If I could give zero stars, I would. My room was $109, but my total was $157. So, that s. $46 in fees and taxes to stay at a Hampton Inn, which includes a 19.99 fee that goes straight to reservations.com. Unfortunately, I was slipping and they got me and they would not let me cancel with refund even though I called right back and the salesperson never stated that the room was not refundable. They presented their website as if I were calling Hampton Inn directly. The customer service representatives were rude and a little proud of their ability to be shady. Don t get bamboozled like I did. It s a really shady way to do business.
