I accidentally got directed to this website instead of the hotel's home page. I booked a room without realizing I was using a 3rd party. I called IMMEDIATELY after confirming when I saw the 15.00 service fee, which is outrageous, and they would not offer to refund any of my money due to the no-cancellation terms. I understand I should have been more aware, but reputable businesses don't hesitate to help correct customer mistakes, especially when there's no real loss on their part. I'm stuck with the reservation with the 20% premium added on, but will NEVER use them again. *** Changed to 3 stars. Company responded quickly to my complaint and made a fair concession. Thank you.
