Highly recommend anyone looking for alternate sauces spreads to try skinny food have now used skinny food for last few months and love all products I have ordered by far the chocolate spreads and coffee syrups are my favourite.

Do no order from this company, we have been having issues for weeks and sent numerous emails and tried getting in contact many different ways and no one gets back to us, we have even tried Facebook and strange how they post on Facebook an hour ago but they don't get back to us on there, truly appalling customer service

I don t even think they are worthy of 1 star !!!! Ordered caramel and vanilla creamer was sent caramel creamer (which is awful tasted like chemicals) would comment on the vanilla but they sent me custard syrup instead !! After sending numerous emails which they didn t read or possibly understand as they kept telling me they could not cancel my order, day 5 showed progress they offered me a refund once I d posted the custard syrup back to them, I asked if they felt this was good customer service to which I was given a label to download again no response as regards my question regarding customer service would never use them again absolute rubbish !!!!!

Awful experience ordering from this company. Loved the products I got; however, their taking the payment has been incredibly sketchy - taking money and refunding it out of nowhere then taking it again (or I can only assume that they eventually took it, there is no statement of it in my bank but the money is gone) and after all that they re somehow charging additional payments, on top of the total amount I payed for my order. I have tried to sort this out but their customer service is practically non existent - I was simply directed to useless FAQ pages on their website that had no relation to my complaint. As much as I enjoyed the products, I m never purchasing from them again - they re still taking additional money.

Edit: they ve linked a video in response about subscriptions but to make it very clear, i did not make a subscription and my order history does not say anything about a subscription and yet I am still being blamed for this. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I never normally complain about this kind of stuff.

Was recently introduced to Skinny foods by my daughter .I loved the skinny syrups so much that I ordered my own .I am now looking forward to trying even more flavours and other products .Nice friendly correspondence .

Won a few sauces from the skinny food co my partner and daughter really enjoyed on their ice cream one was chocolate flavour and a raspberry also very low in calories and tasty definitely ideal if looking for a low sugar alternative

I've bought quite a few things from this site, sauces, syrups, pancake mix and coffee.

Il start off by saying the sauces, whilst all the ones I have tried - are nice, some are better than others, and some of them the consistency is a bit watery. And for that I knock 1 star off.

However considering they are nearly 0 calories, they are incredible. And the easter egg sauce on the pancakes is amazing!

I just had some turkey bacon in bagel thins with maple syrup, and egg Whites with the 4 cheese sauce (I recomend that one) and they are another 2 recomendedations.

Always ordered from them until now. Received someone else's order and has taken me along time to get the correct label to print off to send the order back. Now awaiting my order. Won't be ordering from them again

Chocolate Spread is back on the menu in this home....Children know that Chocolate Spread Brand but they don't know that its 60% sugar...where as The Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Spread is only 4%...Thats a massive 92% Less Sugar

I am beyond upset, frustrated and quite frankly flabbergasted by poor level of service from this company, not to mention their recent ''subscription'' scam which is very much the same thing that Amazon prime was drilled over last year. If you are considering buying from this company please read my entire review.

Firstly, 3 weeks ago I purchased an order from this company of 4 jam jars and 2 chocolate spreads. I purchased the items as a visitor as i did not want an account with them (this is something I have done many times in the past with no issues) The items arrived about a week later in the post and all was well. The day after i received the package I had an email from the company to say my ''Order was on its way to me''. which i thought was very odd considering I had not arranged a second order. So i decided to contact the company.

I went on their website and spoke to an advisor over live chat, (I have a recording of this conversation on my mobile phone) the adviser explained I had selected to ''opt in'' for a weekly ''Subscription'' when I had placed my order. I had no recollection of doing this and was angry and confused as I immediately felt the company had used a sneaky tactic. I explained I was not happy to continue with the subscription and asked the advisor to cancel it. she told me the only way I could cancel was to ''Log into my account''. I explained I did not own an account. She then advised i ''set up an account'' to cancel. I explained I did not want to set up an account with them, I gave her my email address and she then advised me that she had removed me from the subscription list and i would not receive any more weekly payments being taken from my account. She also said if i wanted my money back for the parcel that was on its way, I would need to go to a postoffice to return it and they would refund me. (baring in mind i am currently shielding due to severe asthma)

So.... The second parcel arrived in the post. Rather than send it back i decided to keep it thinking.. well this is the last parcel now so ill cut my loses. I opened the parcel to find almost all of my products where smashed, broken or unsealed. I was very unhappy. so I decided to go back onto the website to talk to somoene again, but no one was available on the live chat. so I sent an email directly to them and hoped to hear back from someone that day. I continually checked their website for the live chat assistant but no one was ever available. a few days had past and i had not recieved a response, there was still no one available to chat and no telephone number to contact. I contacted their instagram page and their facebook page,,,, to find a day later the had BLOCKED ME on both social media platforms.

