Dave Jordan in the pre-owned sales group is top notch! Super easy transaction and more than fair on price. He was willing to go in on his evening off to write up the deal for us. Search him out if you are looking for a CPO GM product.

We have now bought 3 SUV's from Len Stoler and have been very happy with each of our purchases! Sharon Graves has helped us each time and she has been wonderful. We will continue to buy vehicles from Len Stoler in Westminster, MD!
Your service writer was an asset to the company. and shows that the customer comes first and is the reason for the company. If i was rating just him i would rate it an 5! Your parts dept personal are not even remotely attuned to the customer. The parts dept wanted to charge me $589 for a alternator and make me wait 3 days for it to come in from some unknown place. A rebuilt one was $460! and the same wait time. Napa 3 miles away was $209 for me to buy. I would guess the dealer price would have been allot less, so the dealer///parts dept looses all the funds for my purchase...
Parts dept needs to get a clue! about customer service and making money for the dealership!
They did a good job satisfying me on my purses especially the young lady in the service department I don't remember her name unfortunately she sat at the first desk on the left as you walk in she did a great job helping me out I really appreciate that
Len Stoler Lexus is an absolute pleasure to work with, totally focused on my finding the right vehicle. Every team member in the sales experience was friendly and service-oriented. The efficient, personalized service I received for my second Len Stoler vehicle purchase is epitomized by that of Daryl Smith. This would have to be the best Lexus dealer in the Baltimore metro.
Den of theives and liars....bought a used truck that needed sensors, brakes and rotors...they covered the codes. I even bought the extended warranty WHICH COVERS NOTHING after being told it covers everything. Talked to the used car manager who NEVER called me back. So now I have a truck with a check engine light on...I had to replace the rotors and shoes... This place is a joke!!!!
Had a great experience. Aaron Stansbury is a great salesmen, definitely helps the reputation for car salesmen. Very personal and professional. Tara the internet sales was super helpful with every question I had, and was very responsive. Great team work and I will be happy to do business with them in the future.
I have been searching for a new vehicle after having so many issues with my previous. I was recommended Len Stoler by a friend and I couldnt have been more happy with my experience. They didnt have the exact car that I was looking for so they said they would keep an eye out, as they did. They called me the very next day and had the exact car that I was looking for, for a great price and I couldnt pass it up. I highly recommend this dealership, they care for their customers.
I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and had an excellent experience. I bought my car from them about a year and a half ago. They always treat me as if I was their only concern at the time.
David Jordan was our Sales Rep. He did an outstanding job showing us different options and cars. We bought a Suburban and was very happy with our purchase even a year later.
Since our service was so great, we came back and bought an Audi A4 a year later from David. Howard Longaker was also wonderful to work with. They were both kind, professional and pleasant to work with.
We highely recommend using David and Howard when you come and purchase a car from the Len Stoler Chevrolet in Westminster, Maryland.
I went to another local Chevy dealer that I had purchased 2 vehicles from in the past and they could not get me into a truck for the payment I wanted. I spoke with Tom Jones at Len Stoler who assured me they could do it. I stopped in and the staff was very friendly and found me exactly what I wanted for the payment I wanted. I still dont understand why a dealership that I have delt with before could not do it. I am Very Happy with my Len Stoler Experience and will definatly tell all my friends !
I just visited 2 days ago and bought my Chevy Cruze. Ty and the managers were very helpful and welcoming when purchasing my vehicle. They made sure I got the best deal that I could afford! I will definitely buy from this dealership again.
Thank you Mark,Rob and Amanda Cutshaw for the great service and the great vehicle you sold us for my mom it has all the great options and the most great price in the area I drove from Sterling VA to get the best deal in the area, you all are the best.
I took my car in because the heat was not blowing hot. I was told it needed a thermostat, so I had them replace it. After I paid for it I checked it out and the heat still blew cool air. The guy who worked on it had left for the day so I had to leave it overnight. That was a wasted 1 hour roundtrip to come pick it up. Very frustrating.
