Great facilities at this Ritz-Carlton with special attention to excellent service. The staff were dedicated to ensuring we had a special visit while guests at this hotel. I was also impressed that this is the first hotel I have seen that has recycle bins in the rooms and paper straws! Kudos! I highly recommend this hotel.

I have never experienced the level if service the Ritz-carlton provides anywhere in the world..Always top notch .everyone is so nice and helpful. We have stayed here numerous times and always met with the best service .
I did not like this place, I stayed there for 4 days for a conference. The coffee makers were so dirty and there were small hairs at the soap dish! It's so cool that it has it's own hallway to one of the malls but they should really focus on having a better housekeeping.
The hotel was fine. Very classy on the inside. I was here for Android Summit 2018 and stayed two nights here in an executive suite, which was a beautiful room with a beautiful view. I do think that the hotel is a little pricey for what it has to offer though.

I stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holiday. This year, I wanted to be pampered on Christmas instead of stressing myself out (cooking, cleaning, hosting) I did not know what to expect. OMG! I did not want to leave. Apparently, other people are thinking the same about Christmas day at the Ritz. I reserved a suite which was out of this world. It was clean, spacious, and fit for a queen and her family. We were able to watch Netflix, HBO, Showtime and much more without a fuss. We had two bathrooms which was convenient. We did the Christmas brunch, on Christmas morning, for $119 per person. The brunch took place on the 5th floor in a ballroom. The spread was every food that I could imagine. Lobster, butternut squash ravioli, shrimp, omelets, glazed ham, and too many dishes to name. I am a picky plant based eater but on Christmas I had the turkey and stuffing with the cranberry sauce and it was AMAZING. Champagne was also included. I will be doing this next year. Even my teenage daughter was blown away and she is picky. Santa came around and talked with everyone. We took professional photos outside of the ballroom. Okay, it was unreal how nice it was. That night, we ordered room service for dinner. I did not have to cook or clean and the food was delicious. Christmas Eve was also amazing. All I did was focus on spending time with my family. Everyone was so nice, especially the people at the front desk and the people who delivered the room service. They joked about me winning Monopoly. (We played all night on Christmas Eve) I was able to rest from my food coma (after brunch) The hotel is attached to the mall. So, we went shopping the day after Christmas. Even though I spent too much money (ON MYSELF) I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. My daughter that we have to do this every year and I completely agree. Thanks Ritz for this AMAZING and MEMORABLE Christmas 2019.
The room and overall experience was pretty mediocre for such an expensive hotel. I also expected a much nicer room and higher level of service from a hotel with a reputation like Ritz-Carlton.
The mall is very sophisticated, with some international brands and the best Lebanese restaurant.
Hotel spa and Pool is fantastic. Club Lounge is small but functional. The Entyse Lounge is amazing!
Always love staying at the Ritz! Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, and very close to the metro! Connects to the mall as well, you don't even have to go outside to get there! Fantastic feature if you're looking for something to do or somewhere else to eat.

Ritz is always great. One of the really nice things to do here is sit by the fire just inside the main entrance sipping hot tea or otherwise. The dark wood and the warmth of the fire just add to the experience. But everything about this Ritz is fantastic.
I was here for a bridal shower. The food and drinks were wonderful and the service was out of this world. I would love to attend any future events hosted at the Ritz Carlton. It was a great experience.
The accommodations are excellent and their conference space and staff are great.
The staff here is very helpful and kind. The rooms have been updated in the last year to be more contemporary, but it's still very much the 'classic' Ritz Carlton style. Attached to the mall, makes it a perfect conference location. There is a complimentary Nespresso machine in the room for your morning coffee! The restaurant is very pricey and only so-so, but walk the 10 yards into the mall and there are tons of restaurants available. The gym is very nice and fully equipped with everything you cluld need - including complimentary headphones!
PROS AND CONS OF THIS PROPERTY:
PROS: Good front desk team and room was great
CONS: Certainly bad customer service at the restaurant, especially when we were seated. The guy who seated us (his name i think was :emit?! i guess) was very unpleasant and we were not sure why. We made a reservation and when we came, he looked unhappy to see us and we don't know if it was because we are a large group or anything else. In addition, we noticed that he kept mixing customers names and even server seemed very frustrated from that.
Overall his professionalism was not as much as we anticipated, especially for Ritz Carlton's standard. But again, the front desk staff was efficient and helpful for our stay.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Amenities were great and there were two malls and various restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I could get the conference rate, which was a third of the normal rate.

The service was top-notch, especially Kayla at the front desk and Shima in the club room. I just stayed in one of the renovated rooms that came with club access. Not only was it very elegantly designed, the furniture was also exquisitely comfortable. They did a great job adding outlets to the nightstands and desk. The LCD TV is large for a hotel and obviously brand new. There are Nespresso machines in the rooms, with plenty of complimentary pods. It's just really high quality, even compared to other Ritz Carlton locations. Also, good on the Ritz for offering military rates pretty close to the government nightly lodging allowance. I have slept in some pretty filthy, austere, horrible places in the Army, and it is so nice to be able to enjoy a little luxury every once in a while. I promise not to break all your nice things!