While i am trying to speak to someone regarding my SECOND parcel full of damaged goods, I am charged and receive a THIRD PARCEL. Now... I have already spoken to an advisor a few days prior who had told me my subscription had been canceled. (I have the video dont forget!) I open the parcel and again the items are broken.

Since this email I have continued to receive parcels and be charged weekly by this company. I have not spoken to 1 advisor. I have sent 10+ emails in 3 weeks and not received a single reply. I have been blocked by the company on all social media channels. I have TRIED to set up an account with the company however no activation emails are coming to my email address and there fore I CANNOT set up an account to cancel. I have spoken to hundreds of people who are all in the same situation as myself.

I am still being charged weekly. I tried to cancel and block payments from this company but they set them back up under a different name! I am at the point where I will now speak to as many people as possible for us to collectively come together and do something about this.

I've had a life style change (food) and I missed cakes and naughty treats, until I found Skinny Food ... I can still have a treat without starving myself for a week So far, the cakes are my favourite. I am looking forward to trying the low carb wraps soon in my next delivery.

I am so thrilled to discover this company. I am addicted to their coffee creamers, they are so delicious and perfect on a keto diet. I don't just use them in my coffee: I have them as cream on desserts and add to my nut granola. I'm dairy intolerant and these are vegan so win win!

Since I joined Instagram I had seen a lot of "Skinny food co" being advertised so I had to try them for myself, and I am so glad I did!

The products they have produced is just awesome, from skinny jams, syrups, cooking sprays, Flavoured instant coffee, Sauces, etc and they've even recently brought out a low-calorie bakery collection which is fantastic! I absolutely love this bundle as you get 6 products for an affordable price - I have tried the flapjacks, chocolate brownies, and banana bread and 96-100 calories per individual item each and a great source of protein and fibre they're great if you're following a slimming world or weight watcher plan!

I saw a lot of grief of people due to deliveries being delayed and orders taking a month. But we still ordered on 29th May was shipped 3rd June received today 6th June. So very fast. We taste tested the 2 sauces, 1 syrup, choc orange spread and smooth peanut butter. All amazing. We got sample packs too so we can pick and find what we like. Gunna try the pancakes soon! 10/10 for communication and delivery xx

Great ordering and quick delivery sadly the customer service is not great and probably wouldn t order again on this, I ordered two chocolate jars of spread and when I took the lid off the seal was open. I contacted skinny food co how ever I was disappointed with the response so great products but be wary if issues not great customer service hence I probably wouldn t order from them again as I felt the way it was worded it was my fault and a automated response.

Amazing company!
As a member of slimming world I have found it hard to find sauces etc that I can use on my food and that s where Skinny Food Co has come in helpful. With a wide variety of sauces, spreads and jams it helps to make boring dull meals tasty and delish.

Amazing syrups and sauces, however delivery can be a little slow. Customer service team are absolutely brill though and sort any issues out promptly!

Their products are great for people that want to be healthier and that want a sweet treat without the guilt! My favourite products are the peanut butter spreads, sriracha sauce and the jams! I highly recommend their products

The products are absolutely amazing. We stock and use skinny syrups at our Bistro in Market Rasen. They are incredibly popular. People love our pancakes sweet or savoury with them. They love the fact that we can provide choice... 0 calorie!! We are focused on healthier eating and follow diet plans. Our menu is designed for this... therefore the syrups both savoury and sweet fit into our ethos. The garlic mayo is a must on our air fried wedges! Thank you so much for inventing this! We love the variety and choice.

SCAM. They tie you into a subscription service and continue to send unwanted products even after you cancelled the unwanted subscription.

Two weeks late so far...lied about having posted my order and now won't respond to my emails except to send me generic email that is of zero help. I wouldn't recommend this company if they paid me. Just trying to get my money back now.

I am a person who never writes a bad review even if I have had a bad experience. This time I had to to because just like the last person who left feedback I did not see there was a subscription box what had been ticked. Skinny Food Co have been taking money every week from my account for the last 6 weeks! I have emailed numerous times to let them know and for them to stop sending me their products every week and all they email back is you must unsubscribe what I done!. Also you can't speak to anyone by phone!!!. As a company director I know how important customer service is and this company is a joke. How you can trick people into subscribing you like it was an email promotion!, not that you want to reorder every week the same products!!!!!!.

