two chocolate spreads). Following my reaction to the first two sauces, I immediately contacted skinny food co to tell them I d had such reaction. This fell on deaf ears (for 10 days) and was simply told that there was nothing they could do, no cancellation (dated/old system they use that doesn t allow cancellation) and to simply wait for my goods to come and pay for them to be returned.

My goods finally game, nearly 3 weeks later. I didn t bother opening the syrups and savoury sauces, but thought I d try the pancakes and chocolate spread. Biggest. Mistake. Ever. I have not stopped with an upset stomach, I ve had to just bin the spreads and pancakes and accept the waste of money whilst paying to return the other syrups.

This review will probably be deleted by them, that s what they seem to do. But it is genuine. They just need to up their customer service and e-commerce capability! Really disappointed.

Really disappointed with this company. Their products are good (apart from the price) and taste almost like their full sugar counterparts however their customer service is terrible.

I placed an order at the start of August and emailed them 2 weeks ago to ask where it was. They said to email back in a week if I still didn t have the order (I m sure any other company would have dealt with the issue immediately). I got fed up and requested a refund after the week was up. Won t order again.

I am a new customer and purchased two sugar free syrups from The Skinny Food Co - salted caramel and white chocolate. Salted caramel is much nicer in my opinion. My delivery arrived today, a week after I placed the order which I thought was fine considering we are in the middle of a pandemic.

The reason for my low review is because unbeknown to me, when I placed the order I was signed up to a subscription. Apparently this was an option at checkout, but I didn't notice, it wasn't at all obvious. I contacted customer support and asked them to cancel my order and refund me as the subscription was a mistake. I've only just received my original order so need time to try it out before re-purchasing. I was told that they are unable to cancel and refund existing orders but they will allow me to return the item once received. I will have to pay for the postage to return the item which is almost the same cost as the syrup itself, so this seems a little pointless. My account was debited today, the order hasn't shipped yet, it would have been nice if they could have been helpful and cancelled the order and that would have built a bit of customer loyalty, but unfortunately not.

I would be willing to accept the blame as I should have read the website more carefully when I placed the order, except for the fact the subscription I was signed up to was 1 bottle PER WEEK. Please bear in mind these are massive 450ml bottles there is absolutely no way someone would go through one of these bottles per week with just normal household usage. This is clearly just a money making scam - Skinny Food Co are basically tying to trick people into mistakenly selecting the subscription service and then refusing to refund people, I can see there are many other reviewers who have also had the same issue.

It's very disappointing that the company would use such dishonest tactics, please be warned and do not purchase from them. As a new customer there was an opportunity for Skinny Food co to be helpful towards me and they would have earned a loyal customer, I probably would have repurchased items in the future as the products seem decent, but now I feel I have been tricked into something so I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

Placed an order and didn't receive it. Terrible customer service, first refusing to provide tracking details and told me to contact them again in a week. I have done so and been told I have to wait another week before they will even look into it. Awful and I won't be buying from here again

Skinny food products are amazing and so good if you are on slimming world! They are affordable and so tasty and they don t taste any different to your normal foods! I have ordered over 3 times now in the last 2 months!!!!

The hazelnut and peanut butter coffee powders are tasty and smooth, and one pack gives me 1 cup a day for the month , x

I have been waiting over a month and yet my products still have not arrived, after sending multiple emails - I keep getting asked to 'Wait another week'. I expect some delay, but over a month is excessive.

Discovered these guys about 9 month ago and glad I did. As a diabetic their syrups and jams are a revelation. The syrups are great for porridge. The Black Cherry jam is to die for . Good discounts and promotions regularly.

I have never been to the store but I would absolutely love to visit it as I am a regular customer of Skinny Food Co and order their delicious sauces, syrups, creamers and snacks on a regular basis. This is my first and best experience of products that are virtually zero calories and taste amazing...
My delivery so far has always been correct and arrives within a week (even during Covid) and I am always updated regularly on the best offers and discounts. I cannot fault this company it suits me perfectly :)

While i think they have some good tasting products their business practices are awfui. Ordered alot of the syrups to try them and posted reviews saying 11 of 12 were nice while 1 was awful and what do you know the bad review deleted from their site. Very scummy and its no wonder all the products on their site have a 5star rating

Pancakes nice. However sauces made me ill and taste purely of sweetner.
Also, be careful as without noticing got signed up for same order to be sent weekly, and so was charged multiple times.

Hidden subscription - it defaults to weekly delivery on certain items, impossible to see if you scroll quickly looking down page for nutritional information and no prompt at checkout! You then have to create an account sharing information you don t want to (GDPR breach) to cancel and fight with this shocking company who have no concern for customer service. Products revolting and binned as not risking post office returns us to COVID and don t think they would issue a refund anyway as 14 day period too tight and I have to pay postage!

So the owners response is inaccurate! The website defaults it weekly subscription and the customer has to alter it, if using a phone you can t see the subscription info. They are correct in that you have to open an account and share data and waste time you don t want to do to cancel the trap they set you! Send the items back - what and pay and risk getting nothing back! Shows how much they read the review.

