Very nice hotel. From the outside it looks like any other building at Tyson's Corner but inside it has a much darker feel. The conference rooms were standard but didn't feel like typical boring rooms. Ample parking is nearby through a paid parking deck.
So clean company employee's were very nice and informative
The bed was too soft. Wish there was a fridge and microwave to top my stay-cation off.

We had a scary experience (with an happy ending). We enjoyed afternoon tea with friends. Before leaving, we used the restrooms. Once home, my husband noticed he didn't have his computer. After checking the car, it was obvious it was left at the hotel. Frantically, he called and was relieved to hear someone had found it in the restroom and turned it in. We drove back to get it and couldn't thank him enough and whoever turned it in, we thank you for your honesty and know that there are still good and honest people in this world.
Top-notch hotel with excellent food at its several restaurants. Parking garages flank the hotel. Connected to a mall that has high-end clothing and jewelry stores and very respectable restaurants. Pleasant ambience for hotel guests and attendees at the many meetings the hotel hosts.
Nice place to stay especially during these times. Nice and clean and highly separable spaces. Short staffed but the best service has been provided that's possible.

Rooms are spacious, clean and modern , with the latest USB centric power outlets and dynamic window shades. When you upgrade to the suite, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the sheer size of the room and it's overwhelming bathroom. Overall, I cannot wait to stay here again on my business trips. The Ritz Carlton is my new personal hotel of choice. Well done.
We were there for my cousin's wedding and stayed in there regular room with 2 beds. Rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. Hotel staffs are very polite, helpful and responded to all my requests immediately. Overall very enjoyable stay for us. I gave it 4 stars only because room doesn't have refrigerator and microwave, which are essential for me to store and heat my toddler's milk.

We had a delightful stay last night. As you might expect it was elegant. Happily it was welcoming and the staff was very friendly, not aloof at all. Our room on the 20th floor had a view over the city but with the mountains in the distance. We ate at the restaurant which had live music and the food was delicious. Whatever dipping sauce they served with the truffle fries probably contained magic. So good. Nice ambiance and the music was not too loud and was quite enjoyable to my surprise. The staff was courteous and attentive. Everything was excellent.

Beautiful hotel with five star service, and a lot of nice touches to make you feel pampered. Netflix in room is nice, and internet is fine. Pool area was nice. Lost a star for the following: there is no fridge in the room. We had things we wanted to keep cold, and no option to do so. Also the elevators are uncommonly SLOW. We would easily wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator. It seemed like only two were in service, and they were pretty rickety.
Amazing experience! We attended a bridal tea for my daughter. The snow flew and we stayed. The staff was absolutely fantastic - and the food was fabulous. We just stayed and ate all day. Ate lunch, dinner and brunch the following day. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the accommodations and staff were throughout the experience. I am so glad my daughter's future in-laws selected this venue. Fantastic experience! Truly a great place to be "stuck" for the weekend!
Excellent service and such a great location. Easily accessible to Tysons Galleria 2 via an indoor walkway. Lots of amenities at this hotel including a game room for the kids
I have been here many times & have yet to be disappointed. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful & even tried to anticipate our needs/wants. I have only stayed here once, but the room was very nice. Most of my visits have been to corporate events & parties. These have all been fantastic due to both the physical environment & even more so the great banquet staff.
The hotel is nice but its price is a little high. It is connected to a commercial complex with restaurants. The complex contains some international brands.
Everyone works really hard to create a good experience for guests who could care less about them.
Memorable getaway for our anniversary, an executive suite with some nice romantic touches by the staff made our stay very special. My wife always enjoys her time at the Spa and brunch at American Eats hit the spot.

