I stayed here with my family for wedding in January 2018. I came back to the hotel for the layover between the wedding and the reception party where I was greeted in the lobby with free samples of Tacos and champagne. When I got to my room I realized the taco dripped sauce all over my Dolce and Gabbana Tuxedo. I was annoyed, so I called to the front desk to ask if they had any solutions. They the manager on duty yelled back at me and told me someone from dry cleaning would come up and help me. The person never came 15 minutes later. So I called back down where I was rudely yelled at by the night manager again. She was rude buy acted like she was going to get my shirt taken care of asap at her expense. The dry cleaning lady arrived and cleaned my shirt within the hour or so. However, the next day I was surprised to see a dry cleaning bill on my final bill after the night manager said she would take care of it. Final thoughts, DONT HAND OUT SLOPPY DRIPPIN TACOS IN A FANCY HOTEL YOU GOONS.

Convenient location and "somewhat"free parking, appetizers were fine, service was only 4 stars because I was told "bar is closed" and 20 minutes later is was clearly reopened....(communication problem).
Navigation around the lobby was tricky, but they did a good job with event signage.
Event-wise, the conversations were NOT derailed by a loud restaurant atmosphere (like I've seen at other events). RC was elegant and peaceful.

Beautiful and convenient hotel with five star accommodations all the way. Everything is fantastically appointed from the lobby to the conference rooms, modern 24-hour fitness center (with indoor pool) to the (obviously) guest rooms. They offer fabulous in room dining options and the staff is fantastic throughout the entire facility.

Roman, head of guest services, made my stay unforgettable from the beginning to the end. He helped me with my luggage even though it wasn t his job, offered me champagne for my birthday celebration at the front desk after overhearing I was celebrating, gave me a tour of my room and charmed my socks off! He made my birthday celebration amazing. As I left the hotel I wished I could see him again and he was there waiting outside by chance. Don t go for the world-class hotel, don t go for the world-class food. Don t go for the soft expensive robes...Go for Roman! A memory for a lifetime.

This was not my best stay at The Ritz Carlton (it was actually the worst). I've stayed at the Tysons location several times and I love the Concierge.
My room smelled of tobacco(15th floor rook 1526), so they gave me another room.
The bartender, an older gentleman, is rude...plain and simple. I came in after a long night and walked in the bar for a nightcap right after midnight Friday; he sarcastically said when I asked if they were open "the lights are off, so No we're not open" then he kept Mumbling as I left.
Then I get to my roomorder a cocktail from room service and the glass was dirty (photo attached), and they didn't bring ice for a VODKA TONIC?
The room also wasn't as well cleaned as normal and I Didn't receive turn down service.
I'll continue to stay here, for now.....

Excellent hotel, very nice rooms. Didn't get a chance to use many of the amenities, but rooms are nicely furnished. WiFi is not included, and there is no complimentary breakfast. Food I ordered was delicious though. Very nice location, connected to the Tyson's Galleria Mall and nearby to many different office locations.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff in particular was extraordinarily accommodating. The facility itself is beautiful, and the rooms appear to have been recently renovated. The hotel bar and restaurant are top notch for food, beverage and entertainment.

I m not impressed so far. I have 25 years of five star hotel operational experience and when I checked into this hotel on a Sunday evening and my bags were lost by the airlines I informed the front desk when I checked in. The front desk did offer to find me a few things and asked me to write them down, so I did. I wrote hair brush and curling iron. This way I could maybe look half way presentable the next day when I was giving my presentation in Jeans and tennis shoes because that s all I currently have. Later I was given a hair brush. However I find it hard to believe with a hotel connected to a mall and it has a spa and fitness center that there was nothing else to offer me. Granted it was Sunday night and the malls were closed. I m giving this a 2 Star so fat because Room Service was very nice. I m here for 4 more nights. If things improve I will update my review. I understand that not having a concierge 24 hours is part of not being a 5 Star which might make me think about my next stay.

