These guys are very honest. Very good company to deal with. They are on time. Whatever they quote you, that's what you're billed for, no matter how extensive the job is after they start it's what it is. Always do a thorough job. Always check back, to see if all is going well.

Do NOT book with this company. It is simply a scam. They took $253 from me for 2 nites at a hotel. It seemed fishy so I called the hotel and find out that didn t even cover half my stay and they don t even have rooms like the size described in my booking. This was only 20 mins after booking with this company. I immediately called them and explained that I wanted a refund since it did not provide me with a room and I do not have a place to stay. And all they do is tell you repeatedly that they do not provide refunds under any circumstances. They do not listen or respond to what you re actually saying. (It s quite the scam process they have going on). So, I m out the $253 and have no hotel room. They just took the money. I m planning to report as fraud to my credit card company but have to wait until the transaction completes posting.
They charge you a $15 to make a reservation that you can do on other websites for free or even call the hotel directly. No U.S. staff to speak to when you try to contact them about a problem.
Avoid.

Please be very cautious using this site. Due to a system glitch on their site, the date was changed from original date put in. Although it showed the correct date on the final check out step, when the confirmation arrived the incorrect date was listed. Within 1 minute of receiving the email confirmation, I called the customer service to the report problem. They gave me the runaround, telling me within a few days I would hear from them about a refund. I was informed they needed to look into the problem. In the end although they said it was a system glitch there was no refund and I lost the cost of the room booked. Although I called to speak to a representative, to follow up, I was informed that they would not refund any of the money and that was that. This site often pops up on the hotel website, you may think that it is the hotel reservation system you are booking with but please call hotel directly. This is not a site or company you want to deal with.

Be very careful they will make you think you are on the hotels website and booking directly with the hotel you think you are going to stay with. They are very fake and charge you 100's of dollars more than the hotels cost would be, then try to get them to help you Haaaa. Very scary that people can con you like this. And they got one star so I could post this warning to everyone!

The company is not military friendly! I asked them for an itemized receipt for my hotel stay so I could be reimbursed from the military. They said they do not provide itemized receipts. So I will not be reimbursed for my stay eventhough I was on official military duty. I will never use them again!
l came across this website on my mobile phone, while i was driving and wanted the room on I-75. called the reservation desk and i was able to get the room same day, great easy service, agent was nice enough to take time to find the room on the exit i wanted. i recommend this site.
I accidentally got directed to this website instead of the hotel's home page. I booked a room without realizing I was using a 3rd party. I called IMMEDIATELY after confirming when I saw the 15.00 service fee, which is outrageous, and they would not offer to refund any of my money due to the no-cancellation terms. I understand I should have been more aware, but reputable businesses don't hesitate to help correct customer mistakes, especially when there's no real loss on their part. I'm stuck with the reservation with the 20% premium added on, but will NEVER use them again. *** Changed to 3 stars. Company responded quickly to my complaint and made a fair concession. Thank you.

Worst company ever to book through. The site says all in CAD and they charged us in USD and then would not refund us once we made the reservation so we paid $200.00 for $100 room. They also add service fees as well, so do yourself a fovor and just call the hotel directly so you don't get ripped off. TRUST ME! Even the hotels themselves will tell you! DON'T USE A BOOKING SITE! and if you have to use one keep this one as far away as possible. Unless you don't like your money, then spend away.

I'd give them 0 if I could, hiding in Hotel reservations. I went to the Hotel site and ended up booking through these scam artists. I told them, I only book through hotels directly. They said, sorry $75 to cancel. It had only been 1/2 an hour. Once I realized what had happened. BEWARE!

What a scam this company is. They posted a rate. Do not disclose that is non-refundable. Then in the email confirmation in big letters says non-refundable. I called immediately to cancel. I took screenshots of every step. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company advertises "Free Cancellation" but charges a service fee when cancelling so it is clearly NOT "free." I had to wait two hours to speak to management and was told they would not refund it despite the false advertising. I spoke with Mark, who said that he had no supervisor I could speak to. These business practices are unethical and should be investigated.

Awful experience. The prices were not the cheapest and when booking over the phone the service is not very good. Not only that but they never sent me an email to confirm my trip! I was put on hold for over 20 minutes when trying to call back to get help to get a receipt! I would avoid using this service as there are much better options out there with far better service and prices.
Additionally, every review on Google Maps with 5 stars appears to be fake as most accounts have only a few reviews. Not local guides.
This group should be avoided at all costs! They create websites that appear to be the hotel's own site. Thereafter they charge reservation fees without notice. They fail to e-mail hotel invoices and cannot provide back-up for the fees. If you review them online, you will see this is common practice for this group. It appears many have reports this group to the attorney generals office.
Terrible company. Rude and probably a scam. They take your money and book through expedia. If you have a problem you have to wait for 30 minutes and give your info to three different people who insist on bringing in a third party to record your personal and credit card info. Expedia does not condone their activities. Shame on google for allowing this site to come up. Oh when I told the supervisor (manager was unavailable) that he didnt need more than my name, address, and last four of my credit card, he refused to take my reservation number to look it up unless he was allowed to record my full CC number with expiration date and CCV. When I refused he hung up on me. Deserves 0 stars
Dishonest, unethical and blatant disregard for consumers. If you see this name anywhere when booking travel, run! There are plenty other companies with better ratings and customer service. I tried to come to an amicable resolution regarding their deceitful business practices, and was hung up on. Do not do business with these people! I told them I would report them as fraud, the manager stated "we respect your decision." Unbelievable!

