AVOID!

This is what happened to me. I used this website to book a hotel stay, not because of the price but because they showed availability while others didn't. The hotel had several limitations and restrictions that were not informed at the moment of the booking, neither at its own website. At some point I decided to leave the hotel before the end of my stay. The hotel apologized, recognized the problem and did not charge for the unused nights. They didn't charge Reservations.com, but the website has refused to return my money. This is crazy, they were paid for their service despite of anything, paid the hotel less and charged me for the full cost.
Not to mention the whole back and forth involving themselves, the hotel and I. Completely careless and unprofessional. Don't use.