Service was very good. Everyone was so very kind and helpful. Room very clean. Spa goof. Pool was open and you need to sign up to use it. Entyse breakfast and dinner good. Live jazz. Room service fast and hot. Valet parking available. Using AAA discount was a plus. Will definitely be back again.

I want to take the time to express my sincere appreciation of one of your employees. I have arrived at your hotel many times to check in. This particular last tim I arrived i was greeted with one of the best , genuine smiles. The young lady name was Dana. What she doesn t realize is before arriving, the headaches of travel . Dealing with lines , airport security , traffic and making are way to the hotel. Being greeted with professionalism, courtesy and honesty putting a smile in my face is something I appreciate. Thank you Dana , as you made a long frustrating day all better.

To summarize my stay here, I keep fixating on three thoughts: luxurious, superb service, and relaxing. There is a reason why I return to stay here year after year, and it is merely that our stay has us pampered and satisfied. When we look forward to our next visit, we know it will be fabulous! I highly recommend you try this hotel and all they have to offer as there are incredible savings and packages to be enjoyed on the weekends. Tip: Upgrade to the Club Lounge rooms - the service and culinary/wine offerings are superb!

It s a good hotel, but not as luxurious as other Ritz properties. It was nice that our room with a king sized bed also had a pullout sofa. There was a lot of mall traffic in the lobby, so lots of people who didn t appear to be staying at the hotel. Great spa area with a steam room and sauna.

It seems like inconsistent policies depend on their mangment preference.
I visit the hotel and I had bad experience.
1- I am not the first Middle Eastern who wrote a bad review abut this hotel
2- they are awful policies to pet
3- Lower standard of communication
4- high level of unprofessionalism
5- hospitality and high standard is not the goal. They are providing below basic service with basic training to their staff
If you are a person who love luxury and want to enjoy Washington DC. Don t stay there. 100% I will spend my money in Four seasons or Jefferson hotel.

Nice, but I think my hopes were too high. My room was definitely not as clean as many hotels I've stayed in. It is very well built and everything feels and looks quite high quality. Just didn't care for dirty towels and stray hairs in the room.

Another great stay. Service is always excellent. The building is starting to show its age starting from the lift to the doorsils and the pool otherwise well maintained. The one thing I am annoyed by is the amount of guests who smoke in their rooms. Smoking is of course prohibited but unfortunately as you walk in the corridors it hits you. This wasn't the first time I experienced it and I have a feeling hotel management would need to draw drastic measures going forward.

Very attentive and responsive staff. They even made sure to have the foam pillows I requested in place on top of the mound of regular pillows on the bed. My room is delightfully quiet, including the air handling system. In the bar, my waiter was terrific, as were the small plate of carrot curry and the local, very hoppy IPA. I have only two complaints: one, there are not enough electrical plugs near the desk. And two, the stupid micro refrigerator sits alone in an odd place on the floor, and it is seriously beaten up, dented with a number of scrapes on it.

Have planned a tri-birthday excursion for my three beautiful daughters. So looking forward to my visit and our stay. I booked spa treatments for all of us, and a special dinner with as many amenities as I could. I will report later to let you know how we made out.

In a word, our visit was Supreme. From the warm reception at checkin to the experienced staff and glorious amenities the stay we had while visiting DC was more than could have been asked.

With professional staff ready to assist with every request and a smile at every task me we enjoyed everything we saw. Even when our booking was erred, staff were quick to assist and were beyond helpful.

The room and view cityside were gorgeous, and every part of our room was immaculate.

Thanks Ritz-Carlton for an amazing vacation stay!!

Great hotel, very clean, great servants. Only complaint is that the outlet placements in the rooms aren't the best . Great price for a night, valet parking, and breakfast package. Definitelyy again for another birthday.

A comfortable hotel away from the crowds of cities located in McLean Virginia, it is characterized by providing a prayer rug and a Qur an in the room, and since most hotels in America do not provide a bidet for ablution, this hotel provides a shattaf, connected to the fourth floor where the reception is a corridor to Tyson Mall 2, its restaurants are not diverse or defective. Distinguished.