I've just been introduced to The Skinny Food Co Chocaholic Spreads. They are all absolutely delicious. I can't decide if I prefer the Hazelnut, Chocolate Orange or White Chocolate flavour. I suppose I'll just have to order all three!

Easy to navigate website, lots of products, delivered quickly. Coffee syrups are great, especially the smaller options so i can change flavour more often ( dont have space for lots of 1 litre bottles.) Option to subscribe to a regular order for fav items a good idea, but should not be the default. Just about to try the ketchup, makes my diet more fun!

Some of the best products on the market, totally loving the chocolate spreads and the skinny syrups!

Really good customer service when needed like when a package doesn't arrive in time. So many items to choose from and vegan options too which are so helpful especially when they are sugar free!

Super friendly customer service! I m yet to try all the sauces but I m making my way through them. I absolutely love the golden syrup definitely recommend.

They are quick enough to take my money but I've been waiting weeks for the goods and nobody will refund me! Scam!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I have family members who wanted to try these products, now I have told them they have both agreed to not bother. And after what I've been through, I'm spreading the word that this company is a CON!

This company is a con. I ordered some items which arrived short. However that is the small complaint. Today I find they have taken monies from my account for a repeat order which they state is a weekly subscription! I DID NOT sign up for this and cannot contact them to cancel and there is not a option to cancel when I sign in to my account!!! Others have also posted on line warning about this mal practice, beware! I aim going to take action against them and would not favour them with future custom. I would of rated zero star if it was available .

The chocolate spread is so taste and delicious. I ordered recently from the Skinny Food and I couldn't see my order on my account and the issue was solved quickly and so it was the delivery itself. Definitely will order again from them.

Amazing products that make dieting...well, maybe not great, dieting is never great, but Skinny Food sauces make boring diet food really taste good and there are so many choices you can't get bored. Cooking with it is another excellent alternative, you can disguise practically anything until yet another dry boring lump of turkey or chicken can become a wonderful dish limited only by your imagination. (The golden syrup sauce should be made mandatory for any dieter...a simple banana, a generous squeeze of sauce, a microwave and a little lighter vanilla ice cream...pure heaven!)

I love skinny food co. It has really helped me on my weightloss journey and trying to get alittle fitter.
I initially ordered some syrup for my own ice coffees, however i have now expanded my range to sauces, jams, drops, spreads and much more. Their customer service is great and I recommend them.

I have had various different products from The Skinny Food Co and I have loved them all! The baking collection tastes amazing and is so easy to use, perfect when you have a toddler who wants to 'help'. The syrups are ideal for a sweet treat added into porridge, icecream or even coffee, without all the high calories and sugar. But In my opinion the sauces are the best. They taste better than the leading supermarket brands and are so much better for you. I don't feel guilt letting my little girl have some 'dip' as I know the products she is having are low sugar and zero calorie.

This place is amazing and definitely curbs the sweet tooth when you're dieting. Customer service was great and delivery very prompt. Thanks Skinny Food Co! One very happy customer

My hubby & I love the syrups on our breakfast, I reversed my diabetes 2 about 2years ago bu loosing weight & joining a slimming group. The syrups are ideal for me to give my breakfast a lift & great taste. As I said I now have to share with my hubby. When I ve finished my spreads, Peanut butter etc. I ll definitely be ordering those as well.

Looking at the most recent reviews, it s such a shame that there are so many people who feel the same way.

I ve been waiting for my order for over a month now, only to be told that I have to wait for them to open up a claim with Royal Mail before they progress any further with my query on the delay on my order. Two weeks ago, I was told to contact them the same time the following week if I hadn t received it. I did, only to be told to wait another week. Today I have contacted them to say it still hasn t arrived, a week later, and no surprise have been told to wait another week. The worst thing is that it is the customer service that lets them down, as a small business I think the products are fab, but I wouldn t recommend them to a single person after this experience.

To add to the insult further, we tried to contact them on social media, only for them to ignore and then delete our comments, I think this says a lot about how they feel about their customers which as I say is a real shame and not the way to build your brand or business. On the flip side and to give further context, we ordered from MuscleFood last week, and due to no fault of MuscleFood, DPD missed our order slot and due to it being perishable, we weren t allowed to receive it. Within 48 hours, they had refunded us the order, and sent a new order out next day delivery. Just goes to show that even without asking or complaining, customer service like that is how it should be done.

Sorry to have to write such a bad review, but I really am so disappointed with this experience.

