This company is very deceiving, I tried to book a hotel and I could not get it to accept my dates for reservation, it kept taking me back to the month prior, thought I had it set and hit reserve, got an instant email, noticed the date was wrong, called immediately and they will not change the date.
Said they will charge me anyway. This is really horrid, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they would not let me. Now I have to spend time calling corporate, not sure I will get resolution.
I will never use Reservations.com again. All the other sites I have used in all my travels have been decent to work with. This company is HORRID!!!!!!!!!!!