This is by far the best restaurant I have been to in a couple of years. My friends brought me here for my birthday the other day and it made me so happy. The restaurant is pretty cramped; probably holds only 40 or 50 people and everyone is squished together. This also makes it hard to hear each other but somehow doesn't stop it from being cosy and romantic.

A non refundable 19.99 fee was added to my bill as I was checking out. I was only informed of the fee AFTER the reservation was made. I called immediately to cancel the reservation and was told that the $19.99 fee was non refundable, no matter what. They charged my card immediately and then said the partial refund would go back to my card in 7-14 days. WHAT??? THis is a terrible business of thieves and should be shut down.

Intentional customer deception. Site made to fool customer into thinking that they are on the specific hotel site and then hide the cancellation policy under a Pop-up. Customer thinks that they are making a simple reservation to find out that it is NonRefundable only after transaction is complete. Service people unbelievably rude. Will not help, even though called immediately. This is fraud ethically. Stay away.

This is what happened to me. I used this website to book a hotel stay, not because of the price but because they showed availability while others didn't. The hotel had several limitations and restrictions that were not informed at the moment of the booking, neither at its own website. At some point I decided to leave the hotel before the end of my stay. The hotel apologized, recognized the problem and did not charge for the unused nights. They didn't charge Reservations.com, but the website has refused to return my money. This is crazy, they were paid for their service despite of anything, paid the hotel less and charged me for the full cost.
Not to mention the whole back and forth involving themselves, the hotel and I. Completely careless and unprofessional. Don't use.

This company has the worst customer service, and the most fine print, ridiculous no-refund/cancellation policy. Asked to change a hotel reservation to one night later less than 12 hours after booking and they would do nothing! Kept stating their "policy", we are not asking for any refund only to change a booking that is a month away by 1 day! Poorest customer service and attitude. Their mission statement on Instagram is to provide a human touch to online travel booking...what a joke
This company is very deceiving, I tried to book a hotel and I could not get it to accept my dates for reservation, it kept taking me back to the month prior, thought I had it set and hit reserve, got an instant email, noticed the date was wrong, called immediately and they will not change the date.
Said they will charge me anyway. This is really horrid, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they would not let me. Now I have to spend time calling corporate, not sure I will get resolution.
I will never use Reservations.com again. All the other sites I have used in all my travels have been decent to work with. This company is HORRID!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I booked a night in Albequerque. I immediately received an email confirmation and saw that the price I was charged was almost $100 more than quoted. I called to cancel the order and was told by customer service and Manager Frank from the Philippines that they would submit it to the hotel for processing in 5-7 days. Today, they denied any refund and I am stuck with a $270 charge for a room I cancelled immediately after booking. The reps lied to me repeatedly. THIS IS A SCAM.
Made a mistake and assumed I was calling the hotel and making reservations through them. The web site makes it appear as if your using the hotel site. My reservation was made, but they added a 15 dollar service fee and the reservation is non refundable. I called back and verified that their deal was inferior to the hotels. They did not deny that it was not as good. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do, as it is non refundable. This site is a SCAM. I will never use it again and advise everyone to avoid it as well.

Total rip off. Beware if you make any reservations with these thieves that you can not cancel even though the hotel allows cancellation reservations.com will keep your money. They promised us a total refund and now 2 months later and nothing. Stealing money from people during Covid is low.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My room was $109, but my total was $157. So, that s. $46 in fees and taxes to stay at a Hampton Inn, which includes a 19.99 fee that goes straight to reservations.com. Unfortunately, I was slipping and they got me and they would not let me cancel with refund even though I called right back and the salesperson never stated that the room was not refundable. They presented their website as if I were calling Hampton Inn directly. The customer service representatives were rude and a little proud of their ability to be shady. Don t get bamboozled like I did. It s a really shady way to do business.

Beware of BOGUS "Service" Fees! First: This company's link comes up when searching for hotels. They make it appear you are booking directly through the hotel website. Second: I needed to make a change in the pay method used to make the reservation. Their "system" will not allow you to simply make a change. You are required to cancel the reservation and re-book. In cancelling, they charge a "service" fee. Do yourself a favor and book directly through the hotel... BY PHONE. STAY AWAY from this website!