Terrible practice, u allow a subscriptions to be set up without an account. This is awful. So it makes it hard to stop or alter. Website is not clear between purchase and subscriptions. I don t expect a reply despite contacting based on feedback from others. Two items ordered one open on arrival - bad packaging or poor food hygiene? Shame there is food companies out there at times like this.

Very sneaky, be careful when making even a one off order from this company. They pre select a subscription repeat order for you and take unauthorised payments from your payment accounts. In order to stop this you have to create an account with them and then follow the directions to unsubscribe. Personally I won t be using them again.

I find the zero cal syrups and coffees from the skinny food co amazing. I love a flavoured coffee and feel with these products I'm not missing out while also not piling on the calories! Cannot wait for my cinnamon swirl flavour to arrive!!

Terrible company who do not get back to your emails. I had orders missing then they don't tell you about subscribing to this awful tasting syrups. Such a scam with awful customer service!

I ordered weeks ago and it still hasn t arrived, and I was told 3-5 days, they really ought to have a phone number where you can contact them directly. If they don t arrive within the next couple of days, I certainly won t be ordering again.

I have to say that the first time I used this company their silly and rather juvenile website put me off a bit, but I had got a recommend about their products from a friend whose opinion I trust.
Once you get over the daft name - (Skinny? Yes - we know the Americans use if for latte, but seriously?) and the silly colours and fonts, their products and service are superb.

I now regularly order from them and have passed recommends to my friends, too.

Great options for low calorie alternatives and many are gluten and diary free. Delivery has always been satisfactory.

I love so many of the products. My favourites so far have been pancake mix, marshmallow fluff, so many coffee flavours, and most recently the zero sugar drink mixers. Very refreshing, especially for a chef wearing a mask all shift.

The salted caramel and golden syrup is amazing for porridge and my kids live the mermaid syrup on their pancakes

Their jam is lovely and they even have peppercorn sauce for dinner

Wish it was possible to leave 0 stars! The way this company treat their customers is beyond a joke. For anyone reading this and thinking of buying: DO NOT! I ordered on 12th April. On 17th I was sent an email claiming my order had dispatched with a fake Royal Mail tracking number. Today is 3rd May and still no order. I have contacted this company numerous times - via email, Instagram and Facebook and they ignore me! They also deleted my comments on several occasions.

Really poor customers service. Yes it is very easy to start a subscription without even knowing it. Customer service are rubbish. After contact 2 mins after getting an email saying they were sending my subscription item that I knew nothing about. First I got a video which was no help. After days I got a response say its too late to cancel as it is on their system, all in all very poor. Especially as the item had not even been sent at that time.

I made my order on the 15th April, had an update from Royal Mail on the 26th saying the company had (finally) dispatched the item to them, this hasn't been updated since so they still haven't received it to deliver to me. I emailed the support team on the 1st May as advised by Royal Mail and was given a paragraph about the virus (which is understanding).
Update: Received an update from Royal Mail on 9th May and received items on 11th May. Will be waiting until after lockdown to order from them again to see if postal really was the issue.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I was on keto and thought the sauces would be perfect and I thought "whats the harm in giving them a try". Got what I ordered about a week later and other than being overly sweet, it was ok. Then a 2nd box arrived with exactly the same sauces arrived a week later. This is when I found out I unknowingly signed up for a subscription. I emailed the company and got an automated response saying that I have to create an account so I can log in to cancel the subscription. Yes I had to CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION! Surely you would have to create an account to make a subscription not the other way around? Today I had 2 parcels from the company turn up and luckily I caught the post man to refuse the parcel. Hopefully I'll get a refund but looking at my bank the last payment was on the 29th of June and today is the 15th of July. Their refund policy is 14 days so it'll be interesting to see if I get anything back.

I suffer with an Eating disorder so ordered the syrups to encourage me to eat more! I ordered unicorn, mermaid and chocolate fudge cake and honestly I was really disappointed with them.

Then unicorn and mermaid syrups looked like my baby s bubble bath and the consistency of all the syrups was like water. They taste really artificial and were so sickly they ve gone straight in the bin.

The only redeeming thing was the chocolate spread. It actually tastes like chocolate and hazelnuts so is a lot more edible than the syrups.

Found they were pretty over priced for what they are.

The only thing I don't like about The Skinny Food Co is that it needs more exposure. Seriously, their range is HUGE, they have a HUGE variety of flavours and, for what they are, are good value for money! I'd recommend The Skinny Food Co to anyone looking for something unique, whether it's for yourself or for a friend/family member. 10/10.

The zero sugar fakeaway Chinese Curry sauce is really tasty, and I can't tell it is a diet food. Exactly what I need to add some zing to my diet!