Sales manager was shifty. Kept telling me what I wanted. Whole sales team was not respectful of my time. Made me wait for 20-30 minutes to get the Traverse I requested even though there was no other customers. THEN he pulls around this tiny green car! When I ask him he got that car for me he told me that os what I requested. When I said No I want to see the Traverse, he groaned and rolled his eyes and said hold on... Then he goes back to shuffling around and makes me wait longer! That is when I left. If it was not so comical I would be really angry.
What an absolutely horrible experience I had here yesterday. The salesman that I met with had absolutely no clue what he was doing and knew nothing about pricing, leasing options, etc. for the vehicles I was interested in. This is the only car dealership I've ever seen where the salesman leaves you hanging -- mid-conversation -- out on the lot while he goes to check something inside. At one point, I was left waiting (inside) for almost 20 minutes before I finally got up and left. I also found the sales manager to be extremely rude and condescending. They definitely don't make their customers a priority at all, and going there in-person is a total waste of time. I'd recommend Heritage in Owings Mills though. They definitely put their customers first, offer better deals, and are interested in earning your business.
Normally have no problems however made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation to bring in Tuesday morning, was told Tuesday around lunchtime they probably couldn't get it done because the lift was busy so could i pick it up and bring it back later in the week, when I told them no because I was going out of town i was told to bring it back Wednesday and they would try to get it done first thing in the morning. Well I did get a call at around 3:00 that it was complete.
We were made to feel very comfortable physically with ice tea and mentally through reassurance. Marty Levy was the best. He took over the sale at the right time from his sale's person and the transaction went smoothly. Thank you Marty.
I was told I was getting a crossover which was and allwheel drive vehicle after a few weeks realized that it was just two wheel drive . I was then told of wheel to get that would be alot more money or a older vehicle without the features . Really ?? Was not my mistake it shouldn't cost me a penny more !
Great experience, Brad got us in and out as quickly as could be expected. They paid off my trade in which made me happy that I didn t have to roll any money into the new loan.
Len Stoler's Service Department is a joke! My daughter took her car there for a Recall Repair, they have had the car for over a week, nobody seems capable of saying when it will be done, they refuse to give her a loaner car, promised calls from the Service Manager never get made, after two days of calling they finally tell her they need another part and it will be another 5 or 6 days for a total of 2 weeks. Don't they know what parts they need for a Recall? The repair requires 8 to 10 hours o do, they don't tell you how many days that will take to do the 8 to 10 hours of work. She even called and made an appointment, they should have told her to wait if they needed to order parts. And don't try to call their General Manager or Services Manager, they just transfer you back to Len Stoler and the same person who is incapable of any sort of customer service. Trust me, last time they will see anyone from my family for a car or service issues.
They sold the truck I was there to purchase to someone who arrived later in the day after being unable to locate it for me. I had the down payment and was pre-approved for the remaining balance on the truck that len stoler had in stock on their website. I was referred by capital one bank to their location in Westminster and was contacted by them by email that morning asking me to come in. I took off work (and had my mechanic accompany me to inspect it as I intended to purchase the truck) at 10am that morning. Before I left, I called that morning to confirm that the truck was there so that I wouldn t waste my time as their location was over an hour away. I arrived and they could not locate the truck on their lot or in their inventory at other locations. My associate and I spent 4 hours in the area before leaving. I was contacting at 5pm that day and was told the truck was on the way there. I spent another 2 hours driving there that eveing, and when I arrived and looked at the truck that had been brought there from another location for me, I was told they could not sell it to me because they sold it to someone else ten minutes before I arrived, citing that they don t hold cars . They dont take deposits on vehicles also. This dealership does not care about long term customers clearly. I ended up buying a better truck for less money from Fitzgerald. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Fitzgerald in the last 7 years. My mistake for considering Len Stoler. No attempt to sell me another vehicle comparable or an apology for wasting hundreds of dollars of my time. Thanks Len Stoler for your ineptness and incompetence! Steer your ship clear.
made an appointment to drop my off for a head gasket. it has been 3 weeks and all they've done is a head gasket check...... been playing phone tag with them for 3 weeks and they tell me their mechanic is out with the flu. what do they only have 1 mechanic? so angry! i will not be going here ever again
First time experienced Len Stoler Dealt with Melanie Cammarata. She is a very organized person. Very knowledgeable about the Chevrolet products. We feel comfortable with Melanie handling our service for the future. Len is lucky of having her.
