The hotel and restaurant staff were top notch. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. After a good night's sleep breakfast was served to order in the bistro. The only thing that you'd need to watch out for is the charges in the room for both for the minibar and the drinks and candy up top.

There are pressure sensors under each that charge to your room bill if you even pickup the item. There are cables coming from under in the photos. The warning label is only visible when you open a cabinet and try to access the minibar but it applies to the items in plain view, even though they have no warning label up there.

Coffee and water on the left are free, but the candies, chips and drinks on the right are not (Fiji water removed).

Enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Our first visit to the Ritz. From check in to check out they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Staff demonstrated professionalism from top to bottom. Shuttle service to and from our dinner spot was on point. Made our 5th anniversary memorable through and through. We would definitely recommend!!!!

First hotel I've stayed in where I really felt pampered. Lots of staff willing to help you out, rooms were luxurious with the decor, large, and had a bed with a down topper. Turn down service was something I was not used to but appreciate. Made staying at the hotel for a wedding very easy. Restaurants in the Ritz we're decent and there are several good ones within walking distance. No free internet unless you are a Marriott member. Room was able to get very dark and quiet. I can't stress the willingness of the staff to help enough! Free snacks in the lobby. Cons: expensive but it was worth it for the personal service and lifts can be a little slow on a busy weekend. I will now look for more opportunities to be stay at another Ritz.

It's certainly above average in terms of decor and the staff was friendly, but several things weren't ideal. The layout is strange in that the check in desk is hard to find and if you're coming in at night with your family, you'll have to deal with a bunch of drunks at the bar near check in. The room was above average but not first class and we ordered a crib ahead of arrival and it wasn't there. We asked it if was in the room when we checked in and they said it was, then we had to call three times and wait nearly an hour to get it delivered. There is only a minimal coffee bar included for breakfast and upcharges for everything, which is a sad trend in higher end hotels that I hope sees a reversal. If you're going to charge premium prices, don't nickel and dime over decent WiFi.

Upscale property in great location for the old and new parts [Boro] of Tysons Corner. Classy and elegant as you'd expect. Superior service. Not pretentious. Very comfortable. They even ran a custom shuttle for me since I missed the normal route by 5 mins. Rooms are generous and have Nespresso machines. Everything was perfect. Convenient to the Galleria which has excellent restaurant choices. The property is a little bit dated in the rooms, but still very modern in amenities. Lounge prices etc are really steep, but it's a Ritz. Enjoy the luxury.

Very pleasant hotel with the nice bar for gathering after busyday. Fireplace, good service and drinks making the atmosphere relax and enjoyable.
Rooms are OK, but the position is the good part too. It is connected with Tysons Galleria Mall, great place for shoping, but expensive one.

Attended an office Christmas party here and stayed the night. I was fairly impressed with pretty much every part of the experience. The food at the event was satisfying, and the room was comfortable with nice amenities. The staff were quite helpful and gave me and my date a complimentary glass of champagne on the way up to our room. The decor for Christmas was a perfect blend of classy and festive.

The hotel seems clean and the staff is nice, but it feels old and a little stuffy. I guess that's what you'd expect from a fancy name like the Ritz, but I'd prefer something a bit more modern.

Stayed there this weekend. In case you did not know, there weekend rates are very affordable so even if you are a local it's a great escape to a venue that truly offers a world-class customer experience. My date and I used this as a launching pad for a romantic weekend. From a glass of champagne at the bar downstairs to grabbing a quick Uber to our dinner destination. It's centrally located and even just sitting in the lobby sipping a cocktail is an experience.

I spend quite a few nights a year at this Ritz for business. First-class everything, but especially the staff. A special shout-out goes to Z in the lobby bar for his excellent service and always enjoyable conversation.

Very Bad Customer Services I got Assaulted by someone in Ritz Carlton Tyson and Loss prevention was no where to be found and when I called to confront him about the incident by phone he was not friendly at all very Disponted.
I came to the hotel because of Security and have security camera. Never again to this hotel.

food and service was great, but the parking validation system is terrible and does not work. The system relies on an electronic validation performed inside the hotel, but if it does not work, then your only choice is to pay the bill because by that time you are in your car and leaving the lot. It did not work for me and I paid the price, as did a number of other people in front of me. They really need to get this working.

