I looooooooooooove sambinos . Pizza always on point and I love the Oreo cheese cake & chicken Alfredo .

Anytime a place throws garlic butter sauce and grated Parmesan on their pizza as standard, they're hiding behind mediocrity, and this place is no exception. The pizza came loaded with the toppings I order, which was generous but not preferred. Ultimately enjoyable, but lacking effort in distinction.

The staff are AWESOME!!! The food is always hot, fresh, and yummy

Absolutely delicious pizza. It tastes like Papa John's on steroids. Very similar yet much more robust and unique. Haven't been there in awhile but will be back soon.

The best pizza in Elyria! Just moved back to the area and am glad some things don't change! Excellent prices, excellent service, and delicious food! Do yourself a favor and go there!!!

The pizza tastes like cardboard sometimes. But it's really good fresh but if you wait 45 minutes it's gross.

Staying in Elyria from out of state tonight and order Sambino's to our hotel. Our order was delivered very quickly and was warm and fresh! Our delivery driver was very friendly! The pizza and cheese bread were one of the best we have had from traveling many states! Awesome food and service!

Food was great I ordered a xlarge meats pizza and this is probably the best pizza I've had in a long time. Toppings were very generous, the crust is very good has a nice "airy" feeling and sweet aftertaste. The sauce is very good and not overbearing . Everything tasted fresh and I am very satisfied. My new go to pizza place

I ust to love ordering from this pizza place when we would viste my moms. But tonight they messed our order up twice and then we waited. The manger offers to credit me for just a saled. Never again.

Great pizza and wings it's a good place to go for food to host a party everything was great and on time

I had a coupon for 20 wings for 12.95 the lady on the phone said it rang up as 12.00 I see the receipt it says I was charged 14.00 for it. The lady on the phone said it came with ranch when I got it delivered I had no ranch at all. We got boneless chicken wings and the looked like chicken nuggets. Super small and defiantly not worth 14.00. We had our order delivered online it says delivery fee 2.00, I was charged 2.95 for the delivery fee. The pizza tasted alright but I have had better. This was my first time ordering from there and will probably be my last not worth the price.

The staff are soooo nice! Just moved here. gave me 6 dollars off my order and free cheesecake On them!

Tonight was my first time trying Sabino's. From the friendliest delivery guy ever, to the heavenly chicken Alfredo, this is the best family pizza joint I've had in a while. Must try!!!

Today at 9pm I placed an Order I was told my order would be there in about 30-45 minutes. An hour later my food Never arrives I call and ask when would the food come ..? someone very rude and snippy gets on the phone with nothing but attitude acting as if they didn t even know I ordered once confirmed they kept saying it should be there shortly talking over my questions very unprofessional and rude for absolutely no reason .I hung up and another hour passes ...... STILLLL NOTHING . I call they say they came but they never did this pizza place is a joke foreal my front door was wide open me sitting in my living room then the nerve to say you called me but it was another lie it was just a nightmare then I call again and they say that you won t bring me the food . Horrible service . IF YOU WANT real service with people who are respectful on the phone and will deliver Go to Cozzeria amazing service Fast delivery and Always Delicious.

This is the worst pizza joint ever, they have the worst service ever and it took 3 hours for them to deliver 3 pizzas, their pizza is complete garbage too, I know children that could make a better sauce, and on top of that the delivery man was completely stoned and thought he had a killer hulk hogan impersonation.

My bf and i ordered from Sambinos and we were so disappointed. The food wasn't really all what it cracked to be. We're definitely not buying from here again.

Great food and great people, my first choice when I'm in town

Order a thin crust pizza with chicken, banana peppers, tomato. The pizza had more banana pepper than chicken and it cost me 16 dollar. It wasn t even thin crust.. never again.. I ll just stick with Cozzeria pizzeria..

Ordered spaghetti dinner, they gave me good portion and salad was fresh. Spaghetti was very bland and garlic bread seemed small. Probably wont order from here again

Delivery was fast!! Food was hot!! Driver was smiling and friendly!! Food was a little pricey, but worth it. A little to much sauce on the buffalo chicken sub, but all around not bad!!

Drove almost 25 minutes from North Olmsted for a deluxe pizza,very tasty,perfect amount of sauce tons of ingredients.

They make a good pie, but what really stands out is their crust. Best crust/dough in Elyria!!