AMAZING syrups, I've had billionaire shortbread and chocolate a few months back. Ordered and trying the white chocolate raspberry and hazelnut praline, and they are BEAUTIFUL! I definitely prefer the sweet over the savoury sauces because it's so nice to have a bowl of fruit, with a tiny bit of naughty syrup on it - without the guilty feeling! Ps chocolate orange spread is bloody stunning

Order was missing an item which I thought was a simple mistake easily rectified. There was no phone number, tried the web chat pointlessly to then be directed to the email address, Chloe the same person as the web chat then responded to my email with an additional host of questions I had already provided half of the answers to... just heinous customer service!

Very disappointed and unhappy with Skinny foods service.

Received my order with one item missing, sent many emails having to repeat myself in each email sent as I got asked the same questions and asked for photos although I had sent them already.

Subscription service which I was unaware that I was signed up for (this is not clear at all). Not only have they taken money out my account, I have no products for the second transaction.

I have emailed the only email address available several times and asked for a manager to call me. No response.

There is no complaints procedure, no telephone contact number only an email address which is useless.

I would avoid ordering for them and would not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointing with skinny foods.

Omg what can I say about these products apart from they are absolutely amazing and if you haven't tried them yet you must.

Don't order from here. They have tied me into a subscription. I have the same items rolling up every 2weeks.

I am now, 3 weeks, later (and 2 further unrequested jars of jam later). Updating this review. They have finally, after around 8 requests, deleted my unrequested subscription!

The jam is delicious... But be really careful when you buy it, even as a guest, that you don't subscribe to something!

I love these products due to them not having aspartame in its a really harmful sweetener and its in most products these days, plus no palm oil its all free of that nasty stuff too and no soy!, its actually a winner :D. The sauces are really lovely, my personal favourite is garlic mayo. The syrups the chocolate sauce is amazing!!.. The white chocolate spread is so tasty and I would so recommend this!!. Omg the Jams!, the blackcurrant one is the best ever, tastes sweet like It has sugar in but it has no sugar or any nasties!. Customer service is a treat, price is good for the other rubbish you get in other branded products, most people do care what goes into products, I do and I love Skinny Food Products!. I know a lot of diabetics who use skinny food as products are really productive for them. Give them a whirl! :)

I subscribed by mistake to a weekly order. It was very little and I dont even think thats legal. I habe been trying to contact them for 3 days and no answer whatsoever. Stay away for good. The syrups are bad anyway

Absolutely Vile. Ordered the hollandaise, bbq and baconaise for bbq season to try and reduce sugar etc. All tasted awful, synthetic and so so sweet. Why would you do that to a hollandaise!. All 3 are completely inedible.

I, firstly, instant messaged to keep the matter private but after being ignored for several days i commented on a facebook post asking them to respond to my DM. They said they had replied to all DMs. Lies. So after threatening to screenshot the message I suddenly received a reply.
They refused to refund as i have opened the product. Please tell me how i can try the product without opening? Have refused a refund and will only send me.more disgusting products as a 'goodwill' gesture. Why would i want more of it?? So an expensive waste of my time.

Skinny food co will delete their social media posts if anything negative is put on it. They deleted the one i commented on. They also do not give the option for people to review on facebook. That pretty much tells you everything you need to know about how they respond to customer feedback.
Do not bother wasting your money, they are not a customer centred business.

Posted the wrong items and were then far more concerned with recovering the items than fixing their mistake. Some of the sauces tasted fine but ended up throwing away all of the savoury options they taste nothing like real food.

Excellent company. My favourite items are their beautiful jams, which really are like home made, taste of the fruit, rather than sugar and have the advantage of being lower in calories - what more would you need?

Where do I start? Well firstly with my favourite duo............So Far.
Salted Caramel Syrup. I use the syrup in my porridge and the barista bottle in my coffee. Coffee just wasn't the same when I ran out. I'm changing some of my products to help me lose weight. An adults allowance for sugar is 30g a day, that's around 6 tea spoons!! not a lot if you are like me and have 2 in each brew. I've tried the alternatives, canderal etc but the after taste just spoilt my brew. Anyone ever tried the garlic mayo from kfc?? well you would not be disappointed with the garlic mayo. Yes it looks strange, the sauce is just white but the taste is amazing. I've just had a new delivery of the 3 new barista flavours, peanut butter , gingerbread and chocolate orange syrups and of course my favourites. I will do another review when tried them. Don't miss out on that "naughty" indulgence that is zero calories, fat free and sugar free!! The scales will love them just as much as you do.

My order of Skinny Food co syrups arrived today. Got to say they aren t great, I ordered the Cherry Bakewell, Hazelnut Praline and Peanut flavours. Consistency of water and they taste foul, a really artificial, chemical taste. I won t be ordering again. I ll stick to Sweet Freedom syrups, they taste amazing and have a lovely honey like consistency, Skinny co isn t a patch on them.

I got a few sweet sauces eg caramel, marshmallow, butterscotch. They are all great on pancakes or waffles and low calorie so no guilt!! I did get some coffee which I wasn t overly keen on but the vanilla creamer for coffee again is amazing! Love them all x