As a vendor I used to hate the Ritz security. They have improved a lot since I was last there. You don't have to surrender your driver's license anymore which makes the job easier. The staff is extremely helpful. It's a great place to work and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have an event.
Its very good hotel great service but has one big problem , the floors smells like you are in an animals farm

Pin is in wrong location - from the location on Google Maps it's hard to find an entrance. (The secret entrance is through the garage onto the fifth floor.) Website has out of date pet policy. Arrived only to find out that the website is wrong and was turned away.
Meeting at Ritz-Carlton - always a first class experience; good food, good atmosphere
Comfy beds. Elegant decor. Friendly staff. There is no free breakfast but the onsite restaurant is reasonable. Great amenities with a day spa, exercise room, free wifi and complimentary waters every night.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely neat and clean and while we were out for the evening someone came and freshened our room. There is a convenient shuttle that takes you anywhere within a 2 mile radius, making it very easy to get to local restaurants and theaters.
It's in a great location. Within walking distance to Tysons Corner mall and Tysons galleria.
One of my favorite places to hide. Take advantage of the knowledge of the staff and go shopping! When you come back to the room you will enjoy a relaxing night of sleep and a great breakfast ..get room service in the morning. It s totally worth it!

This my favorite Hotel. I stay here often, and I love the two restaurants in the lobby. There is also an indoor pool and a spa for luxury treatment. The hotel also has small conference rooms, which I like to use for business.

Hotel was nice and staff was very accommodating. We were there as part of the bridal party and getting ready for the wedding. The valet was a bit off. The groom's party was there to pick up the bride and was asked to pay the daily valet fee. We at least told them to have the cars ready to by a specific time so the bride could hop in the car to go to the ceremony. The cars were not ready and we had to wait at the front for 5 or so minutes. I was very disappointed in teh coordination of that.

It was very bad experience as facing many challenges and issues. I will not stay again and they made me to start thinking on my loyalty to brand after 8 years time. I wish they will do better with upcoming days.
What a fabulous hotel , amenities and connection to a very high end mall
I didn't stay there, my brother did. While there was a problem with their first room, they quickly accommodated them by moving rooms and gave them a 50 dollar complimentary food and beverage credit.
Hotel is very nice. I think the toilet might have a bidet. Staff is very friendly. I love the shower. Parking can be a tiny bit of a pain. I love that it's connected to the mall. Very convenient.
Superb service, outstanding amenities, and perfect location. Very highly recommend the American Girl package. My daughters and I have absolutely loved staying here for our mother-daughter weekends. The girls especially enjoy all of the American Girl services. We plan to come back at least once a year.
Came here for a large gala. They don't call it the Ritz-Carlton for nothin'. Great staff, delicious food, and a beautiful hotel.
Very good service from the staff. Friendly and professional. They are very good to kids with special treats for them at check in. Parking is confusing at first but a lot cheaper than valet. Uber drivers often struggle to find the main entrance and you will need to guide them. The hotel connects to a very nice mall with family oriented dining options.. think Cheesecake Factory. Free shuttle service which you can call to have them pick you up at your location and take you to the hotel as well as take you from the hotel and drop you off somewhere nearby. Nice building and looks great inside.

Here for an event, have been here more than a few times, always good service, even if it is a large event - 700+ people and food is still hot, staff is friendly and efficient in their service.
Excellent service and elegant rooms. One thing I also love about this hotel is how quiet the rooms always are. Bathroom is spacious. Hotel staff at the front desk are always polite and personally remember guests. The house keeping staff go above and beyond to not only clean but to also tidy up possessions. Rooms do not have fridges but housekeeping staff are more than willing to bring one to rooms at guest request.
Parking is less than ideal for several reasons.
Parking:
1. Garages don't reach the floor the hotel is on, requiring one to take the stairs or elevator to get to the hotel
2. The Tysons 2 garage, for some reason, had made the top floor a parking lot for a Jeep dealership. This means parking is in short supply on the floor nearest the hotel entrance.
3. The garage system is not interested with the hotel keycard system. This creates a situation where if you leave multiple times per day you can actually be charge more than the $12 daily rate, requiring you to get your parking validated at the hotel front desk to avoid this. Definitely less than ideal.
When I visit Washington DC, I stay at this hotel or the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City. Of the two, I prefer this hotel only because they have a choice of self parking and are located in a mall with great restaurant choices and nice clothing stores. Both hotels have been recently renovated and the suites are nice.
Attended a wedding. Decorations were very well done and food service was great.
Neither of our rooms had a fridge other than the honor bar.

I have to say A1 with the Hawaiian Steak, Great customer service through the entire duration of my visit class act complimentary deliveries to the room and staff around everytime you exit your room. Great focus on entertaining quest and fulfilling all request.
