This company has the worst customer service, and the most fine print, ridiculous no-refund/cancellation policy. Asked to change a hotel reservation to one night later less than 12 hours after booking and they would do nothing! Kept stating their "policy", we are not asking for any refund only to change a booking that is a month away by 1 day! Poorest customer service and attitude. Their mission statement on Instagram is to provide a human touch to online travel booking...what a joke