, yes and I thank you this is at Aldrich thank you for getting the car in getting it out and washing the car she was very happy that you were sure that you wash the car and I want to thank you for that everything was excellent tell Melanie she did a good job take care of thank you bye
Laurie was wonderful to work with. She was nice, responsive and easy to work with. She took the time to prepare a lot of our paperwork in advance of us coming in to sign since we were bringing our small children. This made the process much faster which we appreciated!
Took my 2012 Chevy Avalanche in for an oil change tire rotation and Brake issue. Oil change was fine, Only problem I have had was the brake issue. I had taken it in at 18,000 miles for the same issue. Was told I had hot spots and they machined the rotors. Spent the entire day at the dealership. Dropped it off again for the same issue at 45,000 miles. Feels like something is grabbing my brakes all the time. Found nothing but more hot spots. Rotors should not need to be replaced/machined for a second time at 45k. I do not drive in the snow which is what I was told that the road conditions are causing it. I also do not pull trailers with my truck. Just a lot of excuses when I know there is a different issue going on. Very aggravating to say the least. I previously owned a 2004 Avalanche which needed new rotors at 90K. Explain that one!! Are the parts being used a lesser quality for more money??
I have a 2008 HHR SS with about 233,000 miles. I had a noise from the engine compartment. I had a local garage install a serpentine belt and tensioner pulley. The noise was still there. I took the car to Len Stoler on 10/30/2017. They called to tell me the turbocharger was going bad and it would be about $2700 to fix. Also they recommended the timing chain be replaced also. With that amount of miles I wasn't going put that much money into the car. so it was $110 for the diagnosis.11/2/2017 I started the car and the battery light came on. I replaced the battery and the light was still on. The serpentine belt was off the pulley. I took it back to the local garage and the air conditioner clutch locked up. Again this many miles no going to put a lot of money into it. I replaced the serpentine belt with a shorter one bypassing the A/C unit. The noise I heard is now gone. 11/10/2017 I stopped at Len Stoler and let the woman at the service desk know of the events. She said she would relay this to the service manager. I know this is rather lengthy, but this is the chain of events.
Took over 3 hr and was told they would call us Monday and never got a call at all went to another deal and has a truck in 2 hrs. Terrible service when you dont call a customer after they spend over 3 hrs .
A rough start as multiple vehicles had dead batteries in the lot. The salesman did not give up tho. Was somewhat disappointed the GM counter offered our offer for $400 more....was kind of a slap in the face when we were spending money on accessories. Over all Salesman was Great! GM was a little disrespectful and fake in my opinion.
Excellent experience at Len Stoler Ford. Chris was ready with the car when we got there, and he was to the point, no nonsense. There was no pressure from any of the staff and we were able to agree on a good price.
The finance guy (Edgar) was also great. He got us a great deal, and again, he explained the options with no pressure. I would definitely buy from Chris and Edgar again.
I ordered parts and paid for them. I was told they would call when they were in. A week and a half passes, and I decided to call. They were very friendly and said oh yes they are here, been here. Really??? Where was the call from them to let me know they were in. Theu never called me. Considering I expressed to them how quickly I needed the parts when they arrived. Customer service lacks!!
The repair was done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with David as my point of contact for the repair. My issue is with Chevrolet/GM in general- the repair needed was a known problem by Chevrolet/GM for various makes and models and they have not made a recall to the vehicles to fix it without cost to the customer. I m disappointed in GM for not doing the right thing.
