Literally the best customer service I have ever received. The women in the Club Room are truly amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. They were one of the many highlights of my stay here. Also the rooms are beautiful/clean, the food and amenities are great, there's really nothing more you could ask for. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful time!

I had to call because I was having an issue with my rewards number and the customer service rep was fast, efficient, pleasant and professional. What I spent 20 minutes on she fixed in 30 seconds. Thank you.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. The food in the dining room was delicious. The only negative was that the creamer in my room was dated and expired 5 months ago. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until after I poured it into my espresso and it curdled into lumps. Otherwise, they would of gotten 5 stars.

My husband and I stay here at least once a year, for special occasions. We absolutely love this place, not only because the amenities are incredible (Spa, bar, restaurant, gym, location, shuttle, etc) but primarily because the customer service is the BEST we have ever experienced at any hotel. If you're concerned about the price, check out their special room packages and try to book in advance.

Staying here for 2 nights. Shocked to see SO MANY guests in the lobby and going into the elevator with no mask on. I think there was an event. I talked to the staff at concierge, they got a security to escort me to walk up the stairs to my room, but did nothing to those people while clear signs of masks required and distancing required displayed all over the place on the wall and on the elevators.
Either the signs are just for show and they secretly don't care about their guests' safety, or the staff here is incredibly poorly trained. Either way, there is zero discipline they will actually practice to ensure the guests' safety. BEYOND DISAPPOINTING AND IT'S ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

First time at a Ritz. The property was fantastic and great location but beware this location could cost a lot with Louis Vitton, Cartier ect...attached to the hotel. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We found food from previous guests in the mini fridge that appeared to be there a while and the room was not cleaned as expected. Other staff were very nice and helpful.

Very nice as would be expected, I'm there regularly for work functions and meetings, etc. The staff is always very polite and the service at hotel establishments is always efficient and well executed.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service at concierge and front desk. A lost art which these good young people are hanging on to with virtuosity.

THIS is what we should expect, and the Ritz has delivered it without flinching.

I would love to come back any time!

I was not an overnight guest. Valet is validated when dining at Entyce. Otherwise, paid parking (and I hate paying for parking). I've been here in the past for conferences, and for high tea. The tea was great, but the sandwiches and desserts weren't memorable and at $50pp, pricing was steep. More recently we made reservations at Entyce for a brunch buffet and for our friend's baby sprinkle. They did tell us that due to an event being held there that there would be more security. However, they failed to mention that it would cause any delays. Buffet selection was nice, but the entree (one selection with buffet) came entirely too late. We were waiting for at least an hour and a half if not longer and could've done without it by then. The restaurant wasn't packed full by any means when we had arrived, there were plenty of tables. Even leaving was a disaster- credit cards were charged wrong, waited 20 minutes for an elevator (were told there were no stairs to take down to Valet), and waited another 20 minutes for valet. The hotel itself is nice, but I wouldn't come here again of my own accord. Unfortunately conferences are held here often so I'm sure I'll have to come back.

Always enjoy high tea here! I have been going to the Tysons Ritz for about 5 years and always during the holidays or on my birthday. The savory and sweet selections along with your choice of tea are well worth the price of $50.00 person. You enjoy 6 tea sandwiches and 6 desserts along with one currant scone and the scone is crispy on the outside and moist and flaky on inside. The tea sandwiches are fresh and my favorite sweets is the opera cake and the tartlets. The service is always good and attentive and on your birthday they give you this strawberries and cream glass to celebrate on the house :)

Everything was a great experience. They were so accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. Very convenient being attached to the Galleria for me to get to my office for the week. I had a wonderful evening at the hot tub, pool, steam room, and sauna. Very relaxing.

We ve stayed here 3 times In the past few months and every single time the floors in the room are dirty. Crumbs on the carpets and my babies hands and feet/socks are visibly dirty from the tile. They do always clean it no hesitation when asked but for the amount of money a suite costs in this hotel the rooms should be impeccable. Also I ve mentioned a few times to the front desk how the elevators are off. They make noises they shouldn t, when they stop at a floor they drop a little or bounce and they re not flush with the floors.. which are all things that mean they need to be serviced and having a baby with you makes it all the more scary. The employees are always friendly and accommodating but it would be nice if they addressed these issues.

Great hotel to stay at and to host an event. The service at the event I attended was extraordinary. The space for the happy hour after the meeting was cramped though. I also had a terrible experience with the elevator going up to the event space. The elevator stuttered and started moving up with the doors open. We all jumped out and took the stairs.
I stayed at this hotel as well and the rooms are great. You get a great view and can even see DC in the distance if you get a high enough room.

Went here for my anniversary. Had to decide between DC and Tyson's Corner. Read the reviews of both and decided to go to Tyson's corner based off the reviee we saw of Shima in the Club Level. Shima made our stay in the club level memorable. Definitely will stay the again. Wassim was also awesome. Promote both if them.

I came here for a bit of a stay while work was being done on my home. It was so pleasurable, I missed it upon leaving. The spa services are great and the rooms are luxurious, yet comfortable.

So I stayed at the Ritz for a corporate event and therefore cannot speak to room pricing specifically. I can tell you that internet was $10, but apparently free for Rewards members, so join that if you're thinking about staying here. On to the important bits. I was in a pretty typical hotel room - basic cable, king bed, the usual furniture, although my room had no microwave or fridge. The mini bar was absurdly well-stocked, and just as absurdly priced. Basically - don't touch it unless you hate money and want to get rid of all yours. The bathroom was spotless and functioned well, which is a pleasant surprise. I find that most hotel bathrooms, no matter how nice they seem, always have a few foibles. This just felt like a nice bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable and I slept well, which is also unusual. I typically don't sleep well the first night in a hotel, but I had no issues here - it was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The room service breakfast ($40... thank you again, corporate event expense budget) was delicious, but you'll have to decide if it's worth the expense. TLDR: Very nice accommodations, incredibly quiet and exceedingly comfortable. Slightly surprising amenity omissions, yet exceptional atmosphere and customer service. Would stay again. Plan on taking the wife here for a romantic weekend!

Nice hotel. The only comparison I can make is the Peninsula in Bangkok which I'd rate at 5 stars. The reason I go with 4 stars is the nickel and diming ($9 water in the room). I'd rather pay a higher rate and not be nickel and dimed at a luxury property.

Room was very clean and nice. Iron had calcium deposits that got all over my slacks. That seems kinda low budget as my iron shouldn't make a mess of my clothes.

The hotel staff was attentive and pleasant and the decor/ambience was nice, but kind of non-descript for a luxury hotel as it is a big building without windows in a boring part of town geared towards shopping.

If you have a need to stay in the area and want easy access to Tyson's shopping and direct access to the Galleria, then I can't imagine you can do better, but when compared to the other 5-star hotel I've stayed in this year, this Ritz was a step below that one.
