A non refundable 19.99 fee was added to my bill as I was checking out. I was only informed of the fee AFTER the reservation was made. I called immediately to cancel the reservation and was told that the $19.99 fee was non refundable, no matter what. They charged my card immediately and then said the partial refund would go back to my card in 7-14 days. WHAT??? THis is a terrible business of thieves and should be shut down.