Nice hotel but over priced. Got to try club but not overly impressed especially at price. Add kids on and its definely not worth it at 50 per kid. I would have been happier at homewood suites and paid half the price.

Very pleasant and courteous staff, minus a slightly unwelcoming male lounge concierge staff. The lady concierges the other days in the lounge were very accommodating. Spacious rooms, and nice views in highest floors. Bidet attachment to toilets is nice. Note: spa does not accommodate walk in or same day appointments unless there is a cancellation. Reserve a week in advance. Lounge hors d'oeuvres are nice finger foods. Breakfast is pretty nice, can make your own sandwiches and lox bagel sandwiches. Desserts are small, so it's good for sampling different things. Fitness room has disposable earbuds and complementary water. Appears clean. An overall satisfactory stay.

B+

Great hotel in an ideal location in the city, with spacious rooms and modern amenities, including a restaurant, coffee bar, and gym. A mall is connected to the back of the hotel as well.

This is my final night of a 5 night stay. I was completely ready to leave a 5 star review. Except tonight security came to my room saying they got a noise complaint - my wife and I were watching a movie and talking and laughing.
About 20-30 minutes before hotel security showed up, someone banged on our door very loudly (enough to wake our sleeping baby, in the separate bedroom area of our suite). By the time I got to the door (10 - 15 seconds), there was no one there.
So then security show up for the noise complaint. I tell the gentleman that we re just watching a movie, and very recently someone banged extremely loud on our door, and ran away... and we just ignored it, we didn t bother to file a noise complaint. Although, since he was here at our room, I said that I would appreciate him looking at the hallway security camera footage to see who thought it was okay to bang on our door and run off. He completely dismissed this, so I brought it up again... reminding him that someone BANGED on our door and ran away. Once again, he completely dismissed this.
I just don t see how someone can file a noise complaint on us, when we were just watching a movie. And then when security come up to our room, I let them know that someone was banging on our door at 11:45 PM, and ran away And they just completely dismiss that event.
I was under the impression that this was a luxury hotel, and that people would be treated fairly.
But in reality, people don t get treated fairly, because a phone call can comein for a bogus noise complaint But when there is an issue that clearly would ve been caught on camera They decide to do nothing about it.
I guess the person in the room that decided it was OK to act childish, bang on my door and run away, instead of asking us politely to be quiet is just more important than me in the eyes of the Ritz Carlton, Tysons Corner.

We loved our quick weekend getaway to the Ritz. The rooms are beautiful and immaculately clean. The turn down service was great. Parking was easy and inexpensive at $12. The bed was comfy. Loved that it was connected to a nice mall with several restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The Ritz-Carlton is a beautiful hotel, during my stay in August 2016 they were renovating certain floors and areas but the noise was actually to a minimum. There was however 1 whole day from 10-4pm that certain rooms were without water but we were notified before hand and they gave us the option to use the spa for showers ect. We had an executive suite and my only complaint and reasoning for 4 stars is that there were not many outlets. Usually both night stands have outlets, only one had a little charging station. There was only one outlet in the entire bathroom. All other outlets seemed to be covered my a piece of furniture or they were used by there lamps. Besides that it was a wonderful hotel with excellent service from all areas. I will return in the future.

Great hotel. The size of the room is good, not too big. The bed is unbelievably comfy. The lobby area is a bit confusing at first, and I don't love where they elected to put the fitness center.

Not the first time we ve stayed here. Their service is top notch. My husband and I left several pieces of clothing hanging in the closet, and Giovanni from lost and found went right up to the room after we called and spoke with him. He FedEx ed our items the same day, and took care of shipping charges. Above and beyond. Can t wait to stay again

We have been a guest at the Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner many times is the last 8 years. We have celebrated birthdays and anniversaries at this hotel. I have always found the Ritz Carlton to be a 5 star hotel. From the minute we arrive until the car door closes on our exit, we have always felt like Royalty. Service is great, rooms are clean and the weekend get-a-way packages are well worth the money. You are "Putting on the Ritz" when you are staying here.

I stayed in it in the month of 4-2015 for 10 days, it was very wonderful and the services provided are elegant, but the prices are high, so I prefer it for business trips paid by partners.