I was not ready by any means to purchase a new vehicle, but Evan and Eugene made me feel so comfortable and worked with me to make sure that everything worked out for me in the end. I am more than pleased with my new vehicle and the customer service I recieved!
Sharon was lovely. She (and others at the dealership) were very patient with my wife and me as we changed car models throughout the day! Sharon never made us feel rushed and kept reminding us that we needed to be happy with our decision and that means looking at all the options. The process from selection to signing the paperwork was, quite honestly, the most comfortable experience in all my car buying days. Well done! Thank you.
The salesperson Michele was very dedicated to help her customer. The mgr worked with me to get to the payment to fit my financial status. The 2028 Mustang I purchased is amazing. Thank you!
Went in to get my 2 year old truck inspected. 2.5 hours and $85 later, the inspector failed it due to a tiny crack on the windshield. Zero courtesy call.
My wife s Chevy Equinox s windshield wipers stopped working. We called and made an appointment for repairs. My wife left the house about 10 minutes before I left to follow her to the dealer. When I arrive my wife was waiting for me outside. She got in the car and we were just about to pull out the mechanic pulled our car around front and said, All done . Unbelievable service. Thanks to all at Len Stohler.
I bought my brand new Chevy truck from Len stoler back in December. The salesman was awesome but after you buy the vehicle they just forget about you! I was promised a quick fix on for a small dent which I never got. I had transmission issues from the second week I owned it and I got no help! I had to use another dealership for help and GM themselves are absolutely the worst company to get anything from! I made multiple attempts to get help and I got nowhere. I don t recommend buying a GM product and if you do don t use Len Stoler Chevy! If there own people tell me to go buy a different brand that saying something!
Rhonda and Damien were phenomal, they were the best service department I ve ever dealt with in any dealership. Even though I didn t purchase my vehicle through them they treated me as if I ve been going there my entire life. Definitely worth going to!
We visited the used section right next door to the main dealership. They didn't really have anything in our price range that we were looking for, but they showed us a couple vehicles and said they'd contact us if any came in. Nothing wrong but nothing exceptional
I was very impressed with Rob, and the team here at Len Stoler.Rob, was very professional, personable, friendly and willing to work with your situation to insure superior customer service. I will be back to purchase my next car from Rob. I will recommend him to all family and friennds. Please make sure to ask for Rob, you will not be dissapointed!
Everyone was friendly. Quick service. Oil change is the same price as if I did it myself. The other services that were offered were ridiculously expensive though.
I couldn't find out what was going on with my truck so.i had it towed to len stoler in Westminster and they found the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. All the people i had contact with were very friendly and very helpful. The girl at the front desk is hot oh sorry i probably wasnt supposed to say that. Len Stoler in Westminster md are excellent
Len Stoler is a dealership that really cares about their customers. I had a difficult situation buying a car and they helped me all the way through the process. Their used car department has exceptional service and make you feel right at home! I highly recommend them!
on more than one occasion I have made an appointment for a oil change and the last times it has taken over two hours. It has always been my experience that Len Stoler takes too long, over charges with sub par work... time to find a good mechanic (there is not one here).
I really appreciated the "no pressure" approach that I received from the sales representative, Emily Utz. She was very responsive and forthcoming with information for the questions that I had. In the end, Len Stoler made the best offer, and also the most professional staff. Thanks!
Len Stoler has never truly fixed my engine issues in my Chevy Cruze. I have had isdues since the first 1800 milrs and basically ever 10,000 miles after that. I am now out of my warranty at 80,000 miles and cylinder 2 & 3 are not holding compression. I am not happy with Len Stoler or GM. I refuse to pay their ridiculous repair cost or they're ridiculous new engine cost. They even want me to pay 60% of the fix while GM pays 40% of the fix. I shouldn't have to pay anything considering I already paid the car in full and I should have had an engine that works properly until 200,000 miles. The sad part is that I've heard through other people who have worked at Len Stolet that they are a shady company. It sad that big companies can get away with murder.
