Intentional customer deception. Site made to fool customer into thinking that they are on the specific hotel site and then hide the cancellation policy under a Pop-up. Customer thinks that they are making a simple reservation to find out that it is NonRefundable only after transaction is complete. Service people unbelievably rude. Will not help, even though called immediately. This is fraud ethically. Stay away.
