The Ritz is an amazing experience. The staff are prompt and courteous, the rooms were luxurious and clean, and the amenities were awesome. I highly recommend spending the night if you're in town!

I came in for a 3-day convention (but didn't stay overnights). During my time, the hotel staff ways always very friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to make sure my, and my fellow vendors at this con, we're conformable and our items safe. Additionally, the event rooms were well maintained and the bathrooms well cleaned and stocked.

The rooms have been updated since my last visit about 3 years ago, and I like the updates. I'm not a fan of the scent they've chosen for the guest floors (most clearly inhaled when exiting the guest floor elevators). It smells cheap - It should be a refined aroma. Overall my experience was good.

I love the Ritz. Our company put us up in the Ritz after our holiday party last. It's such a nice elegant hotel with nice rooms. I enjoyed my stay. I had breakfast at the Bistro this morning. The food was great. I had a Belgium waffle with fruit, crispy bacon, eggs fried hard, potatoes, asparagus was on the plate also. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. Very delicious! Of course I could not eat all that, so I had to take a to-go container. I enjoyed everything. The service was great also.

I am giving Ritz Carlton 2 stars bc it was my first time staying there and it was my wedding night but unfortunately we had a bad experience with the bathtub drains. I took a shower and the water was not draining properly. Untill I finished my shower the dirty water was 1 foot high and I had to wash my legs again outside at the sink. I tried to figgle with it but it still did not work. That was very disappointing especially at your wedding night.

They do a lot of things great, just 2 little things that annoy me when I stay here, they don't refill the honor bar everyday and the first night they give you a menu to hang on your door at night to order breakfast, but they don't give you another one the next day so you can do it again. I would have done it every night if they had just left one in the room daily

I spent over 30 nights here this year and always felt right at home I loved the club lounge and all of the staff in it who always made sure we had everything we needed! The Ritz Carlton is the best hotel I ever stayed in!

Pros: Shower is good. Amenities are nice. Kids gets free treats. Conected to the mall. Chain restaurants at the ready. Cons: It's a maze to get to the hotel from self parking. It says to pay at a pay station that doesn't exist.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton for my birthday weekend and I can't sing their praises enough! From the moment we pulled up to valet the staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

Upon arrival at the front desk I was completely surprised by BRITTANI L. and her staff gestures to keep me happy and smiling all weekend. Upgraded room, wine and chocolate covered strawberries...oh the touch of classic was amazing! The suite was gorgeous and the view....absolutely beautiful

Our turndown service was impeccable. Room service was delicious and extremely quick. The overall service was so nice and with the mall being attached shopping was lovely and easygoing.

The hotel is like a maze! It's frustrating because you can easily get lost between the main entrance and where the receptionist is. Parking is the worse. You must remember in which wing you parked your car, otherwise good luck finding your car. Apparently, there are several wings interconnected, and all look the same. So, remembering your floor and parking spot number is not enough to find your car!! Very poor signage and No attendees to assist you either. Having breakfast was another nightmare. It took them about 25 min. to serve us a cup of coffee and another75 min. to serve our food. The food was ok!! My room was nice and clean.
The fees are premium, which I expected it, but I also, expected a premium service as well which I did not get. I am very disappointed.

Great place for events! I have not used a guest room at this location, but we frequent the ballrooms and other event spaces and they are great for private or work functions. The staff are above accommodating all of our odd requests for parties, and work tirelessly to make sure it's successful.

The connected bars in the main lobby of the hotel are great for meeting people, and the hotel itself is conveniently attached to the mall for shopping excursions. Parking is ample and never a problem.

Went to a conference here that was great with great food BUT you can get lost very easily when you go in from the mall side. It is a bit of a maze but just keep going. You eventually come to the lobby. They do have parking for the hotel BUT PARK IN THE GALLERIA MALL PARKING FOR FREE AND CUT ACROSS ON THE SECOND FLOOR.

I have spent a lot of nights at this Ritz location. The bar waitstaff is very professional and excellent servers. The food is excellent as well. Connected to a upscale mall, which can be nice for shoppers.

I recently had my wedding in the Old Dominion Room. My wedding coordinator, Pat Wilson, was able to make all my wedding dreams come true. The food, cake, and dinner service were remarkable (pricing for food was decent as well). The staff at the Ritz was very welcoming to my family, and catered to our every need. I have no complaints. Future brides.. I highly recommend Pat Wilson and the Ritz Carlton Tyson's Corner for your wedding reception!

After hearing Valerie Borland Coorporate Director Culture Transformation for Ritz about amazing customer experience value that they provide we decided to give our KELLER Williams agents from McLean/Great Falls the same one of a kind experience with our Beverly Hills instructor Tony Giordano at Ritz in Tysons. The Ritz employees that helped us from Tech Director to their food and beverage Director were nothing short of miracle workers . Our projector failed and of course one day when you need tech to work , nothing was working . They provided help and their equipment and were so kind and professional. If you need top of the line venue with a great experience, bring your seminars here . You won t be disappointed! Amina Basic, CEO

The rooms were finally renovated, and most of the staff were pleasant, but they seemed to have a stoic demeanor and they never smiled upon our arrival or during our stay. The lobby and decor seem outdated and in need of a renovation. All of the hallways and elevators had a musky artificial vanilla odor to them (probably to mask the antique odors inherent with some older hotels), but it made us nauseous and my wife felt like throwing up when she smelled food along with the artificial vanilla fragrance that they sprayed everywhere. We requested a high floor and an upgrade before our arrival (since I'm an Ambassodor-Level member), but they only gave us a basic room on the 10th-Floor (out of 24 Floors), even though they only had a 72% occupancy that night.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.

You have to pay to park.

The room is nice but not what you would expect. While in bed you can hear people talking in the hallways like they are in your room.

The internet doesn t work.

We called ahead to see if the pool is open before booking here. We get here and they say that it s booked but we can come back in 6am and they won t take reservations before.

We came for a getaway and I regret that we did.

This hotel chain was on my bucket list. I spent my 55th birthday here and have done so since. The welcome by my name as I cross the lobby to the room, spa and every staff member from CHO to maintenance have treated me like a queen. The best of all the Ritz locations I have visited up to this point. I must have a "Ritz Fix" just for fun on a regular basis.

We had a great "staycation" at the Ritz this winter. Despite a snow and ice storm that came through, we weren't at a loss for things to do since the hotel is attached to the Galleria and convenient (walking distance) of many great restaurants.

We loved the extensive wine by the glass list at Entyse, and enjoyed listening to the pianist sipping wine while watching the snow fall.

The staff went over and above during our stay, sending up complimentary champagne when they learned it was my husband's birthday. I accidentally left my wallet in the room safe and the staff was able to retrieve it for me (despite another guest occupying the room) and Fed Ex'ed it to me the next day at no cost. Really exceptional service.