The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner is the best hotel in the McLean, Virginia area. What makes this location truly special is the staff, who go the extra mile to make every guests stay a memorable one. This hotel is under management by a great team with a productive vision. In addition to the well-trained staff, the food at both restaurants and in-room-dining is delicious. The rooms are cleaned to perfection and decorated elegantly. This hotel features an indoor spa with a pool and hot tub that is included with a hotel stay. Highly recommend booking a stay at this location if you are looking for a luxury stay.
Very overrated hotel. It wasn't any nicer than most higher-end Marriotts, but you don't get any of the Marriott elite benefits so it really is a waste unless you constantly stay at Ritz-Carlton Hotels.
In for an even that took place in multiple ball rooms. Nice facilities for the event. The bar staff (not sure if affiliated) was excellent!
This review is for the spa only. Oh my...heavenly. Fabulous experience if you are looking to do a spa day. I got one of the half day spa packages with a massage, mini facial, mani and pedi. I highly recommend going a few hours early to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and sauna which you receive complimentary access to with your service. Started off with an amazing massage by Terri who is a gifted massage therapist who relieved the tension in my tight muscles. Had a lovely facial in which I received recommendations for caring for my skin in the future. Fariba performed my Mani pedi and had exquisite attention to detail which I appreciated. Also valet parking was included for free. Typical of the Ritz the customer service was great. I can't wait for my next visit there.
We went for tea time and the waitstaff were all wonderful. We had a great time. The valet were prompt and courteous as well.

Connected to the Tyson's galleria, so shopping and other dining venues a short walk away. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Ritz is known for service and the Tysons location is no exception. Wonderful service and a great facility well located for the northern Va area.

Ritz is always great. One of the really nice things to do here is sit by the fire just inside the main entrance sipping hot tea or otherwise. The dark wood and the warmth of the fire just add to the experience. But everything about this Ritz is fantastic.
It us the Ritz Carlton after all...elegance and luxury.
Check in was fast. The rooms are lovely. All staff was courteous and happy to help. We did self park. Valet didn't seem to be any more convenient. America Eats was a good place for breakfast and everything we had was perfectly prepared. The bathrooms exceeded my expectations. They were large and had an additional shower in addition to the tub. Metro station is a short walk away. Would stay here again! Fabulous!

This was an excellent venue for the conference I attended. The food served was excellent and each meal carried a different theme. The attention by the house staff was bar none and they looked genuinely happy to be working there. I look forward to attending other events at this location should the need arise.
Great hotel! Easy access to local areas, but the main interstate (495) is usually very crowded.
We stay here for work trips due to the impeccable service and friendly staff. The interior design is kept up to date and the furnishings are pristinely.
The room service is phenomenal. I always have a late night hankering for their Creme Brulee, which comes with fresh fruits. Food always arrives hot and freshly made.
Conversations with the shuttle drivers are always very interesting. Roman is our favorite. He's friendly, helpful and always goes that extra mile to make your stay special. Roman also remembers our team when we return.
My favorite thing is the Ritz app. The mobile check-in is seamless and the mobile key is user friendly. You can also order extra amentities. Thanks for an amazing app.

Coffee and service was great. They even brought out a cookie and tea tray for the guests. Would highky recommend even for those who want to sit and relax.

The beds were very comfortable and I love all the travel amenities they have: nice shampoo, conditioner, body gel, lotion, etc. The towels are nice and fluffy, and they provide robes and you get little chocolate squares. Everything was super clean, etc, but paying that much for a place I think it's absurd that they also charge for Wi-Fi and parking, and there is no free breakfast option. I know this is standard with fancy hotels but I don't understand it. That being said, the wedding I attended in one of their salons was gorgeous and the staff were very nice and accommodating. There was chocolate covered strawberries and champagne in the room (but I'm not sure if that was given with the wedding block or if the bride and groom had to pay extra for that nicety). I spent some time in the bar downstairs as well: it was quite lovely and had live music. It's connected to a high end shopping mall with plenty of food options there as well. Overall, it was a very nice stay, at a very nice place, but I wouldn't stay there unless I was attending an on-site event as was this case.
Enjoyed the ballroom during my company's holiday party. The food and drink were good. The parking is a bit confusing though.

Nothing special, room service was not adequate, for the price of just the filet mignon it was far from medium rare always came well done. Move the gm from the residence inn merrifield to the Ritz and vice-versa .
Stayed here for a short business trip and had repeated issues from incorrect room keys and wake up call, to faulty equipment in the fitness center. Staff seems inexperienced and no one addressed concerns. Well below the quality expected for Ritz Carlton.

I want to start off by saying that this is one of my favorite hotel stay. We booked a room for our jobs Christmas party. The rooms, the staff, the lobby and check in was all lovely. We had an amazing time and it is close to everything. I only have the hotel stay a 4 because our sheets were dirty and we had to wait close to 2am for clean sheets.