The sample box is a great idea. I enjoyed some of the syrups, so ordered a few which was supposed to include a free maple syrup. It arrived this morning and the maple syrup was exchanged for tomato ketchup. For me the savoury sauces are pretty unpleasant and I would certainly not have ordered again... Disappointed.

I placed an order after seeing several people reccomend them on Instagram but my thinking now is that money talks.
Upon checkout, I was told that I should receive my order 2-5 days after its dispatched. It was dispatched on Monday 8th June. Fast forward to Thursday 18th June. I still haven't received my order and tracking shows that the courier is still waiting to receive it. Concerned, I sent skinny foods a message to see what was happening. They responded to say if you haven't had it this time next week the let us know. When I told them I wasn't happy to wait that long for an order I had placed over two weeks before, they basically told me sorry but we can't look into it until 20 days have passed but don't worry you'll get it eventually. To me, this is not acceptable customer service.
Its a shame because after hearing good things about their products, I was looking forward to receiving the items then most likely making regular purchases and sharing with my fellow slimming worlders.

I was looking for low calorie sauces on the internet and found The Skinny Food Company. I decided to try their Flavour Drops initially to add to plain fat free yogurt. Great product and did just what I wanted. I then tried salad dressings and wasn t disappointed. The same quality, price and service. I can recommend The Skinny Food Company wholeheartedly. I will be ordering from them regularly in the future.

I love love love SKINNY FOOD CO. I am not a massive reviewer but this company is simply quite OUTSTANDING. I love the syrups, sauces and snacks that are all much healthier alternatives to the usual calorie infested brands. They all taste amaze and I m now complete in love with their peanut butters.

First time buyer very disappointed with the company.

Received my order what i purchased got within 3 days brilliant. Tye syrup, peanut butter really not enjoyable. To then get another with order two items missing but i wasn't bothered about it. I then got another email to say another order was made that is three in the space of one week. Subscription service which I was unaware that I was signed up for this is not clear at all.

I haven't even made an account with skinny foods. I have sent many emails. I have created an account when i tried to confirm the account and login it isn't letting me.

Shocking customer service absolute joke ordered on the 6/06, chased numerous times, 1st time received generic reply regarding coronavirus all other attempts ignored. Raised an issue on PayPal to be asked do you want sent or refund (no explanation/apology) I replied to say if you can get them here within a week if not refund. They refunded. Shocking. Customer service would be 0 if I could. Seen a friend today and was telling her and she said their syrups are disgusting anyway as she ordered some off amazon, I then tried and glad order cancelled as they are synthetic tasting.
Don t buy.

How did I survive without these sauces in my life? I was forced to accept never having any desserts or puddings again after losing 11 stone and fighting every day to keep it off but these sauces have been amazing! I use the custard one in my healthy trifle and I love the biliionaire shortbread one on my oatmeal pancakes! The smokey baiconniase I have on my salads and I love the four cheese sauce too, honestly I love each and every one of them and cannot believe they are both fat and sugar free!

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN MY LIFE. BOUGHT GOODS AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ME, EVEN THOUGH ROYAL MAIL NEVER DELIVERED THEM AND THEY KNOW THAT BECAUSE THEY CAN SEE MY ORDER AND IT IS SHOWING AS NOT DELIVERED. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. ONLY GOT THE 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO CLICK IT TO POST THE REVIEW.

Do not give this company your credit card details unless you want them to steal from you. I had to report them to the fraud department of the police and reverse payments with my bank. Beware.

I ve ordered a few times now and there are things I would definitely order again. I love the coffee syrups, herbs/spices, garlic & herb sauce, ranch dressing, the flavour drops and the peanut butter :)). Will be placing more orders and trying some of the other products too. The only one downside is I always seem to miss out on the freebies!! But that s down to my timing of orders I guess so not their fault.

Their products are so delicious and hard to believe they are zero calories and sugar.

If there website works it shows the item and add to cart with addons and auto subscribe options..
If there website doesnt it shows item and add to cart with no options.. But WILL auto subscribe you for one per week plus shipping..

Try having one time purchase checked by default and offer customer the option to opt in to regular deliveries..

I'm tasting the products and I'm loving it! The products are super tasty and we can eat without guilt! I recommend 100%!

I ordered 3 skinny syrups. I tryed the white chocolate and it tasted awful! I contacted tham where they told me i could return any unused items for a refund. So i paid post fee and returned the other two. They now wont refund me so have the products and my money. They have been so unhelpful to try and sort my situation. I honetly wouldnt bother using them as wouldnt want anyone to go thrww the same. As a personal trainer with thousands of members and clients i will not passing on any positive feedback.