Ordered a calzone and wings well done... Both were burnt. Called and they wouldnt refund money or replace order. Also when i spoke with manager,asked for his name and said he didnt need to give it. What the hell kind of restaurant is this... Definitely not recommend

We love Sambino's! The potato boat pizza is my favorite pizza, the appetizers and wings are great, and the Gladiator sub is the bomb! Lol The husband and kids love the peanut butter cookies too! Staff is super friendly and always make you feel valued. Highly recommended by us! :)

I was greeted at the door by some man in a Pitbull tshirt and was mildly offended instantly and then tried watching my fights in my house invading my privacy and took hours to get the pizza here

Just called to order a pizza special promoted on their webpage and they would not honor the price! I mentioned the add as specified, but the promotion was not honored. Terrible customer service.

It was terrible. I had a groupon for fifteen dollars and they said I could only order at regular prices no special priced items wrteynot allowed. Will never go again

Moved away for a few years and just got back to Elyria. Glad to see these guys havent changed. Love everything, ribs, pizza, and pastas. Especially chicken alfredo and sapgetti and meat balls! Best delivery in town. Period.

Delivery was fast. Fold over is good a bit greasy but still satisfying. Bread sticks are AMAZING! they are hugs too!! Definitely going to order from here again.

I have ordered from Sambinos a few times n every time it's perfectly chessie n delicious! I order from about every pizza place around n I ALWAYS order EXTRA CHEESE which I don't mind paying extra 4 but the other pizza places never give enuf cheese it's like being charged 4 absolutely nothing with the exception of COZZERIA PIZZERIA there also fantastic! Sambinos gives me exactly wut I pay 4 n there drivers r very friendly!!!!

Recently moved to the area, and have ordered from Sambino's multiple times now. Overall some of the best pizza & wings we've ever had along with consistency in quality, speedy delivery and great customer service. Highly recommend.

My name is Jordan Roig. We called in today and they provided us with a less than stellar experience. It took over twice as long as they had said it would take for the pizza to be delivered and when it finally showed up they got the order wrong. The delivery guy hit on my friends brothers wife and talked like Hulk Hogan. Will not order from again, the big Sambino will not be receiving my dollars. Going to Papa John's.

Probably the best pizza in the city. Small operation so don't expect the store to look like one of the majors, but the food is top notch

Delicious specialty pizzas, always arrive hot and fresh! Delivery drivers are friendly and cheerful. Leftover Sambino's pizza reheats well, too. Yum!

I had my fiance order me a chicken Alfredo with out veggies and they initially made the order wrong and had to remake it. Then upon tasting the Alfredo I wanted to hurl. It tasted like I was consuming spoonfuls of salt. We will never order here again. I could not consume the Alfredo at all and I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their food.

This place rocks. I had the steak and cheese sub and it was hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and the price is great. I would definitely recommend trying for a different pizza experience. Fresh ingredients fresh made pizza and subs.

Pizza took almost two hours to arrive , when it did arrive it was the wrong order , I called and explained the problem they said they will send another pizZa , then an hour later no pizza so I call again they said they forgot to send this one , then they offer to send out another one again , but they want the pizza with the wrong toppings back from 3 hours ago who does that

I just moved to the area a little over a month ago and I have tried about 4 different pizza places around here and I will have to say this is the best one I've had. the sauce and crust had great flavor and the cheese was tasty. I will definitely order from this place again. I also got it delivered in about 20 min so that was fast.

Great food, HORRIBLE customer service... Management was very rude and condescending to me when I ordered delivery, then hung up on me when I was trying to explain the food they forgot! I don't plan on ordering take out from here again!

Usually very good but the potato boat pizza has been very very dry the last three times ordering it.

Possibly the worst food ive ever eaten...i ordered chicken alfredo which came with salad and garlic bread. I had it delivered. The salad was really the only item i found edible the rest went from a bite to my trash can. Also they should include ingredients in their online menu because i hate mushrooms and NEVER had them come in a salad or alfredo before but both was loaded with mushrooms. Will never order from this place again.

I had the Sambino's Jr. and it was well worth the money. Very satisfied with the food and taste, I very rarely give 5 stars..but, they deserve it

I love this place dont get me wrong but the coupons dont work anymore for online ordering. Been trying to order a xlarge steak pizza with the 12.95 coupon like i have in the past. I would change this review instantly if they change it back.
